My husband went here on Saturday and we were so happy we did! Our burgers were delicious and the fries may be my new favorite of all time! Service was friendly, we ordered ahead and it was ready at the time we requested! We sat on the tailgate and enjoyed our food! Wow this is a really good burger. I ordered a double with bacon. The patties are thin with a delicious crust. The thin patty is quite different from most places that give you a huge lump of beef. Our experience at Graze to Griddle was EXCELLENT! I wish I had snapped some pictures, but we ate it too quickly. We all tried something different, and none of us were disappointed. (That is except for the 15 year old who wanted 2 more burgers before we got home ). We loved the fresh taste, the variety of flavors and the sauces. The cheese curds were perfectly crisp and taste so yummy with the garlic remoulade. Our only complaint was that we live in Fredericksburg and it's a bit of a drive - but we WILL be back for sure. Had a lovely meal at Graze with my family today. I had a single Graze burger. It was juicy and the toppings were fresh. My husband had the PBJ (peanut butter and jalapeños). We stopped in while on a day trip from Richmond,Va. Not knowing what to expect, we stepped inside. The restaurant was very very clean,very friendly employees, the owner happened to be taking our order and explained the menu and our choices. I got the build you own burger and it was fantastic, my wife got the regular graze burger and hers was just as good, warm bun and just a really fresh tasting burger. My son had the chicken burger and for once was totally satisfied with our choice for lunch. Fries were hot and fresh everything was cooked within sight of our table. Really cool drink selection, loved the vanilla cream soda! The owner stopped by to make sure things were good, (which they were) and thanks us for coming in. If we lived closer I would be here often, as it is if I'm ever within fifty miles of this place I'll be stopping in for a bite. Last thing I did notice that as soon as the patrons left the restaurant, someone not only cleaned the table but also went farther and wiped down the chairs, even ones that weren't used by the party eating. With all the COVID-19 stuff going around it was nice to see the extra care given to the cleaning and disinfecting everything. It may take a while before we visit Culpepper again but when we do rest assured we will be back! read more

Stopped here this afternoon on the way home from a little grocery shopping in town. When not at an event, they seem to always be parked at "The Arbors at Culpeper" senior apartment housing complex, & after reading all the reviews here, decided to give them a whirl for a quick lunch. I ordered a single "Original 'Graze' Burger" ($8.95), subbing in grilled onion ($.50) for raw onion; while husband ordered a single "Chicken Burger" ($9.95) with no onion. We also placed one order of "Seasoned Fries" ($2.75) to share. We were the only customers there at the time, & were told we could wait in our car & they'd bring our order to us. About ten minutes later, a nice young man brought our lunches to us, & we headed home (about ten minutes away). With all the 5-star reviews here I don't know what I was expecting, but it was certainly more than this. Everything was still quite hot when we arrived home, but both burgers & their soft potato rolls were smushed flat, extremely soggy, & quite thin. Sort of reminded me of something from Burger King in appearance. My extra $.50 "grilled onion" seemed to be just that - one small grilled piece of grilled onion ring, not even a full onion slice. In fact, at first I thought they'd forgotten the onion completely, that's how inobtrusive it was. The cheese, while somewhat present, also seemed completely melted & lost in the confusion. Both burger wrappers were marked with the Number "2", which stymied us a bit, & we actually had to pull the burgers apart a bit to figure out which one was beef & which one was chicken. The "Graze Sauce" was zippy & the flavor overall was okay, but I'm afraid I just can't wax rhapsodic over the experience as others have. And I do love a good burger of any type - beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, meatless - you name it. For me the real saving grace here were the "Seasoned Fries", which were hot (& stayed that way), crisp on the outside, fluffy/tender on the inside, & very lightly seasoned - everything a good fry should be. I'd gladly return for those alone. Bottom Line: And return we might. Or might not. Twenty-three dollars for two thin rather soggy burgers & one order of fries just seems like a bit much for a food truck meal. Especially when thick juicy cooked-to-order burgers piled high with grilled onions & cheese are just around the corner at "Glory Days", & at other venues around Culpeper. Don't get me wrong - I love local, artisanal foodstuffs & love supporting the places that produce & serve them. But they also have to be a bit more competitive with surrounding products either in quality, presentation, or at least price. read more

Stumbled across this food truck while scrolling Facebook. We decided to try it out. So glad we did! The food was amazingly delicious. The people were friendly. The owner was outside talking with everyone in line and genuinely a pleasant person. As we were waiting, it began to rain. The owner told everyone to return to their vehicles after we ordered our food and he proceeded to deliver our food to our vehicles. We recommend everything about Graze to Griddle from Culpeper, Va.! The Graze Burger is the BEST hamburger I have ever tasted (at age 77+) and the staff is the most fun anywhere. Ingredients are top notch (burger slathered with cheese, tomato, onion and mayo - or graze sauce) and Griddle Master Corey Ritchie couldn't have been nicer - and more concerned about my allergy to cayenne pepper (he substituted regular mayo for the graze sauce and made SURE everything was safe for me - teasing me about it at the same time! We can't wait to have another burger - or maybe that fabulous looking grilled cheese (my favorite) - and will find their food truck by The Arbor in Culpeper, Va. when they are not at Bald Top in Madison, Va., where they were Friday nightl July 5, 2019.
