Was my third visit and the first time for some of my extended family from out of town. Shout out to Tyler Thompson. Gravity extreme is lucky to have him as an employee. He was very professional, curious, personable and an outstanding teacher and leader. He gathered the group around and showed everyone how to use the tethers and zip line trolley and made it a great experience for everybody. He was very respectful to everyone including those who got up to the platform and decided they couldn't do this for whatever reason and he treated them very professionally. This is my vote for Tyler getting the raffle or employee of the month award. read more

This place is fun, BUT be prepared to sweat! I don't think there is any AC!! We went on a Monday night at 6pm. We had 8 people with us. We figured 2hrs was enough time to enjoy all they had to offer. Well the ropes course closes at 7. So even though we paid extra to use the ropes course, only 3 of us were able to get through it in time. I think its smart to have to do the rock climbing wall first prior to the ropes course but man I was tired! It definitely is a challenging course. The trampolines, the dodgeball and the foam pits were fun. The food court and other courses were all closed. We wanted to do the slide, the green pipes and the jump ride but there was no staff available for those rides. The biggest problem we had was the AC! I dont think this place even has running AC. They have multiple fans, but the staff turned off the fans at 730pm. We still had 30mins of jump time before closing. We stayed until close because we wanted our $$ worth but the last 30min without any air flow was miserable. If we do decide to come back, it'll be in the winter when its not so hot and muggy. read more

This facility is very unsafe and I would never go back! The staff failed to inform me to wait to start jumping and flipping on the trampoline with the harness until the sides moved up. I started to jump and attempted to do a flip and landed on my neck and heard a loud crunch. The young woman who harnessed me in giggled a bit and told me I needed to wait until the sides moved up before I did that. I asked her why she didn't tell me that before I started jumping and she said she thought I saw the others before me. I was there for a company event and was talking with the other adults in line and wasn't paying attention to the child in front of me. In fact, there wasn't anyone in line when I got in line so I never saw anyone in front of me get harnessed in. Nonetheless, she should have been responsible and told me how it works and not assume anything. Assuming things gets people hurt or maybe killed. She had no problem chit chatting with the other staff member who was operating the giant purple slide which was located next to this trampoline when she should have been doing her job. Thanks to this staff member I've spent hundreds of dollars on medical bills and still can't move my head to the left without pain. read more

So....I went back to discuss the concerns i had with the manager, and i ran into a man whose son has a monthly pass, and had been there when i had my issues with Emmanuel. He advised me he was no longer "with" Gravity Extreme Zone. Because he comes almost everyday, and he apparently had some issues with him that day, he was aware of the concerns we all had with this person. Management, i assume had the same concerns. So, THANK YOU G.E.Z. for being responsive and knowing your staffing issues and acting, when necessary! I did not end up meeting with them, but was comfortable with the response from the other man who spent nearly everyday there with his son. I had my girls sign up for 2 hours as i spoke with the other dad.THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO MUCH BETTER!! I still believe you can have a rate for children under a certain age versus children who can partake in all of the apparatus. And possibly a daily rate so patrons do not feel like they are wasting time waiting in those lines. I am revising my last experience and the fun my children had this time. read more

