On Monday (4/27/26), I looked for a new dental office because I was dealing with tooth and jaw pain and wanted to be seen right away--my regular dentist couldn't get me in until Wednesday. After calling a few places, Great Care Dental was the first office able to offer a same-day appointment. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Scheduling was easy, the check-in process was smooth, and the new patient orientation was thorough. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Lee took the time to run tests, identify the root cause of my pain, and clearly explain both the issue and my treatment options, including how to prevent it in the future. What really stood out was that later that evening after the office had closed--Dr. Lee followed up with a text suggesting something I could try at home to help with the pain. Dr Jason Lee was a good dentist prior Covid. I do not know what happened but early 2023 I went to him for teeth cleaning and was told I need a deep cleaning. During deep cleaning he said I have several cavities. I paid cash for the deep cleaning and fixed all the cavities. Several days later one of the tooth fell when I was eating noodles. Yes, it is painful and I was surprised. I left a voicemail at Dr. Lee's office. Dr. Lee is out of town. Another dentist give me an x-ray and she said "your crown fell and also the tooth holding the crown is broken" :((. Why didn't Dr. Lee not see this problem during Deep cleaning and on the X-rays? I was told to talk to Dr Jason Lee when he returned. Dr. Lee denied all responsibilities and told me to see another dentist. In short, lost a tooth. (Buckle up! This is a long one) I had routine cleaning + a few treatments done here and Dr. Tong is absolutely amazing! She truly cares for her patients and certainly has the skills it takes to do so professionally and efficiently. I honestly wish all dentists were like this A huge appreciation for the staff as well! They are all super caring and patient, whether that be the front desk or the assistants. Jessica was so helpful in explaining everything I needed and wanted to know for every appointment! It feels so welcoming going into the office, and unlike a lot of other dental offices I have been to, there usually is barely a wait time for your appointment if at all! I also had interactions with Dr. Jason Lee and he is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. He senses if you are nervous or uncertain about the appointment and will really sit down to discuss with you what's going on and what he suggests should be done. A lot of offices squeeze appointment times (or just simply don't put the effort in explaining things) and end up not having time for questions before you get things done on you, but I have never felt pressured to get treatments done here! If you have treatment questions the doctors here have no problem answering you so you can make your own decision on your own teeth based on the professional diagnosis they explain to you. (I'm saying a lot because I've been to so many different offices growing up and it really is rarely like this) Unfortunately, I have relocated far from the area, but if I were still around I would absolutely continue visiting! I recently had an emergency tooth extraction done here by Dr Lee. They were very professional, quick, clean and took care of the infected tooth and made sure the lingering infection in the nerve of my jaw was taken care of as well. Dr Lee was so nice and kind and kept in contact with me for two weeks to ensure that the extraction site and infections were healed right and gone. I would give no star if I can. Dr. Jason Lee is a horrific Dentist with a bad attitude who does not man up to his own mistake. Oh did I also mention that he likes to blame everything on the patient when things went south during the visit? At last but not least, he makes fun of his patient when he/she is most vulnerable during the wisdom teeth extractions, and if the mood strikes him Dr. Lee would even make you swallow your own wisdom tooth during the extraction so that you can supplement some more calcium in your system!!! I went to visit Dr. Lee for regular hygiene care and to make a night guard. The receptionist checked me in efficiently, then Dr. Lee treated me thoroughly. He took x-ray of my teeth and explained to me on my teeth condition. Dr. Lee has a new equipment to 3D scan my teeth for making my night guard. The scan image also shows how my teeth deteriorate overtime, and how each tooth being stressed clearly. With the x-ray and the 3D scan images, I am convinced to take more care for my teeth. Dr. Lee is probably the worst dentist I've been to, and I've been to quite a few as I've had some severe problems with my teeth. I came in for a general cleaning and I was ignored by the receptionist for at least 2 minutes. When I finally was escorted to the dental chair for the cleaning, it took another hour for Dr. Lee to actually get to me. As he was cleaning, he was quite rude, talking about the cleanliness of my teeth and making inappropriate jokes. My gums started to bleed heavily and when I requested that maybe he do the procedure a little gentler, since I have sensitive gums, he refused and insisted that his way was the right way and only way. They have no regard for politeness, true customer service and customer service. I will never be going back here again. If you want quality dental service, please avoid going here. read more
