It is bumpier than riding in a wagon) and you take it to a mechanic and tell them exactly what is wrong and their response is 'there's no error codes there's nothing wrong with your car' then they respond to a negative (truthful) review by calling you a liar....that's a problem.It is unprofessional and immature. Bonus, the car was ready by the date and time as promised and it was a little less than quoted; that I found incredibly hard to believe. Also, there were no high pressure tactics to get me to buy more, as a matter fact he was good about asking what I wanted to attempt to fix first. In the end, peace of mind was more important, so I asked them to fix the three problems. Before getting started, Fernando did an thorough job of showing me that even though I asked for three specific things, he pointed out another issue that would give me grief down the road. He did stick with those three items and then some. In the end, be showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and I didn't have be a specialist to know that liquid dripping on electrical parts will eventually be very costly. He showed me where the other people who had been servicing my car used cheap parts and made a bad situation worse. Villa Marina Auto Care, in my case, used the original parts. They also honored my AAA discount and because I was spending more than I planned when I walked through the door, he found other ways to get me on the road safely for exactly the price quoted. Yes, he did a few extras that made me for certain want to return for maintenance on my 2012 Jeep. I feel safe again and look forward to taking the truck camping.

At first I heard a scraping noise only when braking, but then it turned into a squealing AND scraping noise while braking, all the way into a squealing noise when driving in general plus the braking noises! You could literally hear me coming down the street. Walid and his team checked it out and fixed my car up with new brakes and rotors for the rear axle, which were the culprits of the noise. Googling led me to A&G and I had such a great experience. I needed front break pads and called on a Saturday. They said that I could either have generic or OEM parts, I said OEM, and they said they would have the part on Monday. Brought it in on Monday morning and everyone there was very nice, a real family business. George showed me the actual box and the part to make sure I could see it's a genuine OEM part, which I thought was nice. The price was very reasonable and they did the work in 2 hours.
