AVOID. Dr. Nnenna Ogbuehi (Dr. O) and Grant Park Dental (owned by Private Equity) provided me with the single worst healthcare experience of my life (and I'm a physician so I understand the doctor patient relationship from all sides). Her bedside manner is atrocious - she never introduced herself to me just walked in and stuck her hands in my mouth, never looked me in the eye, barely spoke to me, didn't explain what she was doing to me - then proceeded to give me 3 fillings that I didn't need. I had 3 other dentists including my previous 2 dentists who I'd seen recently review all my X-rays and photos and they all agreed - I did not need any fillings. I'd never had a cavity or filling in my life and then walked in there and got 3 in one day. I made the mistake of trusting her - which is my biggest regret. If you look through reviews you will see a pattern of Dr. O and GPD over treating patients. This place is owned by private equity - and I fear only cares about their bottom line - not your dental health. But Dr. O took an oath - and no matter who she works for she should not let them dictate how she cares for/takes advantage of patients who trust her with their care. Since the 3 unnecessary fillings she gave me I've dealt with chronic pain from those teeth (I had no pain previously) and had to spend money and time going to other dentists to fix the work she did. This experience really traumatized me - it felt like such a bodily betrayal - and has made it difficult for me to trust new dentists. It was so horrific I submitted a complaint to the dental board of Georgia about the care I received from Dr. O and GPD. So that's all to say...STAY AWAY. read more

December 17, 2020 I went in for a cleaning, my second one of the year but the last cleaning was 8 months ago. It was my first time in this office. I moved here in March when things pretty much shut down. So it took me a while to settle in and finally take care of my routine dental visit. This dentist wouldn't perform the regular cleaning which was included in my insurance, said "it simply could not be done," but insisted on a $1200 deep cleaning, which my insurance as of the this visit did not include. No cavities were found. A little bone loss, commensurate with my age in one area. Generally healthy teeth. I had provided x-rays from my last dentist, and yet, the office took their own, which was included in my Insurance, so that was Ok, but still. Further, while filling out my initial paper work, and no one else was in the waiting room, and no other customers were waiting room, and I was wearing a mask, I was still asked to complete my paper work in my car. I did as told and said nothing. Here common sense did not prevail. Perhaps the office is simply following CDC guidelines but there ought to be some caveats...."sir, we understand it's raining and 39 degrees outside, if another patient enters the waiting room would you mind going to your car because it is off limits afterall?" "No I won't mind, thank you for your understanding!"Finally, compared to other hygienists, I believe this one was a little rough during "pocketing" procedures. A gentle touch is much appreciated. It's not my first rodeo in a dentists office. Let's go over the essentials: are they following Covid guidelines. Check. Was everyone professional? check. Did they provide the service of a cleaning ? no. Was this just an exploratory mission? check. Did they help the patient ? No. Did the dentist receive my copy and perform the cleaning as per my insurance ? yes they got the copay and no they did not provide cleaning. In summary: Professional offices (doctors, lawyers, accountants) need to strike a balance with the fragility of the economic circumstances of their clients / patients and the responsibility they owe them. In the current environment, economic means are scarce, and if the patient or client has an immediate need, provides the means for consideration, then it's incumbent to deliver that and compromise on what's "best in class." This office to me seems to be more the same and out of touch with the current economic crisis that's befallen us all. I am my self a professional who is putting in extra time with my clients that I am not being compensated for simply to put them in a better position. This dental office has the worst customer service ever. I was a patient and they ask to hold a $100 deposit after each visit to go towards your next visit. My last dental appointment was cancelled by the office on 1/15/24. A month later the office called me to reschedule and I told them I was not happy about my service and I would like a refund. The young lady told me someone from their office will call me back. They never called me back. On 4/2/24 I called back and was transferred three different times and Natalie lied saying she called me to confirm my debit card number and I was issued a refund on 3/19/24. I don't really lost reviews but I had to for this time. I'm not a huge dentist fan and haven't been to the dentist in years. But I went because of a chipped tooth in the back. First trip was good got the x-ray done saw what was going on and saw I had to get a root canal done. I've never had any type of major work done to my mouth so this made me nervous. So the very helpful and pleasant front desk receptionist helped me book my next appt. So appt time came and I was really nervous. Looked up a ton of reviews of what is done during a root canal but still nervous. Got there didn't have to wait long at all and the doctor was able to see me. I shared me uncomfortable and nervousness with her and she walked me through the whole process asking the whole way if I was ok and consoling me which I deeply appreciated. She is a sweetheart. Got the the procedure done without any incident. I was totally worked up for nothing. Went to the front desk who was as pleasant as ever and she went over the payment options that were available to me till I picked one and it was settled. I was nervous about this practice based on old reviews, but my experience with Dr. Jun has been great. She did a crown on a tooth that several other dentists had had trouble doing fillings on (small jaw, difficult to get the right amount of space between teeth). The first crown didn't fit right, and she wasn't satisfied with the quality of the second, and so she ordered a third. I appreciate that she kept at it til it was just right. read more

