I came here for a basic haircut and styling. When I asked for styling, the hairstylist loudly proclaimed to her colleague, in the earshot of all other people seated there, that I needed hairstyling. The colleague came over, inspected me and said it would cost $50. She then loudly asked me why I needed styling, where I was going,etc. Upon learning that I had an event next day, they said that styling the previous day would ruin the hair. It would be better to keep my hair natural. It was clear to me that they did not want to spend time doing any styling, and were interested only in doing haircuts. read more

Usually this place is good. But last Sunday the lady just butchered my thick long hair. Like one other customer mentioned - No water spray - no checking for evenness. Just 5 mins of running the scissors through zigzag - done. Asked for light layering - but she botched and shortened my hair. Never checked for even layering on both sides. When I pointed out she just cut more unevenly. Have a wedding to go to. I'm usually recognized by my long and thick hair. But with this messy ends I have to go elsewhere to shorten it further to make myself at least presentable at the event. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Will avoid that lady at any cost next time. read more

Avoid this place at any cost. They don't listen to customer requests. Haircut is super quick hardly 5 minutes and no use of water spray. No blowdry or styling after the cut. If you are giving this type of service then charge accordingly. What you pay is not what you get! read more

I went to great clips for my & my kiddo's haircut. I was extremely uncertain as there aren't many women or girls' haircut pictures, posts or reviews here. But their location is very convenient and it's a breeze getting in for a quick trim. So we decided to give it a try. My kid's haircut looks pretty nice and the exact length she asked for. On the other hand, lady doing my haircut looked very distracted and taking calls, she even left and went away a couple of times during the cut. That was the only thing I really didn't appreciate. I checked into to the great clips app around 730pm (it said they were open till 8pm) I got to this location driving from 15 mins away as there was no wait. Got here at 7:50 to find that they were closed. With two women inside I knocked on the window and she threw up an X with her hands to signal they were closed. When I try to tell her I drove from 15 mins away she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. read more

This place has good people working here. I came here in July because I just beat cancer and got done with 6 month of chemotherapy so I needed to cut what ever was left over of my hair (not very much). The lady that was helping me was really sweet, her name is Courtney. She made me feel like it was okay, and very comfortable to take my wig off. 11/14 Updated Review.... We gave this Great Clips location another try after receiving the owner's response to our earlier review. We decided not to provide the owner our address for a full refund per his offer, but simply wanted to give them (stylists) another chance to redeem themselves on our son's cut. Our son was the first one to be serviced because he was the first one to walk in as soon as the business opened up for the day. The stylist was friendly, attentive, asked for feedback inquiring if the cut was up to par per the hubby's liking, etc (per my instruction and pictures texted to the hubby's phone). We're not sure if they typically give out balloons to kids after a cut, but our kiddo received 2, which put a huge smile on his face. He said the stylist was gentle when cutting his hair, and that's the most important factor to our updated review in addition to almost mirroring what we wanted his cut to be. The only reason why his cut earlier today wasn't exactly how we wanted it is because he needs more length prior to the cut, since his last cut with them ended up being way too short. Overall, the kiddo's happy, and we're satisfied with the results this time around. Hopefully his next cut would be the way we want it after he gains a bit more length on top. Took my daughter for a haircut and The hairdresser was so unprofessional. She was on the phone with her friend and barely acknowledged us then told us to wait until she was done with her call. Then she starts cutting her hair and was so rough with tilting my daughters head my child kept saying ouch and Tina was t stopping for acknowledging she just got worse. Never going there and taking my family. She's horrible. Oh and she's supposed to be the owner too! Horrible business!!! read more

Easy, Quick, and Convenient. This location is very convenient. Also, the app makes it so easy to get checked in, and get in and out quickly. The haircuts are always good enough. I've gotten more expensive haircuts which were only better. At the salon I normally go to, they also wash my hair. But recently, I've been coming here because its so much easier to check-in on the app and head over anytime, as opposed to scheduling an appointment at the salon weeks ahead of time, and then scheduling life around the appointment. read more
