Baked doesn't try to be too cool or anything other than what it is. It's an unpretentious bake shop that offers a perfectly chilled cold brew that deserves to be savored with each sip and doesn't break the bank. The Weekend Lover ($17) consists of ube (which gives it that distinct purple color), coconut, sake kasu pina colada, msg, sweet potato shochu, Oaxaca rum, lime, and a mango leaf that they light one fire for aesthetics. This drink I enjoyed. I also tried the Kakariko Highball ($16) which is made with buckwheat shochu, japanese bourbon, sherry, soda, lemon oil. I wasn't too fond of this drink unfortunately. If you didn't know, they also serve food and they're fantastic. Don't sleep on the food! I got an order of the Kura Hot Wings ($18), which they do give you a bowl of water to wash your fingers with. There a dressing that comes on the side, not sure what it is, but do dip as it tastes great! I didn't think I'd like the Okinawa Sweet Potato Gnocchi ($14), but these tasted great. It comes with housemate pesto, which I liked as a dipping sauce. The Chicken Fried Oyster Mushroom ($15) is a great alternative if you're vegan.
