We Celebrated my Son's 12th Birthday here yesterday, and it was great! Everyone had a blast, Staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was really good. We ordered pizza's, hot wings (extra crispy w/sauce on the side), and salad... the seasoning on the wings was so tasty that you didn't need sauce, but the sauce was so tasty itself that you couldn't help using it. We will definitely be back! Tips- - To do the Skywalk kids must be 12yrs old. My Son says he should have brought some gloves, because his hands were really worn from holding onto the harness cable. - Tell guests to arrive 20 min early to fill out the waiver, or have them do it online before. -The booth for the Birthday party is really awkward and long, with only access from one end, and there is nowhere else for guests to sit near the party (unless you get lucky and the common area tables near there are not occupied). So it might be worth renting the glass room, so that your guests have somewhere to sit. read more

I work at a daycare and I brought my group of kids ages 5-12 for the first time. The kids absolutely loved it here! A variety of things for them to do and not a single one of them were bored or complaining. I had a gentleman help me at the front desk and I think his name was Jake or Jacob? I really wish I could remember his name because he was super helpful, patient, and just overall a great host for my class. I gave 4 stars because I would say that staff wise, they have a lot of young people that are most likely barely learning about customer service and cleaning duties. So there can be a little improvement with time. read more

I would have given this place zero stars except the employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Everything else was horrible. They ran out of a lot of food. Only options for pIzza were cheese or pepperoni ‍ once it was ready we were expected to carry this hot metal tray right out the oven to our table smh. I had to use the paper plates he gave me as oven mitts so I wouldn't get burned. And the pizza ended up being so nasty. Probably the worst I've ever had! All the employees who are supposed to be supervising the kids and enforce safety rules were pretty much on their phones, playing catch with footballs or gossiping with each other. I wasn't expecting someone to watch my kids. Just would have been helpful if they said things to other kids who were being aggressive or unsafe. I will never return to this place. This place is AWESOME! Especially for older kids. The employees are so nice and it's just a great experience. We first went to sky zone and realized it was more for little kids and SO packed. We came here and we're able to have a really fun time without having to worry about little ones. The sky walk was insane and definitely not for the faint of heart. Good times! I came here with four kids they scammed them for their food and the chef cussed them out for questioning it. Never coming here again this place is a money making scam. Other workers gave us no interest and were rude. Everything here is overpriced, don't come here if you are expecting good service. Honestly you can find way better trampoline parks. Initially went in to do the ropes course and payed for the entire family just to find out 20 minutes in that we all had to pass the rock wall to be able to go on the ropes course. No one had told us that to begin for eagle we would have found some where else. On top of that we were required to to buy socks to go on the trampoline, which makes sense that's how it is most places, but they gave the youngest of our group a kids size that did not fit and when we went to tell them the socks didn't fit all the employees behind the counter looked at each other like they had no idea what to do. The manager had to come over and told me they had no more adult sizes and there was nothing they could do about it. So I asked how they expected him to go on the trampoline without the socks since it was required and he made no attempt to give me a solution so I took the socks and had them slipping off the kids foot the entire time only to later see that other kids were getting different socks given to them by the business?!?!!! The icing on the cake is that they have a wall of arcade claw machines and games that all take DOLLAR BILLS and when I went to go get change the same manager said "we don't do change go get tokens". He was completely unhelpful every time we needed assistance and honestly made the entire experience awful. The workers were nice which was a relief. Other than a few small trampolines there's really nothing worth the money you pay here. Definitely spend your money somewhere the whole family can have fun as opposed to here where you can't do certain things (even the employee told me they didn't know why it was a rule and that they thought it was dumb). read more

