From the moment we pulled in with our Toyota Camry, Dug treated both me and my daughter with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism and that goes a LONG way. He didn't just do an oil change and rush us out. Dug took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we understood what was being checked, what actually needed attention (and what didn't), and never once tried to upsell or pressure us. That honesty builds trust fast. What really stood out was how kind and reassuring he was to my daughter. He made sure she felt comfortable, answered her questions without talking down, and showed a level of care you don't see much anymore. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we left safe and confident in our car. Fast, clean, professional, honest and friendly on top of it. That's rare. Fleet service requires additional phone work to approve all service. The manager made me feel welcome and the service technician was very nice as well. I had a question about the tire sensor on the vehicle and Kennith came out to the car and explained what needed to be done and everything was resolved before I left the site. The manager, showed no urgency or accountability, allowing the situation to drag on far beyond what is reasonable. Front desk communication was unreliable and added to the confusion. This experience reflects a serious operational failure. I would not trust this location with my vehicle again and strongly advise others to go elsewhere.