This was my first visit and I found Dr. Pittman in the Women of Atlanta book. My first thoughts of her are.....OMG....that is the biggest afro I've vere seen. No problems...I always make dental and doctor appointments as the first one of the day, because a five minute wait in the dentist office is enough time for me to leave running out the door....so by time I finished filling out my paperwork, they were ready for me. Note: If YOU sit in a dentist office 2.5 hours for an appointment...u should blame yourself for not having better respect for your time IMO!!! Dr. Pittman greeted me professionaly as a I was there to get an tooth pulled, we got right down to business. Mind you I havent been to the dentist in YEARS so I knew she was going to comment on my other many many teeth problems. The tooth pulling was quick...and I'm sure as painless as possible, but she did recommend another $2500 in dental work, which is probably accurate in my case, as I havent been to the dentist in years and I can see in my own mouth where much work is needed. So I proceed to make appointments for my kids the following weeks, and she tells me that my son needs a root canal and about $1500 more in dental work, but she doenst do root canals and she reffered me to an outside source that doenst accept insurance, but I can pay upfront and be reimbursed by the insurance company. I think not. That was about a year ago....so why am I now getting a letter from their offices sayin I owe $40 for each of the kids floride(sp) rinse. I ask why didnt the insurance cover it.....oh...its a special rinse that insurance doesnt cover....uhhh...so why give it to them without asking first? It wasn't easy to fond an office that takes our insurance. It was very easy to get a same day appointment for my husband. We were seen quickly and the doctors were very informative. The office is clean and comfortable. They did an exam xrays and came up with a total treatment plan in an hour and a half. I would go back and recommend them to others! read more

I really wanted to like this place. The entire staff with the exception of the actual dentist was so so nice. All very patient and helpful. The reason I will never be returning is the dentist herself, Dr. Jieun Jun. At my first visit which was just for a cleaning she said she was seeing 2 cavities, and had time to fill them then. Great. I asked that they verify that everything would be covered by my insurance. A few minutes later they bring me a statement saying it would be covered and I would only be charged a copay. I had the fillings done, or so I thought. Fast forward a couple weeks and one of those teeth is still hurting a lot (there was no pain prior to Dr. Jun working on it). So I call back, again the staff member I spoke to was very nice and helpful. She was able to work me in that day. When I got there and saw the dentist she took one look in my mouth and said "I don't do bad work, so there's nothing to fix". Those were her actual words. She also told me it was normal for newly filled cavities to hurt for months on end which is nonsense. I later received a bill for several hundred dollars because they had not actually verified anything with my insurance. I ended up having to find another dentist to fix the the tooth that was hurting. The other tooth that Dr. Jun said had a cavity HAD NEVER BEEN FILLED. He looked all over and couldn't find another filling on that side of my mouth. Took an X-ray, saw nothing. Meanwhile I'm still getting a bill for nearly $400 every month even though I've called many times to try to resolve the issue. Went and had an xray and confirmed 2 teeth needed to be removed one on the bottom right and 1 on top left both molars... Went things where a breeze Dentist was nice polite ..catering etc. Bottom right molar numbed and removed no problem... Top left wouldnt take numbing shots so I was told since I could still feel the pain of them attempting to remove I would be a better candidate for oral surgery and pretty much got care instructions for tooth that was removed..schds an appt and I left . This was Thursday 5/7 . I went home That same night part of the top left molar came out(Tooth that dentist attempted to remove) The location was closed fri so I waited til monday morning for them to tell me that the remaining doctors didnot take my insurance. Fast forward to Today wed the other portion with the exception of a sharp piece rubing my jaw and whats in my gums (no outter tooth) has came out....I still cannot find an appointment anywhere theyre steady calling me but not remembering They "Supposedly" dont take my insurance"Dentist who pulled my tooth was heading to Iraq(Military) So while I understand the 1 Dentist who took my insuance was being sent on tour your Company "Grant park Dental group" is who this dentist represents. Since moving to Atlanta 3 years ago, I've had a difficult time finding a reputable dentist, and my experience with Dr. Pittman has even further verified that the dental industry is full of charlatans looking to milk their patients for every cent they're worth. My dental cleaning at Dr. Pittman's office was extremely pleasant, as the hygienist made nice conversation and exhibited a general interest in my life. However, after the cleaning, Dr. Pittman reviewed my X-rays and immediately started poking around my mouth, naming different teeth she saw problems with to her assistant. She decided it was necessary to give me two new fillings, repair another filling and replace one of my fillings with a crown--and I was only 23 years old at the time. I decided to seek a second opinion from my childhood dentist, who practices 60 miles away, and he disagreed with all of the work that Dr. Pittman deemed necessary. I received a bill for the dental procedures only a few days later, even though I planned to cancel the appointment--and I did. Now, NINE MONTHS LATER, I just received another bill for the procedures I didn't even have performed, and the work was billed to my insurance carrier anyway. I was particularly perturbed by the letter attached to the bill, threatening to contact the collection agencies if my "account balance" remained unpaid after a certain number of days. Plus, at my most recent dental visit a couple of weeks ago, my new dentist didn't find anything wrong with my teeth. I was very disappointed in Dr. Pittman's sketchy dental practices--such overeager attempts to make a few hundred bucks off a young, innocent-looking patient. read more

