DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Simple job 2024 wheels needed powder coated in black. No blemishes at all brand new set, said it would take 2 maybe 3 days. On day 10 he called the police on ME for trying to get my truck back to take my kids to school, even though he STILL had not completed the job.

I drove a hour+ to AWS because of having two bent 22in wheels. When I got there I meet Shane and explained to him what all I needed. Not only did they fix both of my wheels, it was also done in the same day! Shane and the wheel techs were very nice and got the job done. 10/10 would recommend if you have custom wheels.

Service at this location is terrible owner is unprofessional work is inadequate. I brought my rim to be fixed they was supposed to have done the job air leaked out the rim next day. I took it back they said it was the tire I got another tire. The air still leaked out they took my money never fixed the issue . Don't Waste Time. recently visited this tire shop and was extremely disappointed with the service received. Not only did they take advantage of a woman but they also overcharged $75 PER lug nut! Shane charged me $350 for a hairline crack in my rims that was so small they couldn't find it after first inspection which was a complete robbery and verbally stated that I had a lifetime warranty.After a week.Air started leaking again.How if it was done right the first timeI called him and voiced my opinion of the work that was done and he became very confrontational and refused to honor his warranty or refund my money.I don't recommend dealing with this shop and every where I can leave a review on how unprofessional I will.These reviews matter and if you only look at the ppl who was dissatisfied you can clearly see how argumentative he is and takes no accountability.He was rude,unprofessional and even hung up in my face.You told me to sue you.I have the means and I look forward to seeing you in court.One way or another rather you honor your warranty or pay a lawyer.See you in court like you requested sir!I WILL NOT BE SCAMMED AND DISRESPECTED.They are not BBB accredited‼ read more

Liars...dropped off a rim to have new tire put on, showed up next day still not done yet all the customers who arrived after me where all done and gone...manager said he made the call since he new I was coming back the next day. So when I asked how long it would take his response was he doesn't know bc changing the tire could take time...that's why I dropped it off yesterday! Terrible management and communication. Do NOT waste your money at this business! Horrible customer service by the owner SHANE who says he's a tire specialist. A SPECIALIST would never put on the wrong size tire then blame it on the customer. He didn't want to hear the truth and make things right... Smh. He walk away without even looking into the matter. took my rim for repair and paid nearly $300 for "repair" from an air leak. sloppy weld work that looks awful but most importantl, still leaks air. spoke with owner who said they would fix under warrant. called next morning and said he wouldn't fix it because it was another leak he didn't see and wasn't able to fix. still kept my money though and even returned my wheel worse than they receive. stay far away if you value your time, money and honest work read more

Very overpriced work for the results you receive, left a wheel at this shop and let them know that i was in no hurry for them to finish this wheel because i wanted it done correctly, and to the best of their ability, after they started. they said a 24hr turnaround and i knew that that would be a rushed outcome at that point, hence why i said take your time. i came in to the shop again a week later and was told my wheel had not even been started. when i was told it was "finished" only some of the wheel was repaired, and there were other damages were worse that they caused and i still had to pay around the same total i was quoted. read more

Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. When I went to have the repair redone , Craig tried to accuse me of pulling the part off manually. it took 6 weeks for them to complete the order for my part and I was told AFTER the work was complete that the repair wasn't under warranty and I was expected to pay full price even though their policy states all repairs are under warranty for the life of the vehicle. I was told the owner would contact me the next day to follow up and answer my questions, now there's an excuse and straight up nasty attitude and poor customer service when I call to follow up and i STILL haven't heard from the owner over a week later. I would NEVER bring another vehicle here again.
