Here's a polished review that keeps your warm, honest style while making it easy to read and…read morehelpful for Yelp readers. --- Finally got to try **Tadaima Japanese Bakery** in Industry City (Building 5, 2nd floor), and I can see why people line up! They have limited hours and tend to sell out quickly, so on a Saturday I arrived around **11:40 AM**, about 20 minutes before opening, and was one of the first three customers inside (their maximum occupancy). This isn't a place to grab a quick coffee. The owner carefully prepares each drink by hand, so expect to wait about **30-60 minutes** if there's a line. I waited around 10-15 minutes after ordering, but honestly didn't mind because the space is so calm and peaceful. While waiting, I enjoyed browsing the aroma mists, smelling the candles, and just soaking in the serene atmosphere. It's the perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet moment by yourself. For drinks, I really enjoyed the **Black Sesame Latte**. It has espresso and was smooth, light, and well-balanced. I also tried the **Matcha Maple Latte**. The matcha itself tasted like excellent quality, but next time I'd skip the maple syrup since I prefer my drinks less sweet. We also sampled several pastries: * **Hojicha Cookie** - Soft and moist with melty chocolate chips. One of my favorites. * **Coffee Caramel Cookie** - Great if you love coffee. It had a rich, bold coffee flavor. * **Black Sesame Madeleine** - Nice black sesame flavor, though I would have loved a little more butter to make it even more moist. * **Yuzu Cake** - Beautifully decorated with an edible flower and packed with bright yuzu flavor. The cake was on the drier side though. * **Chocolate Cake** - Wonderfully moist and satisfying. The drinks were around **$8.50** each, and the cookies were about **$4** each, so it's definitely on the pricier side. For my Asian palate, most of the pastries leaned a bit sweeter than I prefer, but the drinks were excellent and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Overall, this is a lovely place to treat yourself once in a while. Come for the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtfully crafted drinks, and beautiful pastries.

Finally, PB made it to this side of Bensonhurst!…read more If you've been to one of their franchise spot, then you probably have favorites and go-to items. I know I do. Coffee bun! We also love their soufflé cheesecake when we do splurge on dessert. It's kind of pricey. But worth it! I was a little disappointed with the blueberry yogurt cake - tasted stale (ugh), but the mochi donuts were yummy! This location is pretty new, less than 1 yr old. Right around the corner from Chipotle, on the 18th Avenue busy hub. Self service, tray, line with parchment, grab your goodies and pay. The staff are nice and friendly. Clean, roomy enough for customers to browse what they want but smaller than the location on 86th St. Although the price point is higher than your Asian bakery, the aesthetic and variety and taste makes it worth while. I'm a fan and be sure to join their loyalty program for treats!

**First Time Visit & Definitely Not the Last!**…read more I stopped by this location for the first time and loved the self-serve style of dining. Walking in, the space was clean with a calm, quiet ambience and light music playing in the background -- such a relaxing vibe. You're greeted right away, then directed to the plastic trays, a box of parchment paper what company will logo and your own single-use tongs. From there, you get to browse at your own pace through two beautiful display cases filled with beautiful desserts and cakes, and tarts. Also well as two fully stocked fridges filled with drinks, sandwiches, and salads (which looked SO fresh and delicious -- definitely trying those next time!). The two baristas working were incredibly friendly and engaging. They were knowledgeable about the drinks, happy to offer recommendations, and made the experience feel welcoming. They offer cakes, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate -- perfect for pairing with dessert. Now let's talk about the good part... the pastries I tried the jumbo twisted cinnamon donut, a croissant donut, and the chocolate supreme croissant. Every single one was fresh, flavorful, soft on the inside with the perfect crunch on the outside. The flavors were absolutely mouthwatering. The prices were exactly what I expected but I enjoyed the quality and overall it was such an enjoyable dessert experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat in a cozy, inviting spot. To catch up with friends, read, or study. I'll definitely be back!

The front area is half of a small bakery with a smallish display of various desserts and cakes. There's many different 4 inch cakes of different flavors ranging from $10-$15. They're so cutely decorated too! I would love to try them sometimes. Hopefully the taste matches their appearance. I came specifically for their drinks. They're from the brand Neaves that is located in the same storefront. I ordered off Fantuan and tried their pomelo avocado and kale drink. I want to preface by saying that I probably should've tried the drinks in their original form (100% sweetness) but in my attempt to be healthy, I opted for 30% and 0%. While I thought it was an okay amount of sweetness. It definitely made the drink go from a sweet treat to a health drink. My friend on the other hand, thought it was not sweet enough. Honestly would it taste better with more sugar? Probably. I'll say you can go 50% and up. Maybe even try the full 100% sugar. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my kale drink - it was blended with kale, mango, chia seeds, and barley. The barley actually made an interesting topping with its texture. The avocado pomelo was just ok but maybe with extra sweetness it would be ok.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. They serve teas, pastries, skewers, open face sandwiches and so many fun items. They also tmhave the option to do karaoke ($20 pp for 1 hr) and you can even use the space for a small party if needed. I got a few items and was given a few as promotional for their opening. Strawberry Matcha 4' Cake ($10) 5/5 delicious and worth the price. It has fresh strawberries and a sweet matcha flavor Blueberry cup cake ($4 received as a promotional for spending a certain amount) 5/5 surprising. I didnt expect the boba in the middle of the breading but it was such a good surprise. The cake is light and not crazy sugary which makes it easy to eat. Lemon Green Tea ($4 promotional was BOGO) a classic drink and they mash the lemon and lime so you can get all the flavors. 4.5/5 could have been a bit sweeter Beef skewers (2 for $5) 4/5 good but needs a little more seasoning Saugage skewers (2 for $5) 4/5 wish it was a spicy saugage but still good.
