I can't believe this guy!? so rude. $2000 quote for an oil pan o-ring replacement on a Chevy. told me he had to pull motor. I said dealer quote is $600 , he replied "take it to the dealer" I asked why pull the whole motor and he said "how are you going to get to the pan?" I said pull the crossmember and drop the pan and was told to do it myself. very obviously a rip off spot. stay far away. What a great experience! I needed some repairs to my fuel intake system that inhibited my smog certification and caused a steady check engine light. The owner David was very professional and extremely experienced. He quickly inspected my vehicle, addressed the problems and confidently said he would repair them. He was a man of his word and had my car fixed and passing the smog test in no time. He kept me in the loop the entire time and explained the process in a manner that I could understand. David at All Auto Repair answered my call this morning and got me in right away. He is very nice and willing to help. His prices are fair. I have had a really good experience with him so far. UPDATE: I am in shock right now. David called me a couple hours after I dropped my car off (I didn't have to call him) and he told me that my power steering hose is cracked and needs to be replaced. The other shop I took my car to the week before said this, "it's making a lot of noise (power steering) that it shouldn't be, the whole thing probably needs to be replaced. We'll order the parts." I am in shock because of how quick and assertive he was with attending to my car. Dave also said that if he doesnt finish my car today, after he puts his kids to bed he will come back and finish working on my car. I really feel respected and like he values my time as well. The last time My car went into a shop to have my catalytic converter replaced, it was there for over a month. Dave didn't just keep my car there and get around to it whenever, he was prompt. I was greeted with super friendly service and made to feel at ease--even though I was pretty sure my clutch was completely gone and I was in for a huge repair bill. Needed my oil changed on my truck and I drove by this place a couple days ago, so I decided to try it out. They checked all my fluids, and even topped off a few things that were low. Of course they did find some things that they recommended to be serviced, but at the time I didn't have the time or money. David was very professional, informed me of the things my car needed and wasn't pushy when I told him I couldn't do anything else today. He said he understand, and then proceeded to prioritize the list of things for me in order of importance, and even gave me quotes on some of the services I needed. The service was great and thorough, and I took off one star for having to wait a little bit (about 45 minutes). I will however, be back to take care of a couple things my truck needs in the near future. read more

We have been doing business with All Auto Repair since about 2013 and I havewitnessed the owner, David, to be outstanding at customer service and above all customer satisfaction. David services all three of our vehicles and always treats them as if they were his own. My son needed work done on his 93 Dodge Ram's transmission so he took it to David and was extremely pleased with the results. Most recently, I took my Excursion in for a pre-vacation trip inspection. I called David to have him include something on the work order and that's when he said he needed to call me back as he had some concerns. About 15 minutes later David called and explained that the transmission was not roadworthy and needed to be overhauled. Hearing this news gave me horrible flashbacks to another time and another vehicle needing a transmission where I chose one of the big boys whose name starts with an A and the horrible nightmare that that was. I gave David the go ahead and four days after they finished with our transmission we were towing a 35 foot travel trailer to Yellowstone. That transmission is working flawlessly. I am sure that anyone would agree that when they bring their car in for service they are always worried that they will be charged too much or that the mechanic will replace things that don't need to be replaced. I can say with the utmost of confidence that I drop my vehicles off with David and he will call and let me know exactly what needs to be done with no worry that there will be extras tacked on. Is All Auto cheap? No, they charge the "going rate" for their work like any reputable business. One thing is for sure though, David is a man of his word and will stand by his work. I recommend that you take your vehicle to David and experience what it's like to be worry free about how and what's being done to your car. read more

We needed a break a lamp inspection so we could request a salvage title. Everyone else in town had a several week wait. They were able to fit us in right away. I formed us we would need to secure the sidelight and replace the fog lights to pass. From what we have heard most other places would have charged the inspection fee and failed it. The tech pulled out the regulation book and went through it with us so we knew what we needed to do before we brought it back so it would pass and did not charge us. Were able to get a pass for both break and light on the first try and got our DMV paperwork done just in time. read more

Spent around $1500 on repairs due to a leaking power steering pump. They replaced the pump, hoses, and some other stuff. Few months later my power steering completely went out and their warranty is only for two months. They have a sign on the wall that says quality costs money. Their so-called quality ends up costing even more, especially when coupled with a horrible warranty. read more

David was not only extremely rude and arrogant on the phone but sent us on an absolute goose chase with taking payment. I can't say enough good things about Dave and the crew at All Auto Repair. I recently noticed my truck overheating while driving past All Auto and pulled in to have Dave take a look. He advised that he was in the process of moving his business across the street to a new location but he would take a quick look under the hood. He diagnosed a radiator problem and advised he would work after hours to repair the truck. I offered to take it elsewhere but he insisted that he would take care of it for me. He even gave me a car to use while he worked on my truck! How many people would do this sort of thing while in the process of trying to move an entire shop full of tools and machinery and an office full of computers and paperwork? Amazing service! I took my car in twice for a failed ignition coil going bad. Initially, David - the owner was not able to isolate the faulty coil but when he was able to figure it out, my car worked just fine. A few weeks later another coil went bad and I was in an out in less than 1 1/2 hrs. Great price and less than the dealer on my 2007 Lexus. My car is back in order!!! Brought my Jeep in to All Auto repair because it wouldn't pass smog. After incorrectly troubleshooting what was wrong with it costing me $500 unnecessary dollars the mechanic determines I need a new motor?! With 5 or 6000 dollars at stake I took it to Kelleys down the street for a second opinion, my instincts were telling me not to trust this guy, seemed aloof. Turns out it needed new catalytic converters, had Kelleys replace those, Jeep passed smog in a heartbeat and runs fantastic. It's sad that this place can be so off on dianosing a vehicle and still be in business. You get what you pay for here. Don't do it! read more

I will Never use All Auto for anything! Owner was very Rude and Arrogant! I took my vehicle to All Auto for a brake and lamp inspection. First time there and owner arrogantly told me "90% of vehicles will not pass this inspection". My vehicle failed as predicted by owner. I corrected items and called back for re-inspection, he denied my request saying "I was confrontational" due to my questions about why items failed and due to his arrogance I was not interested in seeing the reasons. read more
