It is now the middle of October and I continue to have the same issue. He said he'll return and has not yet. He has suggested that I need to paint | seal the stucco. I want to do that but first need to know that it does not separate from the foundation so I don't waste my effort. Update on Oct 24. Zine came out to meet with me today. I now understand we had a miscommunication. He said he is a man of his word and I believe him. I will post photos of the new work and results. It might be in the Spring since the weather is getting too cold for stucco work.

Frank was a no show to give me an estimate, no communication that he was running late or unable to make it. He accommodated coming early one morning to give an estimate that seemed fair. Fast forward to when they were scheduled to do the work, 30 minutes past start time no sign of Frank's team and no communication. Contact the office find out that they won't make it today. My experience has been poor communication and unreliableness. Won't be giving them a chance to reschedule and waste anymore of my time. It was a small job so maybe not worth the effort to provide good customer service. Seeing the business's response adding this - I understand things happen and I am not expecting perfection by any means but a little bit of respect for my time and communication would have been nice.

His crew got started right after we approved the work and they were onsite every day working to get the work done. He brought over a crew of like 4 or 5 guys who hung the drywall, mudded, sanded, primed and painted the ceiling of the 2 garage bays, enclosed stairwell and 500sqft bonus room with high ceiling, in like 5 days! If my GC would have been scoped to do this it would have been a 2 month process. Frank personally did a walk through with me after. Highly recommend.

I understand this has been a horrible winter with damage in the northeast, however I would never disrespect one of my clients by committing to a time, and then not showing up. If this job was too small, I would clearly have appreciated hearing that up front and continued calling other plaster companies. Walton Contracting, Billerica, for driveway replacement…read more It removed my deteriorating 130 ft asphalt driveway and replaced it with a properly-leveled and thoroughly deep & compacted base, topped with new asphalt, in one day. What I liked: the personal visit by sales; a clear explanation of work to be performed; a timely & detailed quote; and frequent communications in scheduling a convenient project date. Plus, on the day of project work, its Team arrived timely; its team leader introduced himself and confirmed the expected procedures; followed by diligent progress with very synchronized efforts by every team member. At completion, the quality was high, in my opinion. After old asphalt was removed, painstaking and lengthy efforts were taken to re-level, properly slope (for drainage) and firmly compress the underlying base. It was impressive to observe. The Team also completed a thorough cleanup (and no abutting plants, lawn or sidewalks had been disturbed.) Lastly, W.R. Walton's owner visited twice; once mid-morning and then at completion. Walton's bid for my latest driveway project, which involved using my architect's plans to widen my driveway, was competitive with the other bids I obtained. I needed to push out the start date of their work due to my contractor not being done yet with renovations, and they were fine with that. They honored their price from the season prior. When spring came, I got a call about a week prior for scheduling and they arrived when they said they would and did the work quickly and professionally. Once the project was over I did have to reach back out to them to be sure the permit was closed but they worked very quickly and had my permit closed within a week, giving me an email confirmation afterwards. I'm very happy with my driveway and the service and support provided.
