At 3:00 PM, I called to check on the status of my vehicle. I provided my name and vehicle model and was told it would be ready in about 45 minutes. Based on that information, I arrived at 4:00 PM, only to be told that I had been mixed up with another customer and that my car would actually take at least another 45 minutes. The delays were frustrating, but what really bothered me was the poor communication throughout the day. No one notified me that my tires hadn't arrived before my appointment, and I received inaccurate information when I called to check on my vehicle's progress. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and I was left feeling that my time was not respected. I expect much better communication and customer service when I schedule an appointment.

Unfortunately they no longer manufactured the replacement I needed; yet instead of charging me $1400 for a more extensive repair, I overheard them (Derek, I think?) calling around many local businesses to find a part that would work. They were able to do that and change my oil for a grand total of just $120-- WAY less than I had feared. This was all accomplished in a very short timeframe (90 minutes?), too. On extremely short notice, they squeezed us in same day, diagnosed the issue correctly and completely repaired the van. One coil, 6 plugs, 5 boots and an oil change later and it runs like a dream. I went to Monroe tire along with Firestone tire in Cranberry Township and neither of them would come out and take a look or help me in the situation and it couldn't wait until the next day. I had a spare tire and they wouldn't even put it on. I went over to Goodyear tire and they didn't hesitate to help even when they had a lot of cars that they were working on currently.
