Rude, expensive and poor quality. The cost was a total rip off. Also the fact that my car was not automatically washed afterwards is pathetic. I was given a small piece of paper good for one basic wash. When asked if a vacuum job was included, i was rudely informed "of course not". These men are qualified and don't try and over sell you like other places on things you don't need. I drive from Fairfield here for the service alone. I value the time and attention my car receives. Just left this place and it's the worst car wash/detail job I've ever seen. This place used to do such a nice job with the old owners. It would take them at least 20 minutes to do the inside. This time was 5 minutes. My dad paid almost $40 for the middle of the road package (premier I believe) which they are supposed to clean the inside, do the wheels, vacuum etc. The guy inside came out to spray down the car before you go through we thought was odd because the place I usually go to has a machine to do that and then we went through the car wash. We got out of our car after the wash, waited inside for them to do the inside and they were done in under 5 minutes. They did the windows and sprayed the tires but didn't clean them. Wheels still black, food crumbs all over the inside of the car still, and didn't wipe anything down inside the car (besides the windows). HORRIBLE. We tipped too without seeing the inside. Awful awful job. Do yourself a favor and go over to Russell Speeder's in North Haven. You do have to do the inside yourself but a much better experience. They have all the fixings to clean your car yourself if you are a member. read more

I went to Grease Monkey on 11/26/24 for an oil change. The mechanics tested my battery and notified me that my battery should be changed and that they could do it for $209. I decided to wait to see if a family friend could do it for me. They also replaced one of my windshield wipers at my request. Upon leaving, my windshield wiper immediately wasn't working properly. It was getting stuck and leaving marks on my windshield. I was initially unbothered by this and decided I would just replace the wiper myself. When I left Grease Monkey, I received a 15% off coupon for "recommended services" in my email. My family friend could not replace my battery for cheaper than $210 plus 15% off, so I decided to go back to have them do it. I called on 11/30/24 to ask for a quote, and was quoted $209 including labor to replace the battery. On 12/1/24, I went back and asked them to replace the battery, and also asked them to take a look at the windshield wiper they replaced that was causing me problems. The service was done quickly, however when I went to pay, they told me it would be $326. I explained that I was quoted $209 (twice). The mechanic explained that my car required a "bigger battery" than the $209 one. I explained my frustrations that multiple employees had given me an incorrect quote, and the mechanic told me there was "nothing he could do." I then pulled up the coupon I received, and he told me the coupon could not be used on battery replacements. I have attached a screenshot of the coupon below. They offered to put my old battery back in, so I agreed. Upon leaving, I noticed that they did not fix the windshield wiper. This was my go to oil change center for the past 20 years. Under new ownership I kept getting coupons to return for $25 off. My car requires standard oil and they pushed several times for me to get the fully synthetic oil for $99. I told them I usually use the blend for around $45 and when I went to pay they said they used the standard oil. So what are customers really getting when they pay for the high end oil? It seems the management is pushing high end products while the technician is using the oil grade specified by the auto manufacturer. In addition to this I have always taken advantage of their free car wash offered with an oil change. I always take the upgrade full car wash they call "the works". The regular price of the full service car wash is $27. When I went for the free wash with the upgrade they told me it's $28 extra. The free wash is listed at $12. It seemed to me the price difference would be $15 for the upgrade. (Simple math???). BTW the desk manager told me it was a $6 up charge. Driving in for the wash I was told the upgrades use itemized added items and the total added up to $28. I told them to cancel the Free wash and I went elsewhere and got an excellent in and out car wash for under $28. I have spent several thousand $ at this location over the past few years but this was the last. I also saw them push several customers for new batteries and expensive maintenance jobs while I was waiting for my oil change. Don't get ripped off. read more

