Worst decision made. He always made excuses of why they couldn't work on it. When they finally showed up they removed the cabinets and never came back for 3 weeks, we were left without a sink for almost 2 months. Also said latter they don't do plumbing so you have to install your sink. They would leave a mess and left all the saw dust inside the cabinets when they finally installed them and just left without completing anything else. I had to go look for him at the business several times since he wouldn't respond to our calls to see when he would complete it. We had to tell him when will you fix this or when are they going to install the handles for us to be able to open them. He came up with the excuse they normally don't install handles. I thought I was paying for new kitchen yet when they installed the cabinets they damaged it themself causing dents and being uneventful. We sing to get it done the middle of March wasn't completed till late June and that's only cause I kept going and demanded his business license because we payed for a service that wasn't being done. read more

We were taken advantage of. We entrusted them to install some cabinets and countertops and it took them over three months to get it mostly done and then still, they lefts things unfinished. They began back in 2019 and it's now close to the end of 2021. We've gone to them several times over the years to ask them to come and complete the work, phone calls have gone unanswered or ignored. The last few times the manager had to "leave for an appointment," as he saw us approaching. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for work. The cabinets they did install are nothing more than cheap particle board. On top of that, they were poorly installed with most of the backing being cracked on just about all of them. One particular cabinet had to be redone 3 times and even then one we have now is still not the right size. My family and we're totally let down by Monin. read more

Unfortunately, I had him do a job for me (wine bar with cabinets, quartz slab, and wine rack) and there was an error in the installation. I head a great experience in this shop. Edgar and Israel were very friendly and knowledgeable about their business. I was looking for marble for a dining table top and ended up buying a slab of quartz after Israel explained the benefits of quartz versus marble for the project at hand. I wish I could give 5.5 stars. I was comparing prices by sq. Ft. I found them on offer up. Their European quartz, which is better than the big box stores came in at $40-50 less per sq ft. My experience in the showroom was amazing. Edgar immediately knew what we wanted and showed us a model kitchen with the same or similar quartz. His dad came out to measure and showed us a few upgrades which we never thought of but love. The fabrication was 7 days, not 14-21. Huge bonus when you still live in your house during remodel. The installers were here early and worked all day with no break. Everything looks amazing and these installers worked clean using a shop vac to clean all the way. Very personable and diligent. They worked hard all day and checked in with the wife (the picky one) with approval and questions. Cannot be happier! read more