This place is fantastic! It's a little hard to find. It's clean and very well thought out. We arrived at around noon. You can register and fill out waivers online. This makes entering go really fast they just pull up your name pay and your ready to go. This was the easiest and quickest entry we've ever done. I was looking for a place for teenagers and this was perfect! It's all climbing and exercise no video games! One price which was awesome. So many of these places charge for everything else when you get in. Pictures on the internet don't do it justice. So much to do, I had kids 8,13,14. This is 1 place that has just as much to do for adults as kids. From the huge rock wall, to the skywalk, to the trampolines. This place also has a much better selection on food then any of the other trampoline places in the valley. Good pizza, fries, garlic knots, calamari to ice cream. Let me start off by saying this: I wouldn't necessarily be giving a BAD review, but probably not have even taken the time to write one at all, if it weren't for the employee at this place named Michelle. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our visit was a pleasant one. From the moment we walked in (fist time visitors) she greeted us with a smile, was patient while we asked a multitude of questions, ALL OF WHICH she was able to answer without a second thought. She explained the passes offered and we made our purchase and headed into the park. There was 3 times that the rides my grandson wanted to play on didn't have any staff to help us, so Michelle ran over to help us each time, and each time we had a great conversation while our grandson was on the ride. She checked us out at the snack bar when nobody was available, and she bid us farewell when we left the building. Now that's a woman who wears multiple hats, and wears them WELL! Also, she was catering to 2 birthday parties all the while, poor girl was dripping sweat but kept a smile and a Very pleasant attitude for thethe entirety of our visit. WE WILL BE BACK, very soon. A party of 10 of us went to Gravity Extreme Zone for my little sister's birthday. Great layout. There's so much to do. However, the staff are extremely rude. The manager was the worse. When checking in no one, not a sign, prompt us to fill out the waiver prior to checking in. So we waited in line just to jump out and fill out the waiver. The employee I spoke with had an attitude when asking if we had great socks and demanding that we purchase a pair/each. It's not what was said, but HOW it was said. There were a few nice staff. If you don't want to work in an environment filled with children and large party groups, then don't. This is a brand new facility that just opened and I could not be more amazed with how it turned out! I have been to Main Event before and all these other place but they do not compare to Gravity. I worry about coming to places like these because I think it would be all younger kids and no adults but this is not that place there are all ages! We went to Gravity Extreme Zone last week. I brought 9 kids and this place did NOT disappoint. It's different than most indoor parks and we all loved the variety. I had kids age 4-11 and each one of them stayed very busy and happy. I got to even kick my feet back and relax. The food in the deli was delicious as well and their current admission special can't be beat. It's even better than Groupon. We met the owner and manager and they were fun to chat with and excited to have us there. We will definitely be going back to cool off in this heat. read more

Visited on 6/13/2021. Website said they closed at 8pm, but called the facility just to verify. The associate confirmed that they close at 8pm that day. I arrived at 530 and told my kids they could jump for a couple hours. At 6:30 they closed all the non jumping attractions even though they were many people interested in still doing them. And then at 6:50 they told everyone to leave because they were closing at 7. I asked the manager why they weren't staying open until the listed time which was 8pm. He said that it was a slow night, so they decided to close. There were at least 50 people in the facility when they decided they wanted to go home and all of a sudden decided to close early. This is no way to run a business. Needless to say, we will not be returning read more

While visiting Scottsdale, AZ we visited Gravity Extreme Zone and we were not let down. It was a fun experience. We have been to trampoline parks before but this place has some amazing obstacles for older kids and adults. Rock wall, foam pits, leap of faith, sky walk, and slide were so cool. My kids range from 14 to 6. The oldest enjoyed the sky walk which was challenging. The girls enjoyed the bungee trampoline as well. Cons: The trampolines were small. The staff was confused and not on the same page or confused with what was going on. read more

This place could be amazing, but the staff is rude to children and their policies are horribly inconsistent from one guest to another! We left after a staff member refused to harness my child for an attraction that all of the other kids at the party had just gone on. My daughter left crying. Not really an indoor kid-theme park person, but we went there for a birthday party. The first thing you notice is the girl at the counter took forever. 30 people in line, and ONE girl checking everyone in. She stopped to admire the nails of a lady in front of me. I almost lost it. The facility is clean and I was impressed with all the help and assistance staff gave for the activities. Safety is obviously a priority. What wasn't a priority.... places to sit. There are three glass rooms if you wanted to fork over money to rent them, and then maybe 4 or 5 long tables. No where NEAR enough seating for all the people in there. Food was typical of kid paces...pizza, wings, flat pop, and frozen goodies. I did try to order a Stromboli off the menu, and the attendant (who spoke HARD english) managed to convey that they do not have that and never have. I asked why it was on the menu, but I could not discern a legible answer from his harsh accent. His female helper was worse. How do they hire these people who can't speak english????? I am neither here nor there with this place, nothing too horrible to be offensive, but nothing impressive either. 3 stars it is. read more
