They have a monthly rotating menu of four limited drinks for their drink flights. For the month of February the four drinks were: - Lots of Love Lotus -- pink lotus with rose and lavender syrup, topped with lavender cold foam. - Eternal Flame Latte -- espresso with sweet heat syrup and brown sugar cinnamon, finished with a honey and red sugar rim. - Sweetheart Sip Matcha -- iced matcha with cherry and almond syrup, topped with a maraschino cherry. - Perfect Pair Latte -- espresso with dark chocolate, white chocolate, and strawberry, topped with whipped cream and strawberry drizzle. The drinks were all great. In addition to the drink flight, we ordered a chocolate vegan muffin and a Danish to snack on. The space is wonderful. It is a fairly large space that could be used to study, work, or even socialize in. The service is also excellent. The staff are friendly and delivered our drink flight right to us!

For a local business that has been around for a while, product availability should be much more dialed in. Weekend demand, back-to-school changes, seasonal patterns, and other fluctuations are things that can be tracked and planned for using basic sales data. I've had to relocate business coffee meetings on four separate occasions because they were short on food, again. That's especially unfortunate to them as a business, because I typically spend $30-$35 when I'm there with a client, 8-12 times/month, which I gladly redirecting elsewhere (~$4k loss in annual business for Lander), not to mention the clients I brought often ended up revisiting, as most of them were new to the location. At this point, I've essentially given up on using this place for meetings. Most unfortunate, go me, is that I genuinely like the staff and the service. In this day and age, with the technology and data available to understand purchasing patterns and customer demand, consistently having enough food on hand should be a solvable problem. Isolated events happen, but the frequency shows a lack of tracking business metrics by ownership.

They have some pinball machines, free water at the back, and a party room you can rent. As with most breweries, it is family-friendly. I love the laid-back and friendly atmosphere of this place. They sell cool merch and have a neat display in honor of the historic Heidelberg Brewing Company of Tacoma that dates back to 1912.

Definitely a must-stop for my Tacoma visits!

So I went in and needed to get drinks for myself and the 3 other people who I hoped to make friends with at my kids birthday party, at first one person was telling me I would have to pay for a carrier, but then Hannah came over and was just like look we can't not charge you but I can teach you how to make your own. She proceeded to take a used milk carton, cut it on the sides with slits to fit drink and I could take all of them. It was amazing! Turns out the people at the birthday didn't want the coffee but appreciated the gesture. Hannah's name spelled backward is also Hannah which is not relevant but I found really cool! read more

You know I can get a coffee anywhere but this is the only place where I go in and Hannah knows my name! She doesn't just serve coffee she also provides me a sense of community, and although it's no replacement for my regular therapy appointments, it does feel like it's helping me become as they say "normal". If only there could be more people like Hannah in this world. Update: I saw Hannah is doing training on how to make a drink carrier out of trash and I tried to great success. I had ordered coffee from these guys thru Uber eats. ..and Not once, but twice the delivery was not made...I fi ally went there myslef...and the gals working were so sweet.. I was prepared to just purchase my coffees... but after making my original order, gor the third time.. they handed them to me and wished me a good day.. Gravity has always had amazing energy drinks and they offer a bunch of ways you can modify them which is cool (half sweet, extra sweet, add a flavor or use a different energy base or topper). I love this stand in particular because of Payton! She makes really good drinks, is always quick, and based on what you usually get, she'll give you ideas on what to try next time you come in! Gravity Coffee bar on 919 N. 2nd is a hidden jewel. They make the absolute best iced Americano I have ever had. Payton and Tionne are outstanding baristas.
