The class is designed for all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or have no experience at all, you'll feel right at home. It started with some warm-ups and quickly moved into specific drills and live sparring. As a purple belt, I really enjoyed the class and walked away with some awesome guard-passing techniques. Rounders MMA offers so much more than just Jiu Jitsu - they also have NoGi Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai classes. Being the tiger mom I am, I want my daughter to try new things, work past her laziness, and know that quitting is never an option.
