Amazing service, great company, and overall amazing quality for the products and service received, I have never felt more joy for a car till after they did their magic on mine, the results are as seen below me. I will forever always be grateful, take a shot on this place, you'll be amazed by the results as I was. They wraps the top, spoiler, back rear lights, cleaned the hell of the exterior making it shiny, and new red calibers, for over all glossy black an aggressive look which I wanted.

Front wrapped PPF, Tint and ceramic coating on Lexus NX.

My experience: On August 20th, 2025, I scheduled a visit with Graphix Lab for a full front PPF, matching front door tint, and full ceramic coatings quote for my 2025 Lexus NX. I dropped off the car on the 26th with an expected pickup date of the 29th. There was a communication gap during the process, especially with the Labor Day weekend approaching, and I received the car the following Friday. The work itself was excellent and clearer updates would have made the experience even smoother. The work: Graphix Lab is top tier when it comes to bulk PPF fitting. To the untrained eye, you cannot tell the vehicle has film applied. They wrap edges to create a true full coverage install. The recommended ceramic tint matches perfectly with the factory Lexus tint. During my post-inspection I noticed a small issue with one panel and Leo helped resolve it immediately at no charge. I completed the two week check up and wash and received the car back the same day. Final thoughts: The craftsmanship is exceptional and the team's commitment to standing behind their work gave me great confidence in choosing Graphix Lab.

Update (12/31/2025): I noticed very thin hairline marks in the center of the front windshield. Initially, I assumed it was residue from the tint/PPF removal, but after a thorough wash and later cleaning the interior glass, I confirmed the marks are on the interior side of the windshield and appear to be scratches. I've tried multiple glass cleaners, isopropyl alcohol, and a clay bar with no improvement (see photo). I also found residue still eft in the VIN display. This is appalling because the windshield had been newly replaced before my first visit. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had with a shop. My car was in like-new condition beforehand; now it has deep exterior paint scratches, interior plastic damage and panel gaps, and windshield damage that may cost thousands to repair in total. For these reasons, I am downgrading my rating from two stars to one. Original Review (12/10/2025): After nearly six months of saving, I finally set aside enough money for full window tint coverage and PPF for my vehicle's front and rear windshields and moonroof. Before my first visit, I replaced my front windshield due to cracks from numerous rock impacts. I asked Leo (the owner) if I could have PPF installed on the new front windshield as soon as possible because I didn't want to risk it cracking again. I also had front windshield tint installed at the same time because I was told that adding tint later would require replacing the PPF due to the need for a precise exterior molding. Despite being fully booked for the next several weeks, Leo and his team accommodated me, and the installation was completed the next day. I sincerely appreciated that gesture. Unfortunately, everything that followed was a nightmare. After the front PPF and tint installation, I noticed several concerning issues: - Multiple areas along the windshield edge where the PPF was peeling - Side moldings that were not properly reseated and visibly stuck out - White residue obscuring the VIN display - Excessive lint embedded under both the PPF and the tint - Several creases in the tint I returned to the shop to address these problems and to proceed with the remaining tint and PPF for the rest of my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back, the residue around the VIN display was cleaned up, but the previous problems were still apparent--and there was new damage to the interior and exterior of the car: - Hairline scratches on the roof and exterior door panels - One scratch on the roof was deep enough that the clear coat was clearly damaged (I have since used touch-up paint to help prevent rust) - Very noticeable amounts of lint trapped under nearly every tinted window, plus a strand of hair in the rear-left window tint - Uneven PPF cuts along the edges - A discolored radio bezel - Marring on the black plastic of the rear interior door panels, as if someone pried them with a sharp tool - A gap where the door panel and frame meet I brought my car back again and asked Leo to correct these issues. At this point, I was getting frustrated because my vehicle had been carelessly damaged. After almost a week, I received my vehicle back. The radio bezel was fixed, but the rest of the issues were still unresolved. In fact, there was even more damage: fresh pry marks and marring on the black plastic of all the interior door panels, in the areas where the screw covers are located--and the panel gap was still a problem. At that point, I completely lost faith in their work and asked for all tint and PPF to be removed. To their credit, I wasn't charged for the labor to remove everything--so at least I didn't have to pay extra to undo the work that never should have been done this way in the first place. When I got my car back for the last time after the tint and PPF removal, Leo had somewhat improved the scratched interior plastic surrounding the screw covers, but it was still a problem and still noticeable. Unfortunately, I deleted most of the photos I took of the damage because I honestly believed everything would be fixed and I wouldn't need them anymore. In hindsight, I should have documented everything thoroughly. I am deeply angry--and hurt--about how my vehicle was handled and the consistently poor quality of the work. I care about this car immensely; I take better care of it than I take care of myself, and it holds tremendous sentimental value. Watching it come back to me repeatedly in worse condition each time was truly heartbreaking and felt like a slap in the face. Financially, this has been devastating. I am now out nearly $2,000 because I was denied a refund, and I will likely need to spend another $2,000 at an auto body shop to repair the damage that occurred during these installations. I gave Leo my trust and multiple opportunities to make this right, and I stayed cordial throughout the process--but the way this was handled, and the progressively worse condition my car was returned to me in, truly breaks my heart.

