Very disappointing experience. We were quoted a $250 call-out fee plus $170/hour with a 3-hour…read moreminimum. The mechanic arrived after nearly 3 hours and spent only about 30 minutes diagnosing the issue, stating that the liftgate motor needed replacement. Despite this, we were charged $1,187.59 which was clearly presented as a deposit on the invoice, but later we were told it was the total charge for the visit and diagnosis. The pricing and communication were misleading and it felt like unnecessary delays were used to increase the bill. I would not recommend using this company and suggest others get everything in writing before agreeing to service.

While disconnecting the driveshaft is standard practice to protect the transmission, their driver completely failed to secure it to the vehicle. During transport, the unsecured driveshaft flew off the bus onto the road and was completely lost. This is not only gross negligence that caused immediate, expensive mechanical damage to our vehicle, but it was also an incredibly severe safety hazard to every other driver on the road. A heavy-duty driveshaft breaking loose at highway speeds could have easily caused a fatal multi-car pileup. When we contacted them about their mistake, they ignored me. Absolutely unprofessional and dangerously negligent. We will be pursuing a formal commercial insurance claim and reporting this to local authorities. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your property and public safety."

It was an amazing vehicle especially for our lifestyle at the time. A few later, we traded up for a Honda CRV. Loved my CRV. Recently, we traded up again for a used Honda Pilot. We shopped online at several places and even went to a couple other dealerships but we returned to Lia. Brian Galper was who helped us and he was really a great and honest man to deal with. He put us in our dream vehicle. He made sure we were taken care, our needs were met and he followed up...even after the sale was final, just to check on us. We were never imagining getting a Pilot. He really is credited with making us truly happy. It was another seamless and exciting purchase with this deal ship and with Brian being our sales person... we drove away with confidence of knowing they will continue to take care of us and we will return in the future when it's time to upgrade. Much thanks to Brian Galper and to Lia Honda for making us happy.

While the car was there, a service advisor called her and told her the rear suspension arms were "wearing and would snap" and that the car wasn't safe to drive. Frightened, she authorized nearly $1,500 in suspension work over the phone. No photos were shown. No old parts were offered. The inspection findings that supposedly justified the repair aren't documented anywhere on the invoice, and the authorization section of the paperwork was left completely blank. They also added a second tire she didn't ask for, a cabin air filter, and a $15 "Frigi Fresh" deodorizer -- none of which had anything to do with why she came in. Maybe some of this work was needed. But telling an elderly woman her car is about to snap, over the phone, with zero documentation, is not how a trustworthy shop operates. If your parents take their car here, go with them. I'll update this review based on how management responds.
