Unfortunately, this Great Clips has gone far down hill. It was once a great place to get a hair cut. After Covid it has gone far down hill. I was offered a job there after Covid because I cut my own hair. That was a red flag, I have zero licenses. I haven't gone back since. But my 4yr old daughter needed a quick cut. We wanted 3.5 inches taken off. The woman showed us the length which looked good then proceeded lance at least 6 inches off. When asked why she did it, she didn't even reply with an answer. I picked up the hair and said is this 3.5 inches to which she acted like an imbecile and didn't acknowledge the question. Most f'd up thing I have seen. Plus the cut is not even. I would highly recommend to NOT visit this Great Clips location, even for a quick simple hair cut. read more

My wife took our son Dylan in to get his haircut. And this is what my son walked out of great clips with... a horrible, horrible, haircut!! I'm not even a hairdresser and I could do a better job myself. This is unacceptable! I understand everything is sometimes uneven, there are a few mistakes with cutting a child's hair, but this is just overboard wrong. Besides the horrible haircut, the lady who cut our son's hair, was extremely rude. According to my wife. She was very snarky and argued with her. The lady who cut our son's hair had an accent, short, and an older lady. This is not a great clip. This is a great disaster! I will be taking my son to a different hair salon to get a better haircut before Christmas. I had great service from an Albanian woman who was friendly and gave me a good haircut. I showed up being second in line, number 1 did not show up but this blonde took a male client who was third instead of me (second) who arrived just before I did. The client even said something about me but she ignored him. Is this how they pick and choose - what's the point of online check-in? I dropped in last Monday morning around 10:00, after work in the same plaza, because I thought there would be less people and I was correct. I hadn't had my hair cut since months before the pandemic so I was in dire need. Two women were working, both wearing masks and very friendly. I have been here before and had a great haircut for a fantastic price so I already knew the quality would be high. I was a little nervous because of COVID, but I had such a good experience here that I let my friend, Frank, know that he would probably feel good about coming in as well. He is elderly and staying home mostly but also needed a haircut badly.. he called right away, came over that same afternoon, Monday, and reported he felt very confident, comfortable and happy with Jenny. My husband took our 8 year old to get his haircut done here as he has before. He asked for a trim, about an inch off, keeping the shaggy look he had. The lady made him sit far away so he could not intervene and see how things were going. The cut is nothing like we asked. They shaved his sideburns and his neck! We wanted to give this location "another shot" on keeping people safe while getting haircuts during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been coming to this Great Clips for 6 years and they do a Decent job on men's and kids haircuts (nothing fancy- But a good cut). Our first venture back was in July There was only one stylist working - she was answering the phones and checking people in during my husband's haircut-- it was pretty busy so understandable. It made it difficult to socially distance while at the register with other customers checking them in. My husband went back again today for another cut and to determine if they were taking some safer measures so we can bring the kids back in. The stylist was talking quite a bit which was fine- but she pulled her face mask down several times WHILE TALKING and joking to share her facial expressions. It's nice to have some chit chat but LEAVE THE MASK ON AT ALL TIMES!!! read more

I had waited too long to get in at my usual salon, so I went to Great Clips to address my hair emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Jenny was friendly, listened to what I wanted and did a very nice job. She wet my hair with a spray bottle and did a quick blow dry without products after the cut. So, it's an express service, but is terrific in a pinch. read more

Just finished going there and normally really enjoy my experience, however, not this time. Checked in online, and was seen after the hairdresser took her time going in and out of the store more than 5xs not sure why, I understand people have lives outside of work (I'm not complaining) the shop wasn't busy and there was only 1 gentleman before me. When I was called she was very rude because she saw that I had very long hair and had to cut it, she asked, " what do you want?" With an attitude? I explained that I wanted to keep it long and a couple inches off and thinned, she began cutting my hair and I noticed that she had cutting more than I had asked but my hair grows fast, so I let her continue. Then when it came to thinning my hair she took the scissors and cut once and told me I was done, I asked her if she could thin some more, bc my hair was very thick- she than took the scissors and grabbed a huge chuck of my hair and began cutting. If you don't know what thinning is - it cuts the hair down but unless you know how to you look like your losing your hair. When I was done, she didn't comb out my hair just told me I was done. I had to try and pull the extra hair out. I told her I had a coupon and she told me that the store doesn't except coupons. What a terrible experience- and now I have to try and fix my hair, please be careful before going to this store. read more

Stay away. I took my daughter there to get a very basic trim and the woman who cut her hair was super unkind to her. She told her that she needed to wear a center part and when my daughter said she perferred a side part she told her it would look bad. Who talks to a 13 year old like this? Then she told her to lift her chin then would push her head down. We will never go back. read more

Today a female named Levette did a hack job on my boyfriends hair. After the cut he came to me as he does after a haircut (every 30-days). I noticed it was not blended well and there was an obvious patch in the back at his hairline. I pointed it out to Levette and she immediately and defensively said he was getting thin in the back. I in turn pointed out how she'd faded the one area perfectly but took too much of the one spot. She in turn attempted to become verbally combative and I immediately asked for her manager. Elvira (who normally cuts his hair). Elvira spent 5-8 min on his hair, blending it and fading the back. I videotaped Elvira's redo because Levette did a horrible job. I told her she was both disrespectful and rude. She then asked my boyfriend if I was his daughter, I responded by telling her that I was his girlfriend. Her negative attitude and verbal combativeness is not conducive to the always pleasant running of a customer service type business. read more
