I'm only giving this one star because I have to, I wish I could give negative 5 but it won't let me. Jacob who is first person to greet customers couldn't possibly have worse customer service. We called and spoke to him before coming in about wearing masks and he completely lied to us and tried to blame it on another employee and we didn't find that out until he said he could check who answered the phone then he said he wouldn't because it was him he was the only employee working up front. Even after that we were going to spend a few hundred dollars since we had four kids and his attitude through the whole process was so bad we stopped right before the purchase and said we wouldn't spend a dollar at a place where their workers talk to paying customers like that. Today I was at Gravity (Chandler, AZ) with 6 of my grandkids. One grandson with special needs was scared, but wanted to try a "climb high and jump" activity. Friends and family were invited my sisters birthday party. We had a great coupon that we found on Groupon and were very excited. We were very pumped to see how big the park was. Plenty of space for kiddos to run around and also TONS of activities for everyone. Rock climbing, video games, trampoline, as well other jumping activities. However we hit a rough moment the food but management handled it professionally and made sure that we were taken care of. I can tell that they really do value customer opinion as well as making sure parents do not have to worry about a thing. We appreciate the help of everyone at this facility. Owner told us we can drop by anytime. But when we got the there it was booked by a party. I drove from the west side. The staff wore no masks and saw us outside waiting. We had to knock on the door for attention. They could've gave us coupons if anything. I believe they just wanted people to come to fill the crowd. Greedy place with misleading policies, that simply is not fun for the kids. Save your money and go somewhere more fun. There's not much to do for younger kids, or older kids who are short, OR older and tall kids who do not like rock climbing. We went with 7 kids ages 5-15 to do the ropes course and NONE of the kids could do it! They were so bored we left early but not after paying $150 for one hour of no fun! The manager Amelia is completely unprofessional, called a guest "honey" and was shady with pricing. None of the kids could do the ropes course, which is the reason we went there in the first place! The 15 year old meets the height requirements but they still wouldn't let her do the ropes course unless she made it to the top of the rock wall! They should have clear policies that are listed BEFORE people pay! It says height and age but then they add a random physical requirement! The owner spoke to us but wasn't professional or smart enough to offer a refund for a horrible experience. We won't be back and neither should you! read more

This is a really fun place!! Our 7 year old granddaughter is having so much fun! The employees are very nice and the equipment is well maintained. Everything is clean from the floors to the restrooms. There is a very good selection of activities and lots of room for allot of kids. There are plenty of comfortable places for us "watchers". This place has so much potential, but suffers greatly in their ability to execute. There are several fun activities, but they require staff assistance in order to participate. Because they are chronically understaffed only 1-2 attractions are open at a time. So, you pay a fortune to have access to the activities that are closed for the entire time you are at the facility. It's absolutely unacceptable. We have been multiple times, hoping this was just a fluke experience, but it has happened every time. My kids leave in pure disappointment that there are so many fun things to do, yet they they can't do any of them! read more

Hands down best trampoline/fun place we've been to, and we've been to them ALL. Mike (I believe was his name- has a ponytail) and his associate were amazing, courteous, helpful, and just all around showed excellent customer service. I'm so used to teenagers running these places it's refreshing having someone walking around ensuring your having fun and making sure your getting the most out of your visit! Games were all awesome, my son won 2 stuffed animals in the claw machine (manager said he made sure it wasn't set to screw over the kids )! Clean, great music, if something was closed they opened it when asked... overall great experience. We will definitely be back! read more

This place is awesome. We were visiting Phoenix and found this place by coincidence. It has loads of fun activities for kids and teens.

Had an absolute blast at Gravity Extreme Zone. Myself and 4 of my friends went as a group and we spent a little over two hours there and enjoyed every minute. The staff was beyond excellent encouraging us to do anything we wanted while showing us how, equipping us with the proper gear, and giving us encouraging comments and tips. Especially Jared. He was excellent. Also had a blast absolutely destroying my buddy Solomon in the Myriad of challenges they have here. Strongly recommend going, and I know for a fact I will definitely be going back again soon. The property is also very clean and well maintained. Oh goodness! Just go on ad bring out the kid in my why don't ya! I ran, jumped, yelled, laughed, fell and screamed so much all in one afternoon. It was a blast! I enjoyed it just as much as the kiddo. We purchased a Groupon for our visit. I don't remember the regular prices for Gravity Extreme Zone but the Groupon price was 3 people, 2 adults and 1 kid for 2 hours of play so I recommend going that route. The total was significantly cheaper than the regular prices. 2 hours was more than enough time. I would have completely wore myself out if we stayed any longer. I've been using Groupon 30 years first time I have ever seen that. This is new since the name change!!! I also take Groupon at my work. If I could give zero stars I would, save your money, go else where because they have no recovery plan for people who fall from the skywalk, REPEAT, DONT GO ON THE SKYWALK, they literally don't have a recovery plan or rescue plan to pick up people, the employees didn't help for shit. My girlfriend fell, hanging from the lifeline, and I had to single handily help her get back up, mid-obstacle course, and turned back around. While the employees just looked and looked, didn't do nothing to even assist, yeah, one guy came but was a solid 120 pounds and couldn't even pick her up if he could, place was straight horrible. Other trampoline parks do have recovery/rescue plans unlike this one, this one is overpriced and hardly any equipment, talking about biggest in arizona but has the least amount of attractions. Covid has most places closed. This place is open so it's a good option when looking for something to do for your kids. WARNING: you will need specific socks "grip socks" so make sure to bring them or you will pay $2.50 a pair. Also there is a GROUPON I realized right after I paid, my kids hadn't even gotten their shoes off yet and they wouldn't let me retract payment and use the Groupon. Some of the obstacles may be closed so ask before entering. And you will have to chase down employees to operate the obstacles. Probably won't return after this visit. No reason to not allow me to use the Groupon, and the $2.50 "grip socks" seem like just a money maker for the business, I know no one who owns "grip socks" and I've been to many a trampoline park. read more

