Still the best. I finally had a chance to use them for large print jobs for a huge event I just threw - a step & repeat, circular sign, and large poster. All came out great and were printed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the results and they definitely enhanced my event! I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did. read more

The staff seem very nice, but I wouldn't choose them for passport photos. When I went for my photo, they kept saying that the State Department requires the whole ear to show and insisting that I tuck my long hair behind both ears. They also said that shoulders have to be covered (mine were, but they thought my sleeves were too short). It turns out neither are true. The State Department allows long hair, headscarves, etc., and there's nothing about clothing covering the shoulders. My picture ended up looking goofy with the ears sticking out, and also yellow-tinted (taken with a handheld camera), so I ended up using one of my own photos instead; it was accepted. Felt like a waste of time and the cost. read more

As I always say, you need to really piss me off or really impress me to "I'm gonna Yelp this shit". Graphicolor is ON POINT! I have been going here for years. I started when I lived in Park Slope, and now I make the journey all the way from Sunset Park because they're hands down the best at what they do. Pictures, copies, scans, posters, flyers, business cards, you name it. And when you're a little clueless with design or sizing like I am, they go out of their way to help you. 5 stars and then some! It's not everyday that people drive to a business to make color printings. In fact I have a color printer on my work desk in my office, but I was on the road and needed color copies fast. I turned to Yelp and located "Graphicolor" in Brooklyn. Its a nice location, in a very quiet part of Brooklyn. Going in I was surprised with how big and clean the place was. I walked up to the counter and complimented the owner, he replied that his wife was the reason this places was spotless. We all laughed and then it was time for business. They spoke to me as I waited for my copies, both were extremely nice. Once my copies were prepared, I handed them my Debit Card (because they do take credit) paid and I was off. They don't just to copies, if you need any kind of work or large project done, head over there. Be ready to laugh, those two love birds are a great pair. read more

I needed to print my best friend's bridal shower invitations. I went downtown Brooklyn to go to OfficeMax at Atlantic terminal and realized it had closed down. I went of google to see where the nearest staples was and it was a 22 minute walk. I was going to take an Uber and thought to myself why not save money and walk it's a beautiful day. So while walking I stumbled across Graphicolor and they were really professional. The guy at the front was new and took long (if you're in a rush be patient with him, he is still learning and he was super nice) They did a great job printing it out and cutting them for me, I will definitely come back in the future! read more

I urgently needed to print some photos for tonight when my printer suddenly stopped working, so I went to Graphicolor literally three minutes before they closed. The customer service I received was so wonderful that I needed to write this review. Everyone at Graphicolor was so attentive, efficient, and kind, staying over 20 minutes after they closed to make sure every customer left with what they needed. (Special shoutout to Jeff who gave me the best customer service I've ever received from any business!) Printing can be strangely stressful, so I feel very lucky to live near Graphicolor. Hands down the best place to go for any copying or printing projects. Staff is extremely helpful and nice! I needed help printing on card stock and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. Every customer that walked in left with a smile. Ok. I'm pretty sure I'm their most annoying customer. And even with that they provide AMAZING service all the time. They put up with my 5 year olds loud tablet while helping me print a million things sent via email. They are always so helpful here. I never know my measurements or how many copies I will need. I take up a lot of time. they have helped me make stickers, coloring books, labels. Everything! they're so sweet here and so patient and the price is unbeatable. Excellent last minute rush service. Couldn't be more grateful to these guys for taking me ten minutes before close to do a 500 page duplex print job that involved hand cutting covers and binding. Owner was careful, patient, kind and attended to every detail -- and to the time. He stayed an hour past close but kept me apprised of the fed ex deadline so I'd make it to ship. I went here late one afternoon (with a friend visiting from Paris) to get some two-sided wedding programs printed. There were problems with the file but the gentleman was very patient, working with the file to make sure both images were centered so it would print out correctly. It took several tries, but he was finally confident he had it right. Then he asked when I needed it, and when I said by the end of the day (by then it was a couple of hours before closing time on a Friday night), he was surprised, but said it was no problem. He said I should leave and come back later, even if it was after closing time, and he would finish the job. And he did! My Parisian friend couldn't believe the superb work ethic and customer service. read more
