I really don't know what possessed me to give Graziano's Pizzaria another chance, especially after being punk'D the first time but I did. Good thing because we have another pizza joint in Oceanside we really like. We used DoorDash and ordered 14" bacon, green olives and cheese pizza, 14" sausage, pepperoni and cheese pizza and a 12" cheese on one side and pepperoni on the other side pizza + a large antipasto salad. Order placed and delivery was within the time listed on the DoorDash app. Graziano's pizza's are thin crust and priced at $16 for a 2 topping + cheese 14" and $13.26 for the half/half 12" pizza. The antipasto salad rang the register at $13.00 and to be honest was smaller than expected. The star of the show was the taste. Everything we ordered tasted great. The grandkids loved the pizza as did the adults. Why not 5 stars? Read my first review because it might take a couple positive experiences before I award 5 stars. For now, 4 stars is very generous. While the service was great, the woman who answered the phone was very nice (thus the 2 stars), the pizza was SO BLAND. We ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, black olive. The sauce was not flavorful, the mushrooms were out of a can, and the cheese was used sparingly. Even the pepperoni seemed to not have much flavor. How does that happen? Low quality ingredients? The crust seemed like it may have been a preformed disk, like you get at the grocery store. Also bland. Such a bummer because I was excited to have a great new pizza place close. read more

My favorite Italian restaurant is Borrellis in Encinitas. This is a close second. I will be ordering again. My only complaint is I ordered delivery and my food was left outside of the gate at my mobile park. Know this isn't restaurants fault. Wow. I was really looking forward to a new, better and different pizza place. Well I found different The pie was terrible. Sauce was bland. No flavor. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. So disappointed. The pepperoni had no spice ? Thin and rubbery. The mushrooms were not fresh. Canned ? Come on you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a pizza joint in Oceanside. I was notified of this restaurant through yelp and was excited to try it! We ordered through yelp for pick up boneless wings, Italian cosmic sub, cheese pizza and a supreme pizza. I had called the restaurant to ask a few questions, one of those questions being could the boneless wings be tossed in buffalo sauce. The woman who answered the phone said yes and I told her I would make a comment on my order. I had also informed her that we were ordering through yelp/grub hub. We go to pick up the order and they couldn't find it, not under either of our names or with the order number, they finally realized which was ours by our description of what we ordered. Get home and it was obvious that the restaurant didn't look at the comments made. Besides that, the boneless wings were cooked to different doneness with 2/ 10 being burnt. This was the first time I have been there. Bought a pizza and Stromboli for the guys at work.. We are doing a construction project near there. I left my wallet in the wheel loader and said I would have to come back... The woman told me to take the food and enjoy it.. Pay me later!!! Who does this!!?? We cut the Stromboli in four and the still had the pizza!! Very tasty and filling!!! I bought the eggplant parmigiana after work and paid them...for both orders. Was craving a calzone and this one did not disappoint! It was quite large and a work of art. Filled with ample mozzarella cheese and meat but you could still pick up the flavors of the mushrooms and banana peppers. The crust was perfectly baked and chewy. Served with a delicious marinara. Hands down, my new favorite pizza place since I've moved to California. I was searching for a place with a mix of Italian dishes and pies, but one that has its own flair. Looking at the menu and how their specialties were laid out I decided to give it a try. I ordered a custom calzone and the largest size offered of the all Meat pizza and I am not disappointed! The sheer size alone and the presentation is worth the price. Each bite is consistent - you get a bit of everything. The dough, sauce, cheese - all quality and just blends together so well. I work in restaurant management and have worked in Italian/Greek kitchens, with New York style based pies. This reminds me of it! I love the touch of butter and seasoning on top of the calzone - the way it should be. I will be ordering more often from here. read more

I've found my new pizza spot. I have yet to try what people are raving about : the calzones. Picked up an order of the Sicilian and I was truly amazed. Seriously if their veggie pizza is good I'm sure the other types of pizza you can order are good as well. The crust is slightly thin but not too thick? Hope that makes sense lol the Marinara that they use has to be home made there's some carmelized onion in it and slightly sweeter. Perfect balance of veggie cheese and marinara. Don't let this cozy establishment fool you! The calzones are humongous! The food was great and the atmosphere was was very busy. The decor is very clean, fresh and modern. The establishment is very kid friendly. We suggest to get an appetizer if you are starving. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get your custom order. Tonight we tried calzones. One with mushrooms, olives, and grilled chicken. Another with pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms. And lastly one with ham, mushrooms, and pineapple. All were delicious and had great flavor. They didn't even need the Marinara dipping sauce. Out of the three the pineapple was definitely the best with it's sweet and savory favors. Unfortunately the only reason why I didn't give them five stars is because the mushrooms they use are pickled with a tangy flavor. It would be a nice option to choose between prickled or fresh mushrooms. Also they use butter and olive oil to baste the dough in the oven which made it nice and brown with a lovely golden crunch. See pics below. We would like the restaurant to consider providing sharper knives to cut the calzones. The staff is warm and welcoming. Have been here three times now. My daughter is a fan of their white pizza, it is similar to her favorite White Stone Pizza at Knockout But Graziano's is closer to home. However, my last order through a delivery service had me rethinking wether I am keeping Graziano's on our pizza rotation. The pepperoni pizza had very few pepperoni and the pepperoni and meatball calzone was mostly cheese and therefore very greasy. Just opened in the neighborhood and we've been waiting for it. We tried the pizza, lasagna, stuffed mushrooms, fries, and cannoli. Have to say it was all great. Lasagna could use a little more cheese in the layers, but was really good. Seems to be a really nice family from West Virginia that just opened it. Their employees were very friendly and provided great service. We recommend giving it a try. It's a nice addition to the neighborhood and we plan on returning to try more stuff off the menu. Don't order online, go in and order. It took an hour and a half for it to be done, I waited there forever. People were coming in and ordering and getting their food in like 30 minutes. The pizza was pretty good. Very skimpy on the toppings. The ranch is not great, I think it's just bottled ranch. I was hoping for some tasty restaurant ranch. I probably won't go back. The chicken wings are so light and crunchy. The calzone is very good. It can feel 3-5 people. Everything I have tasted is delicious.

I have been a Pizza lover for my entire life and then every thing changed when Sam the Owner and Master Chef of " GRAZIANOS " suggested the Calzone .... The Supreme Calzone has me Addicted to it and I can only eat Half. The next day I heat it up at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes and Wow! The crust just a bit crispier and the rest Out of This World .... Pizza was ok according to those in my home who had it but said it was a bit too salty. I ordered through grubhub and added special instructions under "instructions" but apparently the restaurant doesn't pay attention or read that section. I specifically wrote "no cheese" and "dressing on side" with the salad I ordered. Unfortunately when I got the food there was a massive wad of cheese. I'm allergic to cheese. Hence, why I said no cheese. I had to toss the entire salad away. Even if I could've ate it it didn't look appetizing anyway. It was a sad sad looking salad. Will never be ordering from here again. Ya'll should definitely pay attention to those instruction sections. This was my dinner and I had to throw away $9. Sucks. read more
