I dropped it off, was given a fair price, and was told by Aiden at the front desk it would be done the same day. A couple hours later I was given a call and a very easy to follow mechanics report including photos of the exact wire that had broken off inside the connector was included. I opted to solder the wire back on myself instead of having them splice a new one in and Aiden gave me the total cost... LESS THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED! As it turns out while the mechanic (Dan) was working on my car he saw my gear In the back of my car and realized I was a firefighter so the gave me the discount without me even asking for it. I took the car back in after I finished the soldering to have Aiden reset the computer and clear the codes, which he did for free, and have been driving the car for months now with no further issues. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I highly recommend this service station wither you need work, maintenance, or just need some advice from a real mechanic.
