I had the worst customer service experience at Prestige Subaru, Pleasantville. On Wednesday, I made an appointment for Saturday at 8:15am. I drop my car off at 8:10am, the manager said they will do a diagnostic to see why the TPMS Sensor kept going off/what work I should get done for my maintenance. The manager said the diagnostic takes an hour and they will text the video to my phone. If I do not respond to the video within 10 minutes, they would do all of the recommended work. At 12pm I had not heard anything, so I decided to call to check in. When the manager answered she seemed very annoyed that I called. She said that they had many walk-ins, so they hadn't been able to work on my car, and the diagnostic would be sent to me by 2:00pm. By 4:00pm I still had heard nothing, so I drove there to pick up my car. At that point they did 0 work!!! What is the point of making an appointment if walk-ins get serviced before you? I highly recommend that nobody services their car in Pleasantville!

They then asked what "I installed" under the dashboard, It Turns out what "I installed" was a dealer-installed loJack system by the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. The dealer had to send documentation over to them or probably I would have been charged for the module. mind you this whole episode took a whole week and they don't do loaners....so you are up $hitts creek if you need your vehicle for work. Possibly the worst dealer I have ever dealt with....AVOID at all costs if you can!!!!!
