No mention about how I call for updates on my reimbursement for the almost $600 and how they promise to call back and never do. It's so frustrating because it's been almost a year of fighting with these people for my money that was meant for SCHOOL. I need that money still for SCHOOL. The Alliance sucks and that's apparent through the other reviews. I'm tired of having to call all the time just to get treated like this.
