I ordered four new tires on Saturday, and was promised by Scott that they would be delivered and my truck ready on Monday. I also informed him that I would drop my truck off Saturday so that they had the ability to work on it at any time on Monday. I spoke with him about needing a rear alignment. When I arrived, he was confused as to why I was there. I then never received a call whatsoever on Monday from the location to inform me about the status of my vehicle, only to find out when I called them that two of the tires would not even arrive until the following day. This completely contradicts what I was told by Scott and promised. They never attempted to reach me to explain the delay, which caused me to have to take another day away from work without a vehicle. Then today, I had to call multiple times and spoke with Donovan, who while nice, literally said "I have no idea what is going on with your vehicle and nobody is responding to me when I ask them why they called you." This is horrible customer service for me to have to call multiple times to get answers. I then inquired about the status of my alignment, and was informed that the sales rep had not added the alignment to the ticket, therefore it had not been performed! Yet another delay. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I inquired about the warranty on my previous tires as they did not last very long and were under the stated warranty. They told me that the warranty was 30,000 miles, then corrected themselves and said 15,000 miles because the tires on the front and back are different sizes, so the warranty is then only 50%, yet when I asked for documentation of this, none was provided. I did not get close to the warranty, which was confirmed by Donovan. I then asked how they were going to fix that, and was finally offered a minimal discount. The customer should not have to do this, nor make the business do what is right by the customer when they have a warranty to honor. Finally, I had been receiving alerts in my vehicle's mobile app for two hours that the staff of the location never locked my car and left it unsecured sitting in the parking lot with my personal items in it. I am not sure what has happened at this location since I was there a year ago, but very disappointed in the complete lack of basic customer service and follow-up. I literally declined buying $3K in tires with my vehicle's dealership to give this location the business based on my previous excellent customer service, and that was clearly a bad decision. I cannot recommend this location after this absolutely horrible experience.

Went back up to this shop where the front desk employee proceeded to tell me they wouldn't scam me and that they definitely aligned the truck and it was probably a faulty part on my less than 1 year old truck causing it to fall back out of alignment . Took my truck to the Chevy dealer for a warranty fix on the issue they put my truck up on an alignment lift and of course the alignment is bad , but they also show me these clips they called "virgin clips" saying they are taken off and not replaced after the vehicles first alignment. This tire shop also refused to replace my tires or even refund me my alignment cost.

DISAPPOINTED! Buyer beware of HUGE markups on parts (up to 200%), opting for aftermarket parts…read morethat almost fit and Regional Management uninterested in customer service! (Kudos to Marshall and Wayne for trying!) We trusted this Express Oil location with oil changes and repairs since 2021. Unfortunately, a major repair in March 2025 revealed very serious issues. The shop installed aftermarket rear strut assemblies. Afterward, Honda performed an alignment and found the rear camber at -2.2° and -1.9°, outside factory specifications. Rear camber on this vehicle is not adjustable, so the geometry should fall within spec if the correct parts are used. Express Oil insists the parts are correct, even though the car cannot be aligned properly and now requires additional repair. Managers tried to reason with Regional Manager, but they declined replacing the part. The Managers are not allowed to provide Regional Manager contact information, so further communication must go through corporate. This same shop previously damaged the vehicle's oil-pan threads over time and a self-tapping screw was needed. Store managers, Marshall and Wayne, were polite and tried to help, but corporate policy blocked any real resolution. Because of this experience and the alignment results, I no longer trust their mechanical work. I recommend caution when having major repairs done here and suggest confirming all parts with the dealer before approving service. SO FRUSTRATED!

When I saw my car still sitting in the parking lot at 10 am I went to the desk and asked for the reason it still hadn't been seen an hour after the appointment time. The woman said they didn't have the tires that were listed on the website. She looked at the computer and said their inventory said the tires were there but they couldn't find them. She offered some Mavis tires. I've had good luck with those and agreed. At 10:30 my car was still sitting in the parking lot. She told me they couldn't find the Mavis tires and offered a brand I've never heard of. I told her I would go to the store in Cumming who confirmed they had the tires. I told her when I arrived the tires should have been set aside to make sure the work could be done. If not, they could let me know so I could reschedule without having to wait. A 9am appointment should mean work will start around 9am, not an hour and a half later. At the very least, I should be given an apology which never happened. I would give them one star but I have had good service in the prior year so I didn't think the store deserved an overall one star.
