How great of a cut he gets/whether it's exactly what he's looking for depends on the stylist he receives, but they've never done a bad job. My son and I had trims. We showed up shortly after opening and got in within five minutes. They did a wonderful job on both trims. I do question their prices but that is not the fault of the individual stores or employees. read more

My daughter and I just needed a simple trim, nothing crazy, and the staff was very friendly and we had a nice casual chat. I am pleased with my trim and would recommend this location. read more

Every time I come here someone checks in online and slides in before me. Cool, I understand. So I figure next time I'll do that. I check in online. I wouldn't even say that this place deserves a 1 star review. It was that bad. I went in on a whim yesterday for a hair cut. The atmosphere when I first walked in should have been a red flag. I had long hair and wanted it cut to a little past the shoulder and even showed the stylist a picture. She used clippers to chop off most of my hair and physically grabbed my head to move it to where she needed it. She excessively used the spray bottle which got my bag and phone all wet. I walked out with completely uneven, super short hair that I didn't ask for. She took off about 8 inches when I only wanted maybe 4. (Not to mention, a lot of that was the balayage that I recently paid $300 for). There was hair all over my shirt that was not dusted off either. I will never go here again, and from what I saw, they can't do men's hair very well either. read more

Ok, so how come there are only 5 stars showing here. there should be 10 stars for this Great Clips. I showed up not long before the shop closed, but I got a super haircut. The stylist was deliberate, professional and cared about what I wanted for a haircut. I will admit, my hair was longer than normal and a mess, but I left with one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. Thank you. I highly recommend this Great Clips. read more

The haircut was decent, but the point of checking in is to avoid a wait. Clearly they don't understand this concept, and also don't understand which times of the day they should have extra staff there. Seven people waiting while two workers cut hair at a 4:00 on Thursday afternoon with four of those waiting being people who checked in online = not intelligence business practices. read more

Usually get in and out without any real problems. Very courteous and helpful, very professional. They now have an app for smart phones where you can book a check-in online and save the time and wait for sitting in the lobby. read more

Talk about fast service. I was like, I need a hair cut. They are like come right in. 10 minutes later, and I was out the door. I got a very good hair cut from the barber. They were all laid back people, who like to be silly. My kind of place. I have not visited others in this area, but this one is worth going to. read more

I went to the Great Clips in Bellevue next to Payless. Austin cut my hair and he is an absolute magician. Another hair dresser butchered my hair and Austin totally fixed and made it cutwr than I imagined. I live almost an hour away and will continue to have him cut my hair monthly. My daughter has had a couple bad haircuts here and refuse to take her there anymore. My son still goes as he is a simple buzz cut. However, my daughter loves to have her hair washed in the salon so when he goes, we request to have her hair washed/styled. I was told last week that they could wash, but not style her hair because they are running their "back-to-school" special. Um, ok? She didn't even completely dry her hair. My daughter was quite upset by this because it was her birthday and she wanted her hair styled before we went out for her birthday dinner. And some special that was... my son doesn't even qualify for because apparently it only applies to younger kids, we paid full price. ** Side note for the Great clips at 108th/Maple, my daughter tried to get her hair washed on 7/3 while my son was there for a quick buzz. They told us they couldn't wash her hair because it was a holiday?!?!?!?! They were the only 2 customers in the store with 2 employees. I don't get it.*** read more

I checked in online. It said 50 min wait. Got there and was told another 20 min wait. I guess checking in online is a big joke as walk ins get put ahead of you. I am sitting here and its been 20 mins since I was told 20 mins more..still 3 people ahead of me. Is "20 minutes wait" the industry standard for saying we have no clue how long it will be but will tell you anything to keep you from walking out the door? read more

Took my daughter in for a basic trim and received the worst butcher job from Ashley. She cut it way too short and it is uneven and a couple of inches longer in some places. The manager refunded the price of the haircut which was the least they could do since clearly they can't return the hair. They have lost our business for sure! read more

The absolute slowest one I have been to for a boys cut. The older hair dresser ( I don't know her name) was very rude when I tried to explain what he wanted and didn't give me enough time to explain. Still sitting here so we will see how his hair turns out. read more

On Friday I got my haircut, ended up having major issues, it was uneven in places and some was longer than I had requested, and sections were missed. Wasn't satisfied at all. So we came back today, (Sunday) and a man by the name of Dustin helped me fix my hair. He made sure that every little hair was even. I am very satisfied with him, if we were to ever come back. I would definitely ask for Dustin. He was amazing! read more