I went to this office because it was close to my house when I moved back to Atlanta. One my first visit for a cleaning Dr. Pittman told me I needed a lot of work and since my teeth were not "perfect" I said OK. She did a few fillings and a crown (which was one of the worst experiences of my life, including not getting a temporary crown for a week while the permanent one was being made?). I was often kept waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes past my appointment time and then another 10-20 once in the chair. When she told me that I needed to have my wisdom teeth out I drew the line since I had just been to a dentist 6 months before in my old city who told me they were fine. When I found my new dentist they ended up having to remove and replace the crown that Dr. Pittman did because of how sloppy the work was and not getting all of the problem removed before capping it. Ironically it was much less painful to have the second dentist do more work than having it put in to begin with. I would not recommend that anyone use Dr. Pttman or this office. read more

I went to Dr. Pittman out of convenience since I lived just a few blocks away. The office was very nice, and the receptionists were always quite pleasant. I even had a hygentist who I liked alright even though she was the type to ask you questions that involved more than a "yes" or "no" answer while she had dental tools in your mouth. That said, I live by the three strikes rule. The first strike came when I waited for an hour for an appointment only to have them tell me it would be another hour or I would have to reschedule. Strikes two and three both come from that rescheduled appointment. Not only was she late again, but her first words to me that morning were "Open your mouth." Not good morning, hello, or any other semblance of a greeting! For the next hour, she proceeded to bark orders and admit (to her assistant) that she was hung over from the previous night. I called them to make sure my cleanup is covered under my PPO Humana plan. They said it was and I scheduled a cleanup. They take a couple of X-rays and tell me my cleanup will actually cost $125 and they can not do the regular cleanup. I just had my teeth cleaned six months ago and it's not like they are in terrible shape. I truly felt like I was at a used car lot and they were trying to sell me products and sell me a cleanup not covered by my insurance. The staff seems friendly enough, but Dr. Pittman always looks like she just rolled out of bed. After I discussed getting a dental implant with another dentist who works with Dr. Pittman (only on Fridays), I never heard back from them about price estimates, treatment schedule, etc. After calling them twice and requesting the information, I was finally sent some papers in the mail. THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL PRACTICE EVER!!!!! After 15 years of fear, I made an appointment to see Dr. Pittman. HeR staff, from the receptionist to the hygienist, to Dr. Pittman herself made me relax into what could have been a traumatic experience. I love my smile again! My teeth are sooooo pretty and Dr. Pittman was patient and easy with the needle, which terrifies me! I would (and I do) recommend the Grant Park Dental Group to everyone I know! Oh, and I read that other review....I don't know what he/she is talking about but there's cable galore, good music and its a really fun atmosphere...especially for a dental practice! Two stars indicated "Meh, I've experienced better" and that's exactly how I felt after this experience. I went there because there was a coupon in the Savvy Shopper for a cleaning and x-ray for $99. I'm not sure sure if this influenced how Dr. Pittman treated me, but she was not friendly at all and quickly told me some name of a condition I need to be treated for with no further explanation. After that, I was handed a treatment plan stating I need $1,300 of work immedietely...they wouldn't even let me schedule another cleaning until I have this done. You would think for such an expensive and important treatment, Dr. Pittman would have spent some time discussing it with me. Just a word of caution: I paid my $99 but was them sent an additional bill for $145. After a phone call they resolved it, but just be careful. I went to Dr. Pittman for the last year and a half for cleanings and X-rays, and only changed dentists when my insurance coverage changed and she was no longer in network for me. I enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere in the office, having flat screen TV's by the cleaning chairs, and felt Dr. Pittman was professional. I did not experience any billing problems, long wait times, or directives for unnecessary work. Unable to make an appointment with my current dentist, I Yelped and found Grant Park Dental. Oh, how happy that made me. Not only are they in my neighborhood, they were also very accommodating. I was having a tooth ache and needed a rush appointment and they were able to see me within hours. When I arrived, the front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful with getting me all set up quickly. Keep in mind I was in a lot of pain. Once I was brought back (within 15 minutes of getting there), the hygienist was also very nice and took a few x-rays and answered any questions I had. Then very shortly the dentist came in. She was able to tell me after hearing about my discomfort and checking over my x-rays...she knew what the next steps should be. She prescribed an antibiotic and some pain meds and also referred me to an Endodontic (keep an eye out for that review shortly). When I was done...the front desk ladies already ran my paperwork to my insurance and I was good to go. Everything ran so smoothly. Bonus - each examining room has it's own TV. This helps to keep your mind off of being in a dental office, which can tend to scare some people. Overall...I highly recommend Grant Park Dental Group, especially to those who are afraid of the dentist. They will change your mind...I promise! read more