Awesome place! So many things to play and to try! I have a range of kids from teenager to toddler and it's best to leave the littles at home and come play with your big kids or just let the bigs play and you totally relax in the sweet lounge chairs. (There isn't anywhere for the littles to stay sequestered and entertained.) My husband and I had a total blast with the kids!! All the fun ones are going to be an upgrade but you will lose the Groupon deal if you upgrade. Totally crap business model. Recommend going elsewhere for much better deal. Great place for a kids birthday party. The staff is very accommodating and extremely helpful. We booked one of the private rooms, which is a very plus when it comes to a kids bday party. They had fun activities, but overall not impressed with the atmosphere. The staff was clearly disengaged, watching tv rather than interacting/watching customers. We purchased the basic pass, my child is afraid of heights, and I felt as though we were being told all morning what we couldn't do. IMPORTANT: We tried the sky challenge. The whole challenge is composed by approximately ten platforms, you need to switch platforms all by yourself and can't stop during each one when you feel afraid. Here is the long story and whoever wants to try it later should READ this! Before we went up, there was a person panicked and asked for a rescue. Soon in two minutes the manager came to scold/shouted harshly the employee who's in charge of the entrance, NOT IN PRIVATE, in front of customers. Which made the employee so frustrated. The rescue team took at least 10 minutes to reach the poor person, almost half an hour to finish the whole process. After that, we're on. Then we realized how poorly the design is and the management of the park. First of all, I understand they want the challenge to be both physical and mental, so it's meant to be scary. However, there's no measurement of how much you can stand and once you feel stuck in the air, there's no going back! Either you can move forward or go back and you're luck not in the middle. Second, the platform transition stations are super useless if you're short. I'm 5'5" and I could never reached the handles. My friend who's same hight as me crawled to the station at every end of the platforms. Third, I remember I was at the max panic during one platform and really needed help. I almost screamed more than two minutes while no one paid attention. They definitely need more employee training. Plus, the equipments you stepped on aren't anti-sliding, my friend almost fell from the sky. I understand you might think we're whining because we're weak, I admit we're not athletes and I do go to the gym routinely. BUT the real thing is, most of us aren't athletes and we just need basic protection. Unfortunately, GRAVITY EXTREME FAILED. read more

We bought the Groupon for the hour, we got in and I immediately asked where the obstacle course (sky walk) was, I was informed we had to complete the rock wall first. We had to go get our shoes back on for the wall and completed it and then was told to go to the obstacle course. We waited there for a few minutes before an employee showed up, and then just twiddled his thumbs for a few minutes like we weren't even there. My husband was weighed and put in a harness and then a manager came over and just stood there for a second before leaving. He didn't say a word and then the employee who was helping told us he would be right back and went the same way the manager went. He came back about five minutes later and told us we didn't have enough time to complete the obstacle course as our time was up in 30 minutes and it takes about 35-45 minutes to complete. We are both pretty athletic and were confident we could complete it, but he said he couldn't let us up. We walked up to the front to see how much another hour would cost. The same manager was waiting up at the desk and informed us of the amount. We realized right away his scheme. They purposely make you wait long enough to not give you time to complete the obstacle course so that you buy another hour of time. This place is fun for kids who like trampoline parks, but we went for more of the challenging attractions which we didn't get to complete without being swindled into spending more money. My kids had been here for a camp field trip previously. Today is the first time I have been here. Lots of different things to participate in besides the trampoline. Make sure kids have tennis shoes otherwise they can't utilize the rock wall or a few other features. The only thing I didn't like is the video game section (Xbox and Switch). Such a great place where kids can be active but many gravitate towards sitting here and playing - obviously parents must feel differently than I do which is fine. Just my opinion. An extremely fun self managed environment good for pre teens and teens and even adults would 100% recommend