If I could leave this place ZERO STARS I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!! I repeat, DO NOT!!! The vehicle in front of my car got stuck on the track and my car slammed into his 3 TIMES!! My car even jumped off the tracks. I saw it with my own eyes through the window, and so did the guy who owned the vehicle in front of me. We called the police and filed a report and the "manager" Harvey tried bribing us to go to some crap repair shop Wheelers and we both took our cars to dealership owned shops and that's when the run around started. Now Harvey is claiming nothing and so it the owner. Unbeknownst to Harvey and the owner, the police report says in black and white, Harvey the manager admitted to seeing my car come off the tracks and hit the other vehicle. My car is cleaner than it was before I brought it here, but that's the best I can say. My car went through their machine and they spent exactly 20 seconds drying it. They didn't even try to dry the windows, mirrors, or the entire back of my car. They weren't even busy and after almost-drying my car, the guys all went back inside and started chatting. Although the oil change can be a little pricey if you prefer synthetic or high-mileage oil, I've generally enjoyed my service from Premiere Car Wash. For one, the oil change comes with a free car wash and detailing, and they do a bang-up job on both. The car wash itself is nice, but they also go ahead and vacuum out the car, clean the insides of the windows, wipe down the interior, etc. When they're done with it, I feel like I have a new car. It does take awhile and on a nice Saturday afternoon there can be a pretty good wait just to get started. But they're all pretty nice and they don't try to pressure you into getting new parts just because. All in all, I definitely prefer them to some of the cheaper, fast-oil-change alternatives, and will continue to come here for their excellent service. read more

Been going to this place for years, never had any issues. I'm not super picky about car washes, but with oil changes I usually monitor what's going on and make sure these places use the correct oils. I will NEVER use this car wash again. Came last week and they clean inside of windows with dirty cloths that left streaks and made it difficult to see when sun was shining in it. Thought I would give another chance this week, but today they used a brush on my car after I specifically said NO brush and then they seriously scratched the inside of my window. Then they denied everything and tried to blame me. What did i do - scratch window of my new car with my almost non existent nails? TERRIBLE! They have completely gone downhill in the last few months-year. They use to vacuum so thoroughly and now barely do anything. I had brown sugar granules in my cup holder which would have been so easy to vacuum out and they just left them; the back seat sand/grit was still there; mats hardly touched. In fact, I had to go to one of those self-vacuum places afterward to clean it myself! When I called the manager out to show him, he said, "No, we don't usually touch the seats." I have to say I am very disappointed in how this place has gone down in quality and customer service since Ratko(I think that is how to spells his name) has left. This is the third time that they have forgotten to do my tire shine(I know shame on me for not checking but I should not have to). Even the wiping of the inside of the doors and the cleaning of the windows is falling short. I can't show in a photo but you can visibly see that they did not really clean the insides of the windows. They have raised their prices but the service and quality is just not what it used to be. I honestly will be looking elsewhere to get my car washed. read more

I went to get my oil changed. When I arrived I told them I had a coupon, the woman behind the counter told me to go and tell the gentleman that's doing the oil change on my truck. I told him and he said, "ok". After about 15 minutes the woman behind counter calls out my make and model of truck. I went and paid and she asked are you taking your free car wash. I said yes. I waited and waited never seeing my truck come out of the car wash. I go in and said truck hasn't come through. I looked on the side of building and saw it just sitting there. I asked why is it sitting there. We'll you got the express oil change that's what the coupon says. Ok I said. Well that one doesn't come with a free car wash. I then open up my coupon and said where does it say that. Oh it doesn't but we don't have to. I then say we'll your sign on the wall says any oil change free car wash. He says yeah any of those on the board over there. I said you should be more specific on your coupons or even your signs on the wall that clearly state "FREE CAR WASH WITH ANY OIL CHANGE". I do believe it's against the law to not give what your services are clearly stating!! I asked well the woman behind counter asked if I was getting my car washed, why would she ask me that if I can't get it. Well she's new. Well who trained her? You!! How come your not making sure your customer knows his car is sitting on the side of building with keys in it?? He offered me a half off a full service car wash. I am planning on trading my car in tomorrow and wanted it to be nice and clean before I got it appraised. I called and asked what the latest I could come in for an interior detail was and was told 4:45. I get there at 4:43 and am told they cant do it tonight. I centered my entire day around this and got completely screwed. I will never be returning to this establishment and would highly recommend others avoid wasting their time with a business that does not keep their word and aren't willing to work with customers that have cash in hand. read more