Disgusting environment besides the Assistants there. First off, Elizabeth charged my YSA card for insurance purposes without my permission. Then tried to create an fight after investigating it. Worst dentist ever. I took my son there for a cleaning and was told that he had to have one of his baby teeth removed so that the adult tooth could grow in properly. I gave approval and she very painfully pulled his tooth, after promising him it wouldn't hurt. He was traumatized. 6 months later she informed me that he needed more baby teeth pulled or his teeth would be messed up. I refused due to how bad the last experience was for him. She became obstinate and kept insisting that it was necessary. I still refused. Her comment to me was, "Well, I don't want to see how much damage happens because you won't consent to having the teeth pulled." I told her not to worry that she wouldn't be seeing him again. It was a very surreal and uncomfortable experience. I left there feeling like she was running an insurance scam as I've never heard of having to pull baby teeth. They do pretty well on their own. This feeling was reiterated when my son's teeth fell out and grew back perfectly. He's now an adult with a mouth full of beautiful teeth that have needed no help. There always seems to be an issue with me making an appointment here and actually having work done during that appointment. I waited for an hour today before being asked to wait another 30 minutes at 3 o'clock when my appointment was at 2 o'clock. Their only explanation was that they had a "corporate meeting" and they could offer free fluoride as a concession. You can tell the patient clearly does not come first and I have a hard time understanding how they are in the least bit profitable with this unprofessionalism. Other than the extremely long wait, at a first glance, all seemed great. I was impressed with such a nice dentist office/'staff. A mile from home, perfect! Dr. Pittman told me that I was in need of at least 4 fillings and a crown. I figured she was telling the truth as she seemed to know what she was talking about. I suppose I should have gotten a second opinion, as I was already 37 years old and had probably only had 4 fillings my entire life! When she put the temporary crown in my mouth, it fell out as soon as I left her office. She basically told me to get tooth glue (for dentures) and put it back in. For two weeks this temp tooth fell out EVERY day. I couldn't eat without taking it out, I couldn't sleep without taking it out (i didn't want to choke on it in my sleep)!! This was nothing like the crown that my old dentist had done years ago. That temporary tooth NEVER fell out, not once. I took my son to see her during those two weeks as I waited for my crown to be made. He was 7 yrs. old at the time. He'd already lost at least 4 teeth, naturally, by then. However, she took xrays and said that his two bottom teeth were on the verge of coming out (they were NOT wiggly), so she suggested they "just" extract them. I did not think it was necessary and told her so. She showed me the xrays and convinced me that the new growth was coming up already. I did not want to insult her professional judgement, so I allowed her to extract them. Very bad decision on my part, as they did not begin to grow back in for a YEAR! They were clearly not ready and were prematurely pulled. I regret the moment I trusted her with my son, I should have known better. I had to go back to her often for the next month or two due to the fillings she gave me. Two of them were so sensitive that I could barely eat or drink on that side. She ended up having to re-fill one of them FOUR times! The last time she did it, she said that if she did it one more time, that tooth was going to crumble as there was barely anything left! I brought my son back in, 6 months later, to show her that his teeth still hadn't grown back in. I was upset at the whole situation and might have hinted to it, appropriately of course as my son was sitting in the chair, and she turned to my son and said "your mother is not a very nice person." I could not believe my ears! Yes, I was upset, but you don't tell a child that about their parent. I was livid and at that point showed her that "not nice" side of me! We left and never went back again! Dr. Zelda Pittman is a horrible, money greedy, unprofessional dentist. Dr. Cole is the man! He is so respectful and really cares about his patients. I went there originally w minor tooth pain and it turned out I needed a root canal but could not afford it at the time. It got worse and worse so I eventually had the procedure. He explained everything to me (and I ask a LOT of questions!) and we did the root canal without a crown because my insurance was not going to cover the crown until next year. Dr. Cole also did three cavities I had previously. I am now 20 weeks in with my Invisalign (which I also am doing there and with Dr. Cole). The staff is nice, they are funny, I get to watch tv but I will warn you it is often times cold in there! So be prepared! Other than that I will never go to another dentist and have had two of my friends go there as well! I hope this helps! read more