Walked in a was greeted by Michael. We purchased a Groupon and needed to add an additional child and they were very helpful. Our group had 6 children, ranging from 4-12 years old, and myself. Needed to purchase a couple extra pair of grip socks at $2.50 a pair. Seemed par for course for places like this. Was very impressed with all there was to do there! Everything was laid out well, clean and the restaurant looked decent. Saw Michael again and talked with him about when they opened and how they were setting themselves apart from the rest (Urban air, Extreme air...) He said his staff will always be watching your kids and will be friendly all the time. I have been to my fair share of trampoline parks, extreme parks, Air worx, bouncy maze, you name it kind of places. So initially I was impressed and things felt safe. Now with the good, sadly came the bad. There is a trampoline that leads into a foam pit. Several kids were jumping in at once, no employee in sight. A staff member from the dodgeball arena was giving me a odd look and came over to me. He said (rolling his eyes) "Only 2 kids can be in here at once!" I quickly advised my kids to get out and make sure only 2 go in at a time. No sign anywhere read those rules. Also, when anyone is running up to this trampoline to plunge into the pit, you can't see if there is someone in there already. I saw the potential and moved on to the next activity. While waiting in line for the extreme bungee I overheard Michael say to a staff member "be sure to check height and weight, if they don't qualify, they don't go, and if they don't like it, too bad" My 4 year old was drawn to a large sphere like lounge chair that spins around. I put him on it and slowly started spinning him. I was quickly told to slow down and make sure that I didn't go "too fast" So we moved on to the next activity. But not before we witnessed 2 older boys jump on the chair and spin each other fast (isn't that what it's for?) but quickly yelled at by a girl with a clipboard. My 12 year old daughter decided to do the sky walk. Before she was able to do it though, she was required to prove she wasn't afraid of heights by going on the large slide. She did it. She's not afraid of heights. Then she was required to practice hooking and unhooking her clips that attached to her harness, since they need to unattach and reattach on each platform themselves, no employee on the sky walk assisting on the platforms. By the 4th platform my daughter felt uneasy and did not want to continue because she didn't feel safe. I spoke with Michael and he told me "she has to finish, there in no way to get her down and she cannot just go back. We tell these kids what it's like and we scare the piss out of them before they go up so this doesn't happen." He was very put out. Then the girl with the clipboard came over and was also very put out that my daughter wanted to come down. As a parent I encouraged her to continue and not to quit, but I could see she was not having any of it. But none of this mattered, because there was LITERALLY NO WAY DOWN. No escape route, no ladder, no nothing. A boy named Diego came over to my daughter on the sky walk and tried to talk her through. Then they came up with an option to get her to the next platform and they said once she did that they could find a way to get her down. (There was still several more platforms to cross until the end) At this point Sameer, the owner, came over and explained how he designed this course "like life, you cannot quit and it gets hard, but there's no quitting." Once they ziplined her to the next platform, Diego told her "No, you have to finish, we cannot get you down" So they lied to her. At this point she was terrified. When they ziplined her to the next platform, she cut her leg, ripped her pants and was bleeding. It went from bad to worse. She was crying, tired, shaking and embarrassed from all the stares and pointing. Her footing slipped on a loop rope and she was hanging, no more energy to pull herself up. I went over to Michael and demanded they get her down. So now Michael and Sameer panicked and got a ladder to prop up against a platform to try to get her down. It was too short, so they got another ladder. She finally was able to make it up onto the platform with assistance from a couple staff members and climb down the ladder. I was helping her take off the harness when Michael came over and aggressively started "helping" to take off her harness. Sameer thought giving my daughter ice cream would make things better. No. There is no emergency plan. What if there was a fire? So many things were done wrong here. My daughter now has a cut on her leg, bruises on her legs and arms and ripped pants. I spoke with Sameer and Michael before I left. Sameer seemed apologetic, Michael, not so much. Sameer and I exchanged numbers. I called to speak with him today, no return call. read more

I recently took my 12 year old son and 3 of his friends and I have to say this place is awesome. We have been to several trampoline parks in the valley and I would have to say this is the best. The place is huge, with everything spread out. So although there were a lot of kids there it sure did not seem crowed at all. Plus the boys didn't have to wait long to try the various activities. And speaking of activities....wow! Not only trampolines, but wall climbing, foam pit, bungee trampoline, basketball, jousting, and much more. There is comfortable seating for parents and great food options. The manager Michael was so nice and accommodating. And the staff were really nice.....young and some not as engaged as others but overall no complaints. Another plus is I bought a coupon on Groupon so all 4 boys had an all day Gravity access pass which cost a total of only $53! (We did have to purchase grip socks as none of the boys had them for an additional $2.50 each.) I highly recommend doing the waiver online ahead of time which I did so when we arrived it was quick and easy. We will definitely be coming back. read more

