I was in a lot of dental pain and I was able to get an appointment the same day to figure out what was wrong. They told me I needed an extraction and started looking for a good time to schedule me in it was a Wednesday, and they said the earliest they could get me back in was the following Monday morning. But the next morning, they called and said they had a cancelation., Luckily, I could get an appointment within 24 hours. The office was super clean, and the staff were so nice and reassuring. Even though I was scared and anxious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel better during my visit. My procedure was surprisingly painless and quick. I'm so happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends if they ever need dental work.

He explained the risks of a wisdom tooth extraction at an older age (almost 50). Luckily only one was giving me trouble. I was given the option of local anesthesia and assured they could switch to general anesthesia if the process was too much for me. It's not fun but I managed to make it through just fine with local. It didn't take long for Dr. Jone to take out the problem tooth and have me on my way. I just had my one week follow up and everything looks good. Dr. Jone explained the importance of keeping the extraction area clean and his friendly staff provided the tools I need to do it. He gave me 2 fillings and both of them were sensitive after the procedures. I went back to him twice and told him my problems, and he kept on telling me there were no problem. (Big lies or big incompetency) Now, I'm a dental student at USC, learning what's good dentistry and bad dentistry. And yeah..Both of the fillings he gave me are worse than what I can do as a first year dental student. The fillings are too sensitive because he drilled too deep and left the margin open so food got stuck and caries developed. (This would be an automatic F in school) If he was to be graded in school, he would get F's in many categories. Now, I will just get these fillings redone by a classmate. I have more trust in my classmates than in him.