I first came here with work, had to come back. Had family come down from Minnesota and had this on our agenda. Came and had a great time. All the staff was very helpful, as at times on the obstacle course you can get a little overwhelmed. The lady that was working the food was busy but handling well. Her name was abriana. The manger was walking around and making sure everything was going good his name was Michael. Will for sure be back many times. If your looking for some family fun this is is the place. I think all parents with kids need to bring them here and tire them out for the day. read more

Probably a better jump park than some of the other ones I've read about. We have only been to one other than this one , so can't make a whole lot of comparisons. We did the waivers online, which I highly recommend doing  prior to going. However, not sure how they even check them cause all he did is ask if we did it and we said Yes. I guess purchasing their socks isn't a requirement because we saw many people with their own jump socks on. We bought passes from Groupon , which were definitely worth the savings, not sure if I would come for full price. The passes say all day pass, which is nice cause other parks you pay for by the hour or 90 mins. It did say on a white board upon entry max play time 3 hours, but once again not sure how they would know this. The place was clean, so that's a plus since I have read the number one complaint at other parks is how filthy they are. The staff are hit or miss. The young kid at the front desk was efficient and friendly, but there really seemed to be a lack of staff everywhere. Not all the attractions had staff to run all the time except on the  climbing green poles and the bungee jump. Most staff were nice and helpful, the member on the green poles was encouraging kids and clapping. All except the girl running the bungee jump...she looked miserable all day. She didn't smile, talk, or engage at all. She was on her phone everytime after she harnessed someone in. She didn't even give directions on what to do! My son was jumping and another staff member walking by, (who looked like the one in charge, the way he was running around like crazy trying to keep order,) yelled hold on to the straps with both hands! My son didn't know this cause the girl never told him. Otherwise lack of staff throughout the rest of the park...especially near trampolines, kids are running rampid. The other park we went to the employees were constantly yelling at you if you even jumped on the same trampoline as someone else , which totally sucked, but here you had to watch out so you didn't get taken out. Not a place if you had younger kids or toddlers. Seemed like most kids were middle school aged and the parents probably just dropped their kids off for the day, so lack of any supervision. Teens were playing tag, sprinting around and jumping gated fences and then falling. I'm all in for everyone having a great time, but alot of the stuff I saw was dangerous. A bunch of kids started to try and make an impossible jump from a trampoline area into a near by foam pit...every single one kept on biffing it. There was like 6 of them lining up and one after another they were running full speed and trying to jump off the trampoline. One skidded across the floor on his knees and was in serious pain. It hurt to watch them, plus it was through a walkway so passer bys kept getting in their way and were knocked over or the jumper wiped out. The sky walk also had no one supervising or directing. I was worried some of the younger ones didn't know what to do, up above you could see them struggling to hook up right. Kind of scary. At one time there was a line of 4 people stuck cause one kid just couldn't make it any farther and was just standing there. Another time the main employee guy was sitting down eating...I guess on his break...and yelled up to someone on the skywalk, make sure your orange waist belt is hooked up at all times! A disappointment was several things were not operational. The slide, which my son really wanted to try, some other inflatable was down, and a mirror looking thing. Plus the basketball area was constantly over crowded and noone taking turns. A couple of older teen girls had taken it over where they were there for a whole three hours. They weren't even using the trampoline part, just plain old shooting baskets. The jousting beam was mainly used by adults, who really enjoyed knocking each other into a foam pit. The bags looked really worn out, but they do the job. Have to be older to hold them though, where the other place we went to younger kids could do as well cause they had more of a jousting stick to hold. They have water for 1.75 and Gatorade for 3.50 plus if you really need, a water fountain. Fans are positioned at the seating areas and the bathrooms were really quite clean...except no paper towel in either the woman's or men's. The music was newer pop and seemed fitting. The areas were well lit with fluorescent lighting, which actually gave me a headache after sometime( but that's something that often happens to me under bright lights for too long). Overall everyone there seemed to be having a great time including my kids. read more
