I heard great things from locals about this sandwich shop, so as a self-proclaimed sandwich addict, I had to check it out. I got the LaTronka while my wife got the veggie torta. My pastrami was served piping hot, and it was truly delicious; not too fatty but with just enough for full flavor. My wife loved the sauce on the torta as well as the fresh taste of all the delicious vegetables, especially the sprouts. It was too big for her to finish in one sitting, as it was massive. Being the glutton I am, I polished off the pastrami no problem, but it was filling. The employees were super friendly, fast, and corteous. Thanks for taking away the .50 kids meals with a sandwich purchase.. and then charging for chips or a salad NOW. This change is not very mom friendly and it used to be the best reason to choose Graze when deciding to go get food through a drive through. I have two kids so that means now I have to spend 3.50 x2 ...and now pay extra for the side that used to come with it. Not to mention, the two sandwiches for myself and husband....Super lame guys!!! And why, because you gave your employees a raise?? and we can no longer tip??.... so that means ripping off the customers to please your employees?? Errrr Bad idea corporate!!! I'm not coming back and I will no longer be waiting in the long line just to be ripped off again. Bad choice and I hope more moms stop going to Graze too because of this lame greedy move. We came here with my mother-in-law just yesterday for the first time. Frankly, I wasn't that impressed. The service was so-so, the sandwich bland and what was REALLY irksome was the NOISE. It's EXTREMELY NOISY in this place so, if you're going there for a quiet lunch with a friend, forget it. I'm all for hipster-type businesses but this place? Graze (drive-thru) Ordered ahead cause I was in a rush! Was told they wouldn't sub avocado for bacon which they have done countless times before. Since they wouldn't substitute avocado I said I didn't want avocado then. No big deal. However they charged me the extra $1.50 when I got there. When I kindly said this isn't right they got upset and argued with me.. then finally gave me my money back but with much attitude said, "since that sandwich has avocado I'll have to make you a new one" terrible customer service!!! I been waiting for over 10 min and didn't have time for this.. hence why I called in! Always have had a good experiences here, but it seems they lack simple customer service. I came here with my parents for lunch. My dad and I spilt the Sexytime sandwich. My mom had a Veggie Tort. The sandwiches were amazing! Both were hot sandwiches. The Sexytime sandwich had chicken and bacon with caramalized onions with melty cheese. It was so good! My mom had a Veggie Tort, which was really good! I saw the other review and he has a good point, but the Pastrami is just head and shoulders above the Flank Steak sandwich. The Flank Steak is my second favorite in town and it is nice to be able to go to the same place for both. My family tries to eat healthy, fresh, local food. Graze is all those things and more. I have eaten there several times, and the food has always been generous and DELICIOUS! I particularly like the steak and chimichuri sandwich or the vegetarian sandwich. My husband and son love the turkey and avocado sandwich. They also have yummy soda flavors in the cooler (i.e. lavender). The service is fast and friendly and $8 for a sandwich that is the best in Walla Walla is worth your time.