As the director of a club volleyball team, I was looking for something to challenge my high school age players in a team building setting. I looked high and low across the valley and the only things I could find related to team building were escape rooms and trampoline parks. After some more digging I came across Gravity Extreme Zone. I explained what I wanted to accomplish with the management team and they offered up two hours of dedicated time prior to the facility opening which would allow a bonding experience for our team. We worked with Michael once we were on site and our experience was A+. I even had an opportunity to chat with the owner who is always onsite. I am very impressed with the concept that the owner developed as well as the safety mechanisms put in place. In terms of the experience and the girls had to challenge themselves, had highs and lows and had to support each other. We accomplish what we wanted and the girls had an amazing time, and were extremely tired when all was said and done. This is a hidden gem in the valley and more people should know about it. We will certainly be taking our team to another experience at Gravity Extreme Zone. read more

The lines were so long and was so slow that you could only go on one or 2 things an hour. When you are paying by the hour, it is a waste of both time and money. We will never go back and based on what other people are saying in mind, neither will they. The concept and activities were great, so it's a shame that they don't have a better system. read more

Good prices in comparison to somewhere like Urban Air. Huge building! Good food options. Geared more for older kids however. 12 and above have far more options as far as obstacle courses/attractions. My older girls loved it, younger ones were less enthusiastic. Definitely want to stay an hour or two- good chance you'll stand in line for some of the attractions. read more

We got there and it was nice. Not many people were there within the first 30-45 mins. A camp was going on with only one employee supervising all of the kids. One employee definitely is not enough to supervise all of those kids. In the beginning we were told, the gravity skywalk was closed due to not enough staff members to fill each attraction. After that we went to the drop slide where Emanuel was working. He was the rudest employee I've ever encountered at a child's amusement facility. He wouldn't help the kids get dressed in the jump suit. One boy he sat and watched him get dressed with the suit on inside out and he didn't assist or tell the child it was wrong until the child couldn't get it zipped and asked Emanuel for assistance. At that time he still refused to help the child he just told him "maybe if you put it on right". My child got up to the slide and she asked Emanuel for a bigger jump suit as the one the kids were putting on was too small for her. He told her NO then he proceeded to push her stomach in and force the zipper up forcing her to wear the suit that was too small. Later my daughter went to do the Skywalk since it was open. At that time it was being managed by Emanuel again. He allowed everyone to go through without doing the "required" fitness test to include 15 push-ups. When my child got there he made her do them. She thought he was kidding as nobody else had to do them so she did five and stood up laughing. He ensured her that she had to do a total of fifteen. She did ten more and he still declined her from participating because she "didn't do them all together". The management seems a little concerned but I feel like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear because nothing was done after I complained. She advised me that she "pulled" Emanuel from the drop slide due to his attitude because she observed him having an attitude...(why is he still there?) This was one of the worst places I have ever taken my children. These type of facilities are supposed to be fun. It's sad when the employees can't have fun and they are the ones being rude for no reason. My children told me when we left "please don't bring us back here"....that's sad! read more

Absolutely love this place! Facility is extremely clean. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Prices for admission are well worth the money because facility is new and has tons of activities to keep the kids occupied. Love how big the facility is...even with a ton of people it doesn't feel over crowded. I definitely recommend this place! Also, the food and beverages are good and reasonably priced. We came here to kick off my friends bachelor party. It was a good start to the day. Michael was extremely helpful.

We decided to have our daughter's 11th birthday party here. We called the day before and the general manager, Amalia was very nice and extremely helpful with deciding to do a birthday package or doing our own "thing". When we arrived we were checked in with ease. The facility is very clean, very spacious with so many different activities. All staff was super friendly and laid back but also very aware of keeping kids safe first. I'd like to especially thank Abrianna, she was our "hostess". She checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed, she was also very friendly and super approachable. GREAT JOB, ABRIANNA! Their food menu was pretty good- decent options. They were very generous, offering best options for our group We spent less than $50 to feed 4 kids and 4 adults! I would highly recommend this spot for some fun!
