Every time I go there I definitely have amazing service, the girls there, or even guys, are so nuce, always treated with respect, i never had a bad experience with any of the Gravity Coffee stands I've been to. That's my personal experience... If anybody has had any bad experiences with them, I really apologize for you all!! Because they are SO GOOD!! I ABSOLUTELY love the atmosphere of the place, always clean, friendly, even though yes it can be pricey, it's worth it in my opinion... I can actually taste the coffee and isn't that what coffee is about?!? I'm not rich at all!! I don't know what's up with this location, but the coffee isn't ever good. Why would I want cold milk in a caramel latte? Hot espresso, then just pours cold milk over it. Barista working today wasn't good. read more

Went to our 12 day year olds doctors appointment thinking it was today when in reality it was the wrong day, we then decided to make the most of it and get drinks at a nearby coffee shop and gravity was the closest. If I could give no star and leave a review I would; I went there on my way to work spent $13 on two drinks for one of the drinks to be made completely incorrect AND the girl to roll her eyes when I kindly said that's not what I asked for and repeated my order. I wish the younger generation would stop and open their ears to listen. So it right the first time. After she "fixed" it it was still not what I ordered. I will doctor my $7 americano myself. Gravity Coffee just opened up close to my office at a location where another coffee shop used to be. My coworker and I decided to give it a try today though I've had GC at another location and love the flavor of their coffee. As we walked in we noticed that the shop had been remodeled and it looked great. The staff was very friendly and nice and greeted us right away and answered our questions about the menu. I decided to try one of their Teas so I ordered the sunrise. It is a green tea with orange, mango infusion and topped with the GC lemonade. It was very colorful but also tasty and not overly sweet at all. With all my excitement of having this refreshing drink as an afternoon pick me up I forgot to take a phone of my drink! Rookie mistake, I know. I will take photos next time as I'm sure I will be visit them often. read more

Edit to add: I finally tasted my drink and my husband's drink to realize they were both watered down because they did not taste like a GC Palmer or an Interstellar, but shoutout to 4918 Center St Tacoma, WA 98409 Gravity location for fixing our drinks and also being fantastic. The girls at your Center St location are fantastic people. I love going to Gravity but for a new place opening, they messed up their opening day. Asked me to pull forward so I block the whole sidewalk, because the guy asked me to park ON the walkway. Did not give me my drinks and then still messed up on my drink when they finally came back. And then when the car behind me complained about me not moving, they did finally come back and ask "what did you want again?".... I was just in line and a lady took my order. I'm going to assume they cancelled my order off the screen and would just hope that I would leave instead of giving me my drink. Not a great location. Line wasn't that long but it was so chaotic inside. Probably going to stick with the other locations since the people who work at this one seem to not care. read more

I was just there like 15 min ago and the experience was terrible. I pull up and I'm getting stared at with puppy eyes begging to be set free from their misery. (Negative aura) if you don't like your job find a new one. Ngl I was already in a bad mood this morning but those poor miserable employees made it worse. I get to the door and it's locked. Not that big of a deal but when they get to the door to unlock it, it's not opened for me, no apology, no welcome in. I got no warm welcome. I felt like I was interrupting their misery. Anyway I order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and they don't have brown sugar. (Not a big deal). I ask what's closest to it and they are dumb founded. Just miserable stares to one another. I'm done with this environment so I walk out and one of them starts to shout "WOOOOWWWWW" "OKKKKKAYYYYYYY" like come one girl we all got the vibe you didn't want to work today. Don't antagonize me. Drinks are tasty - really enjoy all of their drinks. Service is lacking. Each visit my mobile order is never ready and it almost seems inconvenient that I used the mobile ordering. I have had issues with my phone number registering for their rewards program and three times I've been told someone was going to call me and fix it. Zero follow up. Hopefully they will get things organized and resolve some of these gaps while they continue to grow rapidly. read more
