After driving 12 hours the previous day, I knew I needed my SUV looked at before another 12 hour day. I arrived just after 7AM, and Javi (at Tony's) was gracious enough to take a look even though their schedule was packed for that day. He determined my wheel barrings needed to be replaced, and brought me directly into the shop/under my vehicle to talk through a few issues and things I should be watching out for (knowing full well any future repairs wouldn't go to them as I'm obviously from far out of state). When the owner came in, he talked me through my options and squeezed me into his second shop to actually get the work done. He ordered the parts and offered to drive me to his other location (which was unneeded but appreciated), and they were expecting me and immediately got to work on my vehicle. The receptionist quoted me 3 hours and offered to drive me up town to kill time along their main street. I again declined but spent some time wandering up there, got a great breakfast, etc. After 2 hours she called and said she'd put an additional mechanic on my vehicle to save time and that it was ready. They even knocked off the additional cost of labor even though it still took the same (or more) man hours to actually complete it! They made further recommendations like replacing my tires (again, knowing they wouldn't benefit from it), and were very honest about what could and could not wait. Middlesex and Tony's fully took care of me, working me into their already too-full schedule, got me on the road, and I was able to finish my trip to see my family. Their honesty, workmanship, and desire to truly help people was very apparent, and I would recommend them all day long.

Apparently because I have breasts, I don't know anything about my vehicle. The dude who took my information insisted I didn't know what I was talking about when it came to my car year, make, model and engine size. Believe me if I'm paying for a car and for service on said car, I'm going to know everything about my car. I was also clearly not interested in the health of my vehicle because I waited so long to get my oil changed (!). Right, Captain Douche Canoe. Going over by 300 miles was going to put my car in the danger zone. The amount of upselling I had to avoid was ridiculous. I don't want an engine flush, radiator flush, transmission flush, fuel line flush, fuel injector flush...the car has ~34k miles on it. Just change the oil and let me leave. They also didn't reset the perform service indicator light in the message center. That would have been nice. No offers for a free or reduced car wash either. They readjusted my seat settings as well. Never again. This just means the next time I need an oil change, I'll work from home and service my car at Frenchy's on 150 right by my home.

My wife and I both took our cars here today. The oil change was very quick and not too expensive, 24.99 for her and a few bucks more for me because of the extra quart needed for my Jeep. The staff was very friendly. They did recommend a few things that needed to be done but they had no problem when I told them no thanks. Although I did only go in for an oil change, I'm glad they pointed out the other issues. We both got a coupon for a free car wash, which we didn't use because of the rain. He said we had 30 days to use it, so no complaining there. We both will be seeing them again next time around. I would definitely recommend!

The mechanics are skilled in sabotaging cars and charging you 4 or 5 hours labor for jobs they finished in under 45 minutes. The funny thing is that I was informed that the mechanics are all illegals! So if you decide to take your car, truck or SUV there then you deserve to be RIPPED OFF!!!
