overall experience was good. My only gripe was the dust that was left behind. The installer forgot his vacuum and i had to lend him our broom, i also offered him my shop vac but he said he just needed a broom. towards the end of the job i just grabbed my shop vac and told them to use it, but by then there was ALOT of dust. This was in our master bathroom/bedroom so we spent the rest of the day cleaning and did finish until the next day. And to top it all off they ended up taking the broom we lent them, lol. read more

STAY AWAY !! I went to purchase granite about three weeks ago. Sales guy first quoted me at $675 for the slab, total $1700 for purchase and installation. Towards the end of him writing the estimate he asks about my sink. I said it's a farmhouse, he says that's an additional $200 because of polishing the exposed edges. I told him I only had a budget of $1700, but decided will pay the grand total of a lil over $1900. Paid a $1,250 deposit. Remainder was to be $719 at end of job. An email invoice was supposed to be sent, and NEVER WAS SENT. The next week the template guy came out.First he asks if the plywood was included. I said for what? He stated to mount the slab. I said yes it's included because I paid for installation. He states the sales guy didn't write it down... whatever. Install guys come out this morning after I got a cal day prior to change from Friday to Thursday for install. I said no problem. Must say installers were great and clean. They pull out the invoice and state the balance is $719. Then they said that the company needs to charge and additional $200 for plywood fees. I said hell no. A price for purchase and installion was already agreed upon. The workers stated the granite gallery forces their installers to purchase plywood out of pocket.. WTF?! They came in company shirts and the company van. Talk to sales guy on the phone and told him he could tell me last minute there's added charges! I felt bad for the workers and said I'd pay for plywood only like $60 bucks. Sales guy called agin and he was insisitent he left me message yesterday that he left out plywood. So I said I paid you enough money, no way I'm going to they workers for the plywood... THATS PART OF INSTALLATION , shady as hell. The Yelp page says they do not sub out, so why would your installers have to pay for material out of pocket. Then the sales guy began sending harassing text messages, calling me a liar. I told him it's his fault if he left out a plywood charge. If that was the case I would've went to another company. I was also told there would be plenty of left over for a back splash. NO BACK SPLASH, I STATED I WANTED THE LEFT OVER GRANITE I BOUGHT, DID NOT HAVE THAT EITHER, AND I STILL HAVE NO INVOICE OR RECEIPT!! DISHONEST AND VERY SHADY SALES GUY and COMPANY. Very disappointing experience with this company for kitchen counter install. Late both days (should only taken one day) so I sat around hours waiting for them to show up. After calling sales rep and the general office I got the run-around on arrival times. Installers left a mess in drawers, under sink cabinet and garage with nails, screws, razor blades, and general debris. Yep, I got to clean up after them. They also removed a patch of newly done paint from a wall during install and did not mention it. When questioned I got a "smart" comment. Sent an email letter to the CEO and got a inadequate response from the sales rep. I am happy with the product but if the price is good make sure you can handle the frustrations. read more

Everything with this company was an over promise and under deliver. The sales rep seemed to just throw out tike frames that the company doesn't actually use. I had to call a few times to get them to come out and do the template. Then I was told we say 2 weeks but it is never over a week. So when you say that I hear a week. And it took 2 weeks. Then I scheduled the install for a Thursday and they called on Wednesday to confirm my install for Friday. So I rearranged my schedule to accommodate them. Then on Friday they were over 2 hours late, even after several calls to the manager who assured me they were on their way. Then he told me that I just need to roll with the punches which I felt was a very rude thing to say. Because they were 2 hours late they ran over (which they assured me would not be a problem and would still finish on time) my plumber showed up and promptly left because the counter top people were still here. So then on Saturday a new plumber showed up and could not install thenk I the kitchen faucet because they did a crappy job drilling the holes. I also found out that they used a normal sealer which the sales rep told me they always use a better sealer so I don't have to reseal for 15-20 years. Tell sales rep later denied he said that to me. They put it on because I was so upset. I love the look of my counter but feel I could have found that with a more honest company that respects their customers time. I hired them to fabricate and install my kitchen granite. All over-promise and under-deliver! They did a mediocre job. They made some irreversible mistakes with the layout. In addition, some of the granite joints do not line up correctly. Also, one delicate corner was not reinforced correctly, so it cannot be leaned on at all or it will crack. I also had them add marble on my bathroom counter. I bought a HUGE slab as material, which they used less than half of it. They will not return the rest of it to me. They kept telling me they will, then it turned into "YOU pick it up from our shop" (how do I fit half a slab in my car?), and last time I contacted them about this, no one returned my call since. read more

Choosing to work with Granite Gallery was the worst business decision I've ever made. Victor uses slick talk to over-promise then under deliver. There is no quality control in the office. I wasted a day off of work only to have them show up with the wrong material. Rather than respect me as a customer, Victor, in his usual form, suggested we "make a deal" because he "didn't want to leave and have to come back". It's never about the customer with these folks. It's about you parting with your money. How do you install a sink without clipping it in place? According to Victor, "You're just being petty." The plumbing and caulk is designed to hold the sink in place. Genius idea! The so-called laser measurements were off 1/2" on each side. Never fear, your "backsplash will cover it." This company has been putting in a new desk for my place of business for the last 6 months. The job is not that big and has taken way too long to complete. They never show up when they say and when they are here they don't clean up when they are done; dust is left in the entire work area, hallways, bathrooms.....floor is left dirty.
