The service an products they use has gone down tremendously. I recently had bridge work done few months ago. My temporary fell off twice. This tells me the products they are using are not top grade. I also had to come back three times for my permenant bridge due to it not fitting properly. I was told each time it was the lab fault. I just found out the bridge they put in on the opposite side two years ago had a leakage which caused me to need a root canal an replacement. I go every year, they do exam an xrays. I don't understand how this was overlooked. The office manager refused to honor there services . I'm filing a claim with my insurance. Also my son moved had to go to another dentist in the Bay Area the crown that Naglee did had to replaced . His crown was less than year old.

She went over what the procedure is going to be like and asked for any questions, or concerns I had before starting. I asked how to properly floss and brush, and she showed me and demonstrated how to do them properly to help in the future. The office and the entire staff are super friendly and nice. At the same time, they do their best to help financially with any procedures you do and give a consultation and list of costs before doing anything which is great to plan things out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

When we went to ask, the doctor said it was due to the jaw. I proved it wasn't the jaw, so the doctor switched to saying it was the teeth. I showed him that before the braces, my children's teeth weren't like that, but the doctor blamed it on the fact that they had suggested extracting teeth earlier. I told him that he had said he would see if it was impossible to do it, and if not, he wouldn't. That's the dentist's job; he knows what should and shouldn't be done. He's still ignoring it and hasn't made any adjustments. After the braces, their teeth look worse than before. The worst part is that I had both of them treated at the same time.

Now that I work AND live in Modesto, I still have no plans to leaving VCARE. I've been going to Dr. Kaur for close to two years now. Other dentists that were rated highly in Modesto are baloney reviews. You never see the dentist in those places. You're treated wonderfully as a new patient but after that it's like a McDonald's to get you through your appointment then schedule the next appointment. Long story short, I found VCARE and Dr. Kaur is an excellent doctor. She has great bedside manners, is very knowledgeable and even completes my teeth cleanings herself. For years, I've been thinking of doing Invisalign and she sold me. Other dentists never made me comfortable with the expenses and the change of lifestyle, but Dr. Kaur did. I'm a third of the way through now and it's easy breezy. So, yes, I drive from Modesto to Tracy to see my dentist; but this office is so well worth it. Janet at the front desk is also amazing, she's soooooooooooooo friendly and knowledgeable. She even communicates through text. If you're looking for a dentist, you will not regret going here!

Then they told me that I couldn't have my wisdom teeth pulled there because they didn't have the right equipment but they did. They just decided to lie to me because my mom had her wisdom teeth pulled at a western dental. They are NOT gentle at all. Left me in pain for multiple days after the visits. I have never been scared of the dentist but after that visit, I would rather walk into an abandoned building than ever go back to this place. The inside wasn't that clean.
