He helped me and answered all my questions then scheduled a later date and time to come to my house and measure the areas being redone. After measuring, he sent the quote over that night. We had our carpeted stairs and the vinyl flooring in our common areas, hallway and bedroom replaced with carpet and new baseboards put in. It took approximately 2 days. The men who worked on the house were respectful and so hardworking. They cleaned up each day when they were finished. The craftsmanship was beautiful. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. When there is a significant lapse of time between measure and install, it is best to come back out to site to make sure all parties are on the same page. Communication was fabulous throughout. Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

So…read morehappy I called and got in touch with David and Valentina, they are so helpful and the slabs we got - which was a steal is actually really premium quality. They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options.
