I cannot speak on whether these comments reflect any management awareness, but as a patient, it made the environment extremely uncomfortable to hear what I understood and perceived as carelessly ignorant. Living in California for a long time, these were not words I expected to hear and very inappropriate for the workplace let alone a "professional" clinic. The rest of my experience here has been great; amazing doctors and aides who have persistently helped me through my slough of issues, which makes this all the more unfortunate. I will not be returning and would strongly encourage a refresher of basic empathy, inclusiveness, and client-sided professionalism.

So despite living 1 hour away from his office, I booked a separate in person meeting just to ask questions, and every question I asked was met with either arrogance, or a defensive tone.
