If I would be able to give this place a zero star rating I would. I went in and they got cavities filled for me which they didn't fully take out. Then they told me that I couldn't have my wisdom teeth pulled there because they didn't have the right equipment but they did. They just decided to lie to me because my mom had her wisdom teeth pulled at a western dental. They are NOT gentle at all. Left me in pain for multiple days after the visits. I have never been scared of the dentist but after that visit, I would rather walk into an abandoned building than ever go back to this place. The inside wasn't that clean. For sure a very pleasant experience now that they hired a new guy my dad's not good with names but he has curly hair and glasses he sold my dad a treatment that is working on him. He was very caring towards my dad and showed so much compassion.Nothing like what we've experienced before. I will say they need to schedule better they open early but the actual doctors don't come in until around 9:30-9:45. There's no point in opening early if the Doctor isn't here . The signing in goes smooth with the guy, but we come here to be treated in a timely manner. read more

Customers Beware! Less than mediocre staff on duty. No follow through after a few visits, several conversations over the phone and a formal complaint. The office is in subpar conditions. The staff hates their jobs as they are rude and can only make appointments. Management cannot submit a simple insurance claim for a kids braces. My daughter took x-rays twice, impressions twice and both times the insurance company sent me a letter stating the claim was submitted incomplete by Western Dental. What a complete let down! They bill for as many services possible to the insurance company such as X-rays without delivering the end product to their patients. Great business model where you bill, bill, bill and give your customers nothing. A total scam!!!! Do not come here. The front desk Latino boy--was so busy playing games on his iphone, he forgot he was at work. Between his iPhone texts and ignoring patients, that poor thing didn't care for anyone coming in to check-in.. I've seen *cows* with better manners, and at least they chew with their mouths closed. No gum or phones should be allowed for the from desk workers. And the bathrooms in this office? let's just say I've had *picnics* with less ants than this office has problems. If neglect was a dental specialty, they'd have a gold star. Save yourself the headache--and your teeth--and mosey on somewhere else. I recently had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Jinn and I can confidently say that he is one of the best dentists I've ever seen in my life. I was very nervous due to a terrible past experience with a previous dentist who caused me a lot of pain and trauma. But Dr. Jinn was incredibly gentle, fast, and professional. He removed my tooth, cleaned the area, and did stitches all in under 10 minutes! He even made a light joke at the end that made me smile despite the stress: "Don't be such a baby!" I highly recommend him to anyone especially if you're afraid of dental work. Thank you, doctor. You really changed my perspective! I've been to this location 3 times and each time I have waited no less than an hour and a half. I will NEVER return to this location, I wouldn't care if my teeth were falling out. Customer service is a joke, they blatantly lie to your face and will have you sit there without saying a word to you. First thing is I'm always on time, but they never bring me to the room on time. Waited for 45 minutes, then checked with the front desk to see how much longer. He said there is a room available, so it shouldn't be much longer. Waited 15 more minutes and then rescheduled (but will probably find somewhere else to go to). This isn't acceptable for any dental or doctor's office. Our time is just as important as their time!!! The cleanliness of the lobby is not good and the floor is always dirty. I went to get 2 teeth extracted due to pain and not eating well. I was not in a frame of mind to make decisions on more extensive dental work than the extractions! I recently lost my brother to homicide and have had problems at work with paychecks and bills being behind but even though these things were discussed the person that was supposed to be explaining my dental treatment plan disregarded my financial issues and set me up on a payment plan with sunbit and now I'm in debt for over $11,000 but the worst part is I'm stuck with implants I never really wanted I mentioned being interested in looking into it in the future but taking advantage of my disposition I was coersed into signing up for these payments and the worst part is the payments only include the first part of implant treatment which was botched left me in extreme pain and infection and stitches coming out before they were supposed to leaving bone graft material exposed and to top it off i would need to finance the second part of implant treatment totalling over $17,000 for two implants! I feel so violated! I do not want the implants and want them removed but now can't afford it! I have PTSD from this dental office! read more

My daughter Waited an hour in a half in the lobby and then called to the back to wait another 2hours till I finally got up to ask what was going on. We ended up leaving because our appt was supposed to be at 230 and we got stuck there till 5 pm. Terrible service. The lobby is filthy trash all over floor is never mopped. Grantline was ghetto also but at least they were a lot quicker than corral hallow. I need to find another dentist this is ridiculous. They need another provider. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. They scheduled me an appointment 3 times and was declined service each time. The First time, they said they were overbooked and won't be able to accommodate me anymore. The second time, they said the corporate made a mistake on scheduling me for an appointment. And the third time, they said they had a system problem and can't service me. I would get off work early or wake up early in the morning to get to my appointment just to be declined service. I been getting my braces treatment and so far it has been good. They follow the hrs of your appointment so you go in and out of the office really quick. First off, Dr.Poonam is extremely unprofessional, doesn't explain treatments to patients, and I heard her and the manager talking about other patients! Talk about a major HIPAA violation. A few days ago And according to their website and the poster on their office window I was told by the receptionist that I would receive a free screening and exrays because I was a new patient. Upon arriving for my appt. Today I was told it was 149.00 screening fee + exrays. The staff was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. Save your money. I have no choice but to take my son here for ortho and the office I was taking him to on Grant Line closed. Not happy with how i paid $4000 for ortho treatment and my son has to wait 3 weeks to have a loose bracket fixed that they put on like that. All because they have their patients from that office and the office that closed down on two different time schedules for ortho. I see it helps them but it doesn't help my son get the treatment he deserves and that I paid for. The ortho dentist I brought him into one time off schedule to have his wires removed for the day, told my son "Schedule on wednesdays" like why should my child and I have to stress of this. My mom went back into this location and the dry an unprofessional behaviors had not changed whatsoever if anything in my previous review I noted that they X-ray tech was super sweet but this time around my mom said she didn't even respond when my mom greeted her with a "Hi, how are you?" I don't understand what needs to be done here but there is a clear disconnect somewhere in the chain.
