Something has definitely changed since they opened. It was phenomenal when they opened. The last two times we've gone in the last month it has been nowhere close. I absolutely loved my experience at Grazia in Alvin! Haven was an amazing waitress and took such great care of me the whole time. Tito, the chef, also came out with some of his signature dishes, and everything was seriously amazing. The pork belly appetizer was incredible, and the lamb soup was something I could honestly eat every day. The restaurant was dealing with some maintenance issues while I was there, but honestly, the service was so good that it more than made up for it. The food quality, flavors, and attention to detail really stood out. I left already wanting to come back and try everything else on the menu. My wife and I visited for dinner on a Saturday around 5:30. We had no difficulty getting a table, but the restaurant was moderately busy. We lucked into the last spot in the parking lot out front, but there seems to be an adjacent lot with plenty of space, plus more on the street. The greeter and our waitress were both very friendly and professional. Our waitress checked on us regularly, and the food came out pretty quickly. The dining room was attractive, though a bit on the noisy side. It would benefit from some acoustic dampening, though it actually seemed to improve a bit as more patrons filled the tables. I had the grilled snapper over polenta, which was great. The polenta brought lots of flavor, and the snapper was nicely grilled, though a little overcooked. My wife had the grilled chicken salad, but she found the chicken over-charred, and it really would have been better had it been marinated. The salad was otherwise good, except could have used more greens. We didn't have room for dessert. Overall a positive experience, probably 4-star but I am bumping it up to 5 given the location and because it is still getting started. We're looking forward to going back. read more

So much potential here but they were understaffed - the bar tender was also the waitress for two huge tables. Mixed drinks were a little weak and the food was average. My wife and I came for dinner last Saturday night (10/18/25) around 6:30pm. The restaurant was about half full, so we were seated immediately. Our waitress, Raine, was very attentive. She brought out menus, explained some of the house created drinks, told us about the specials and took our drink order. We ordered the Candle Bread (after seeing them in reviews and on two other tables), salads, the Snapper Piccata, the Texas Redfish and shared a peach bread pudding with bourbon cream sauce. Everything was delicious. I could not find a single thing to take issue with. I'm not a fan of snapper but my wife's dinner was very tasty. The redfish was excellent and didn't need the crawfish cream topping but was a tasty addition. I was impressed by the tomato risotto. The dining area has around 16 tables and the small bar has 5-6 chairs. I could get loud if every seat was taken but the noise level was pretty low for being half full. We could easily carry on a normal conversation. We will be going back to Grazia to check out the rest of the menu. read more

Went there last Wednesday for my daughter's birthday. Chef only made 3 of the 5 orders on our ticket for some reason. By the time she got her entree, and my grandson got his, our fish was cold . Not only was it cold it was over cooked. My husband's drink got knocked over accidentally by reaching for my grandson and the waitress didn't even bother to bring him another. Chris or Kris not sure how to spell her name but she was an amazing waitress! Took my mom and kids for lunch and it was soo good! My mom said her steak sandwich was very tender and delicious. My daughter loved her bread and butter candle, my other daughter got the short rib grilled cheese and tomato soup and ate it all, and I loved the oysters. My cocktail was very good as well. They put things on the wall to help with the noise and it really made a difference from when I went the week before with my husband. The kinks seem to be working out since they first opened. Love this place!! My husband and I eat here at least every other month and the food has never missed. The seasonal menu means there is always something new to try, but the staples are always there too. The service is always excellent, the servers are always doing their best and you can tell they care about their customers. In my experience, the ambience is dependent upon the time you go to eat. Lunch is more casual. But dinner is more intimate and quiet. I would say the pricing is actually affordable compared to other restaurants of their same caliber. They have started to raise their prices a bit, I would assume to keep up with the rising prices of things across the board. But dinner still runs about $75-100 after tip every time my husband and I go, depending on if we get an app or drinks we get. We do see it as more of a date night dinner spot, so we are typically willing to spend more of these nights. But again, if you go to another restaurant with the same level of food, service, and ambience you would be looking at $100 before tip bill. In all - I will always recommend this place. read more

We had a large party (10 people) at lunch on Friday. 2 people ordered an item and when it dropped at the table it wasn't what they ordered. One example was a Grilled Peach Borrata salad and they ended up getting a Caprese salad with no peaches and no toasted walnuts. You must try the butter candle...it's butter wonderfully seasoned with spices formed into an edible votive candle, nestled in a crusty homemade bread. The candle is lit at the table to allow that butter to soak into the bread. OH MY!! If you're a spicy Bloody Mary fan try the one made with black pepper vodka...yum!! We opted to order off of the lunch menu with many scrumptious offerings and generous portions. The Mike & Jen was the most popular so we tried it...pure heaven! It comes with soup or salad. We tried the Tomato soup...best I've ever tasted!! They split the dish for us & after that yummy bread & soup we both had enough entree left to take home. The last time not so much lukewarm steak on steak night cold baked potato, the butter was also cold and not melted also the cheese was not melted. The so called new steak knives were so dull it ripped the steak apart.They did take it back and melt everything. They never have any good wine that they advertised. We ordered takeout last Thursday night and got the Butter candled bread, the meatball sub, the French dip, and fettuccine Alfredo. The subs were delicious and the butter candles bread was awesome.