My family has been going to Grant Park Dental for over 10 years. There seems to be new providers/staff there now and I am so disappointed with the customer service. I am never the person to write these negative reviews, but I feel this was necessary. My son had an appointment and there was some issues with the insurance which I resolved prior to the appointment. I contacted the insurance carrier as well as the office manager to ensure there would be no issues prior to the appointment. When he arrives to the appointment the manager states she does not know what I am talking about and they can not accept the insurance. I work in healthcare and with insurance all day for the last 12 years. The manager should have contacted the insurance to verify the information, but she did not. This is the worst dentist ever!! She made me wait 2 hours before I got my teeth cleaned, then she told me I had periodontal disease. I waited 60-90 minutes on average for a scheduled appt. . Always trying to do more work than needed. Said I had cavities that up to this day as never been found. (Even with my yearly xrays). Went in for a filling, she wanted to pull my wisdom teeth that day. (?) Same filling done that day required a root canal 30 days later. Also received a bill months later for something the insurance didn't cover. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. read more

Low-end people; low-end ethics. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with Grant Park Dental. Being close to my house, I thought I would give them a try. I asked if there would be any extra charge for a cleaning, above what my insurance covers, because I know some offices try to charge you extra for a cleaning, and money is particularly tight right now. (Previously, I had NEVER been charged extra at other dentists with the insurance I have.) She said they would have to look inside my mouth to say for sure. Fair enough. So, I made an appointment, took time off work, and showed up on time. They kept me waiting a rather long time, which was surprising, given that I was a brand new patient. Finally they took me in, and I asked them to let me know if there would be any extra charges for a cleaning before they started. The first thing they did was take X-rays, which struck me as odd, given I just needed to know about a cleaning. They looked inside my mouth for a little while, and then disappeared. I've since been told by two different dentists that X-rays are NOT necessary to assess the extent of a cleaning. Eventually they returned and informed me that it would be $98 ABOVE my insurance to get a simple cleaning. $98.00!! I simply cannot afford to pay that much money right now, especially when the dentist further from my house has never charged me a penny extra with the very same insurance. So, I was forced to leave without the cleaning. (I can tell when people are trying to unnecessarily separate me from my money.) The staff was VERY rude to me when I left, especially the older woman at the front desk, who was downright belligerent. So, I get the notice from my insurance company that Grant Park Dental has billed them $156, which my insurance paid. But, I got a bill from GP Dental saying I owed them an additional $25 copay for a cleaning I never got!! The NERVE!! I went to talk to them about the incorrect charge, and they were nothing but rude to me. Unsympathetic, stubborn, and aggressive. I felt like I was at the DMV. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. Since my horrible experience, I've heard many other bad stories from neighbors about Grant Park Dental. They proved to be both irresponsible and unprofessional. read more

