The second job was a complete fail . It was to replace , stain and seal my wood steps . Prior to starting I asked if we should wait until warmer weather and he said it wasn't necessary. His crew replaced the steps and did attempt to stain . The first day they looked good . Over the next 5 days it became clear that no sealant was done and the appropriate amount of stain was not applied . When contacted he said he would come back but did not call or complete the project. I have requested a partial refund and had no response . I will need to hire another company to complete the project .

I read their site to see all the services they provide and reached out. Someone responded immediately and gave me, what I thought was reasonable and was willing to pay for, a decent price. They sent out the estimate, do's and don'ts, a reminder, and the name and picture of the person coming to my home. Kudos to the owner for literally just establishing good business and good customer service, this is how it should be done. 5 stars also goes to Isaiah, who was my rep that completed my service.
