    Just after countertops were installed.

These guys were hired by our contractors to fabricate and install our quartzite countertops. They were very communicative and responded to any questions we had leading up to install. Then on the day of install, the guys were awesome and professional. They had to add more plywood and carried out our request to have FSC wood rather than the cheaper option. We definitely recommend them! Great finished product !!

    Quartzite was the material used

Granite Gallery is very professional and provides great customer service. They installed my countertops on date provided and i was very happy with the quality of workmanship.

3 gouges with a scratch line to the edge of the counter. Mario at Granite Gallery in San Diego says they are not responsible.

Granite Gallery installed my granite 3 weeks ago damaging my master bath and cutting the granite short 1/4inch. They now say they are not responsible for the damage. How can that be when they did the work and their men created the damage. DO NOT USE GRANITE GALLERY. They take no responsibility for their work.

I highly recommend Granite Gallery, and I'm so happy I chose them to do my granite counter tops installation for my two outdoor islands. They provided me with excellent, and professional work within the time provided on the contract. Victor, the salesman was very courteous and professional, his estimate was very competitive. I'm very happy with the quality of their work. The whole team was very polite and professional. Thank you Granite Gallery for your top, professional and excellent work.

STAY AWAY !! I went to purchase granite about three weeks ago. Sales guy first quoted me at $675 for the slab, total $1700 for purchase and installation. Towards the end of him writing the estimate he asks about my sink. I said it's a farmhouse, he says that's an additional $200 because of polishing the exposed edges. I told him I only had a budget of $1700, but decided will pay the grand total of a lil over $1900. Paid a $1,250 deposit. Remainder was to be $719 at end of job. An email invoice was supposed to be sent, and NEVER WAS SENT. The next week the template guy came out.First he asks if the plywood was included. I said for what? He stated to mount the slab. I said yes it's included because I paid for installation. He states the sales guy didn't write it down... whatever. Install guys come out this morning after I got a cal day prior to change from Friday to Thursday for install. I said no problem. Must say installers were great and clean. They pull out the invoice and state the balance is $719. Then they said that the company needs to charge and additional $200 for plywood fees. I said hell no. A price for purchase and installion was already agreed upon. The workers stated the granite gallery forces their installers to purchase plywood out of pocket.. WTF?! They came in company shirts and the company van. Talk to sales guy on the phone and told him he could tell me last minute there's added charges! I felt bad for the workers and said I'd pay for plywood only like $60 bucks. Sales guy called agin and he was insisitent he left me message yesterday that he left out plywood. So I said I paid you enough money, no way I'm going to they workers for the plywood... THATS PART OF INSTALLATION , shady as hell. The Yelp page says they do not sub out, so why would your installers have to pay for material out of pocket. Then the sales guy began sending harassing text messages, calling me a liar. I told him it's his fault if he left out a plywood charge. If that was the case I would've went to another company. I was also told there would be plenty of left over for a back splash. NO BACK SPLASH, I STATED I WANTED THE LEFT OVER GRANITE I BOUGHT, DID NOT HAVE THAT EITHER, AND I STILL HAVE NO INVOICE OR RECEIPT!! DISHONEST AND VERY SHADY SALES GUY and COMPANY. Sending a complaint to BBB

We'll definitely be back! Victor was very helpful our first visit with no pressure but lots of helpful info and competitive pricing. We had a beautiful light quartz installed at our restaurant and everything went very smooth and it turned out better than we expected! Thank you so much we will be back to get countertops for our house !

Awesome work! We have looked everywhere in SD to find the right people, the right granite, with the right price, and Granite Gallery has it all! They met all our needs plus more. They were ahead of schedule, very friendly people, and satisfaction guaranteed! Shout out to my man Victor who made it all happen! Amazing job! I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends! Until the next project Victor! Thanks again!

Granite Gallery has done amazing work for our bathroom from start to finish. They were attentive every step of the way. They were able to work within our budget and were completely transparent with the entire process of finding the right granite, picking the right style and installation. Also, everything was done within a timely fashion. Granite Gallery's crew was amazing as well they were very polite and kept the project very clean during the installation. I would also like to make a note that I requested the back wall of our shower come in one piece! No other company was willing to fulfill such a request and in turn made the bathroom look beautiful. I would gladly recommend Granite Gallery to anyone for their future projects.

We were told that we only needed two so we paid for those and immediately were told that we needed a third slab and they chose not to honor the rate for 3. Disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. We paid for them anyways. The main issue came in where we chose 3 slabs from a "batch" which all had the same numbers on them. I asked to make sure and were told that we were getting book matched slabs. Essentially, a left and right "shoe" that makes a pair so the fabricator can match veining properly when installing. When our fabricator showed up to pick up the slabs, they were sandwiched together so that they couldn't see the faces. Our fabricator also asked if they were book matched slabs to confirm before picking them up. SD Stone confirmed with the fabricator that they were book matched. So at this point: myself, the person with me, and the fabricator are all under the impression we are receiving book matched slabs. However, upon picking them up and arriving to the fabricators business, they found that they were not in fact book matched. Essentially, like the idea of coming home with 2 left shoes versus a left and right. We tried contacting the company and they insisted that both myself and the fabricator were informed correctly and that all sales are final and there was nothing they were willing to do. It was frustrating to deal with because it felt like both myself, the person with me, and the fabricator were being gaslit to believe that we were fully informed something that we were not. I'm sure they will respond here with their version of the story. Unfortunately, I personally would not recommend them after this experience.

Jose had his team/family members do the work, and though they were hard workers, they were incredibly bad at their job. The leveling was completely inadequate and I had to get them back to redo two rooms. The transition pieces were all uneven and they broke one, getting glue everywhere. Jose loves to gaslight and says "my team wouldn't do that". Of course they did and the images prove it. Multiple walls had the flooring right up against the wall instead of leaving the 1/4 inch required gap for expansion. Jose himself was the worst communicator, not saying when his team would arrive till 30 minutes before, when they weren't coming everyday and a few times wouldn't show up due to random excuses. But the worst thing of all, was how uneven the subfloor is. They put so much self-leveling that I had to severely modified doors so that they could open. It was done so poorly, the subfloor varied by a half an inch from the door frame to the wall where the door opens. This was the case on three of the doors in my place. Closet openings were even worse, being 3/4 of an inch off from one side to the other causing lots of expense and a lot of work to find a solution to get a closet door to fit. Overall, the work done is what I would expect a first time floor layer to do. Jose himself was full of excuses and loved to gaslight. The price might seem competitive, but the quality of work makes you feel like you overpaid multiple times.