STAY AWAY!! THIS DENTIST WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY! They will tell you your teeth are terrible and you need a bunch of stuff done. I called and asked how much a cleaning would be and I was told $99. When I got to the dentist office they took me back and poked at my teeth for a little bit and tried to tell me that I have severe gum disease and that I needed a special cleaning....of course the special cleaning was going to be more money. I had just been to my hometown dentist only 7 months prior with a clean bill of health (they told me my teeth and gums were in excellent shape) PLUS I don't bleed when I brush or floss and my teeth are pretty white. I don't even have red gum lines (which is a sign of the start of gum disease). So I knew right away they were trying to pull one over on me. I told them I wasn't going to pay the extra money and they refused to clean my teeth!!!! THEN THEY CHARGED ME $75 FOR THE CONSULTATION. Are you effin' kidding me?? SUCH A SCAM. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. Disgusting. read more

Since moving to the Grant Park area about a year ago I decided that I would support my local community businesses since I live in the neighborhood. I went to visit Dr. Zelda M Pittman of Grant Park Dental and this has been the absolute WORST decision of my life. Dr. Zelda Pittman did a filling about 3 months ago that has now become a food trap. I have scheduled 4 appointments with her to have it fixed. Each time she has cancelled the appointment with me and most recently she did it the day of my appointment . I don't think she realizes that she is not only person where her time is valuable. The only reason why I'm giving this business at least one star is because her poor receptionists are the messengers and they receive the blunt of my frustrations and handle it with grace and humility as they should. Dr. Zelda M Pittman has NO CLASS and I receive better customer service from the fast food chains then I do a "Professional Doctor's Office". DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

The dentist I've been going to at Grant Park Dental in Atlanta GA disappeared without notifying her patients (Dr. Otisha Preston). I went in for an appointment and was treated by Dr. Singh instead which was a complete surprise. What was supposed to be a crown, ended up needing a root canal. He spent SIX weeks, twice a week, trying to adjust my bite. The temporary crown came off TWICE in the meantime. And he only works three days a week so I had to go the weekend with an exposed stub. Not fun. Because I had to pay my deductibles up front, I didn't want to go somewhere else. THEN, he put my permanent crown on incorrectly and spent five minutes trying to knock it back off with a hammer. Literally, a HAMMER. Since that didn't work, he ended up having to cut it off and start over with another temporary. The root specialist informed me that due to the constant drilling on my enamel, I now have no choice but to get a root canal. Which is an additional $170 deductible. I received a check directly from my insurance company and they informed me that they had to send the check to me because Dr. Singh's provider-status is not up to date therefore he isn't even qualified to receive payment. Upon finding out that the check was sent directly to me, Grant Park Dental, left me a threatening voicemail that the money belongs to them and they would send me to collections if I didn't bring it to them. Literally, that was the voicemail I received. When I returned the call, I was told there is nothing to discuss, she will not talk to my provider, and that check belongs to them and I was hung up on. I called back and asked for the name of the owner and was told they didn't need to answer that question. So not only is Dr. Singh not qualified in performance, his office is only concerned about insurance payments that SHOULD have come to them instead, regardless of his negligence and non-qualified provider status. I'm glad I got that voicemail before turning over the check, which I had already planned to do, but changed my mind. Since i need to now pay for a root canal that he caused, he doesn't deserve another dime, let alone the right to having surgical instruments in his hand. And this treatment was after being a loyal customer for years. By-pass Grant Park Dental. Tifanny is a great assistant, but unfortunately the dentist she works for is a quack and the office staff is unprofessional. read more

I took my nephew to get a cleaning on his parent insurance, We walk in to sign in and gives his name. The office manager Elizabeth( she refuses to give her last name) starts in on us about the insurance card and a pictured id, stating if we were at the emergency room we would have to have an insurance card, NOT true. This woman did not even speak to us before jumping on us about proof of insurance. She starts attacking my 19 year old nephew about coverage. We emailed proof but she comes over and says I need his father's full name and date of birth. So we decide to leave because of her ATTITUDE. I had to leave before I really got real angry. If this is an example of customer service then I'm glad that I wear partials. We went because the location is ideal from work. I will NEVER understand why Elizabeth was so ANGRY. I feel that Elizabeth could have had a better approach in speaking to us. We can not give a review on the dental service but that Elizabeth must be miserable with her life the way she speaks to people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! read more