After repaint from Graphix Lab. Looks amazing. Went with Matte Black

I own a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali. As many people who own a full size GM truck from this time frame, these vehicles have paint defects from the factory that primarily affects the hood and roof. Of course GM is taking no responsibility to take care of this issue and many are left to address it on their own. I've been a GM guy for a long time and now am seriously considering switching. Anyway, I did a lot of research on this topic and many people were talking about repaint jobs in the thousands of dollars.I saw some paying $10K. I was not willing to pay that much for a paint job for an issue that wasnt my own fault. So I decided to see about just wrapping the hood. I put the project out on Yelp! and Maire from Graphix Lab responded. She was amazingly helpful. In fact, after a few exchanges and providing more information about my truck, Maire suggested I go with repainting the hood rather than wrap it. I asked the price and what she quoted me was amazing! In fact I was somewhat skeptical because anything that sounds too good to be true is ofter just that. But when I requested an RFP with all the details, she got that to me and also let me know Graphix Lab offered a 10yr warranty. I really couldn't go wrong. Maire and her team were so helpful every step of the way. Fantastic price and amazing service. I'm definitely going to go back to get the roof done which is also has that bad GM Paint. Highly recommend Graphix Lab! Thank you Maire and team!

    Gold wrap

Got my Tesla wrapped at Graphix Lab, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! The gold design came out absolutely flawless -- clean lines, perfect placement, and the finish looks insane in person. They really brought my vision to life and made my car stand out in the best way possible. The team was super professional, easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. You can tell they take pride in their craft -- every detail is on point.

Graphixlab is a highly professional business with a deep knowledge about their craft. I recently had some custom decals created for my Ioniq 6 and they came out spectacularly. The office manager, Maire, and business owner, Leo, are very amicable and incredibly flexible for making sure your customer experience is above satisfactory; They even make sure that you're satisfied with pricing and are open to helping find the best price for your budget. I would highly recommend Graphixlab for any wrap, decal, or automotive customization needs or just for general advice for what is available and how to customize your car to be yours.

As a female customer, it's not always easy to find fair and honest car services without feeling like I'm being up-charged. I have to say they've really earned my trust. The team is upfront, transparent, and they always deliver. This is my second time visiting for car wrap services, and I couldn't be more impressed and happy with bringing my car to Graphix Labs. The team consistently delivers great service, amazing value the price, and top-notch communication with no hidden fees or gimmicks. I got my windows tinted with 70% XPEL Ceramic on the front windshield and 35% all around, as well as PPF Xpel around the partial front and the results are flawless. Maire is absolutely amazing and made sure I was informed every step of the way, and the quality of the work speaks for itself! Highly recommend to anyone, especially women looking for honest and reliable car wrap and tint services. I'll definitely be back!

Paid for full front end PPF with the agreement that some portions like the mesh grill wouldn't be wrapped, but I ended up with really subpar work for premium price. This full front end PPF was closer to a 70% partial front PPF. My car also has multiple damages from their work and all I got was "Why should we be liable?". e.g. My driver side aftermarket mirror just fell off and broke because it didn't adhere properly. No worries since they caught that same failure and remedied it with new tape on the passenger side. Lo and behold, it was never touched by them after I spent a good hour heating up the adhesion and cutting through it with fishing line to fact check them. Pros - Decent communication - 2 week follow up to verify and correct work Cons - Cut into my paint - Unable to fix PPF lifting on some installed areas so they just cut it out and left that portion unprotected - Poor trimming - List could go on

Graphix lab did a full PPF British racing green on my Porsche Targa 4 Gts along with window tinting 35%. They were able to do the inside door panels as well as the side, passenger and driver door mirrors, which are tricky on a Targa. They were utmostly professional they kept me notified of what they need to do for example, they need to bring it to the Porsche dealer to get the sensors recalibrated on one mornin. I brought the car back for a touchup and first wash which they corrected in a scheduled follow up visit. results are eye catching and with excellent detailed work. Many many thanks to Maire and Leo who were always pleasant and on the phone and with text to any questions I had. Thanks graphix lab!!

Everyone at graphix labs puts their all into their work and it really shows with the quality you get. Excellent value for money! Thanks again Leo and Marie. I got the front end of my new tesla model 3 fully protected with PPF before driving to LA and there wasn't a single scratch when I drove back to the bay. The tints I got are also top quality, and there's no bubbles at all in the tint.

I opted for the ceramic tint, which is a bit more expensive but worth it! I was able to make a same day appointment. The business is located on a corner right across from a Valero gas station on San Bruno Ave. I arrived at my appointment time, but it did take awhile to check in the vehicle given it is only one person that handles the admin tasks. The staff at M Car Window Tint were super friendly and informative. The garage is decently big, can accommodate 3-4 cars. The small office has a small couch and you can get water while waiting. They also offer red bulls and sodas, but you do have to pay for those. The tint job for 2 front windows and the windshield took around 1-2 hours, which was super quick. They were very efficient and professional. My one issue was that there were some left over residue from the application of the tint, but I can overlook that since it was completed fairly quick and it was easily wiped off with a towel. They accept Zelle or cash(preferred) and credit cards(there is a fee for using credit cards). Payment was super quick and simple and they email you a invoice afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was done and so far no peeling or bubbling after 2 weeks. Definitely recommend contacting them for your tinting needs! They also offer other services such as wraps/PPF as well.
