Horrible service. Walked in and it said 13 minutes for wait time. We waited. There were four people cutting hair. All of the sudden one person decides to take inventory while there were four people waiting for a cut. One person walked out. We waited 60 minutes for a haircut for a seven year old. No apology for the wait. The haircut my son has is trash. It's horrible. I have to take him somewhere else to fix it. I've never had this issue before with this location. Just horrible customer service. Someone came in 40 minutes after us and got his haircut finished before my son did. Do better. Done with this location. read more

I don't know what happened to this location, but I'm never coming back. I went yesterday for my usual monthly haircut, and the lady with orange hair was the one who cut it. The job was horrible--my hair is extremely uneven and very poorly cut. It looks completely unprofessional, and now I have to go somewhere else to fix the mess she made. My daughter cut her own hair and I was to scared to let her finish it so took her to Great Clips to even it out. To tell the truth I was scared because of general reviews for Great Clips but didn't want to pay $50 somewhere else and Great Clips was taking walk-ins. Other places booked. Loved how it came out. I cried when I got home because one of the stylists messed up my bleached hair framing pieces by cutting it in half (most of my hair is black, so it really stands out and you can see how unblended and choppy it looks). I wish that she asked me if it was okay to do that before hacking at my hair. I thought she knew what she was doing since she said she didn't need to look at my reference pictures (I showed her anyway but it didn't work out). I wanted a haircut with layers and bangs, I got worried when they turned me around, but once I saw the final result, I felt so happy to see my hair! It was soft, and the cut was very nice, it was a great length and the layers blended really well. I like that it's close to our neighborhood. It feels modern enough. The women are friendly with the kids. But that's where it ends. I'm seeing a pattern that is hurting the business. When I reserve spots for my family to come in, they get added to the waitlist and I'm given a live countdown of approximate wait time. But to wait 1.5 hours for a wait time of 12 minutes is completely unacceptable. One person had an appointment ahead of us and then that one person brought multiple people who did not have appointments (I learned this later once we were seen), which were seen ahead of us, which bumped our places in the waiting list by 1.5 hours. How is this okay? The extra people should be added to the waitlist. And the people who properly signed in and waited shouldn't be punished or lied to about their reservation. Next time the Great Clips staff should say: 12 minutes give or take 90 minutes. And then I could make a decision based on available resources. I can't in good conscience support a business like this one that is uncaring for their clients' time and resources. It's too bad. I wanted to be a regular here. read more

Completely ruin my hair! Do your self a favor and never get a haircut at this location! I asked them to leave my sideburns up to my ear loop she cut the entire sideburns off only 2 seconds in the hair cut! I asked her name she refused but it was an older lady! Honestly don't get your hair cut here. I've been going here for my past 6 haircuts and my hair 5/6 times turns out bad (this past time was the worst though). I asked for layers and Instead I got a short haircut in the front plus some long hair in the back of my head. Just two different very separate layers. Now I need to go to a different salon and get a chop. They need to train their hair stylists better. read more
