The salon is clean and stylish, has some good vibes, especially when there's lots of people in there - so many different chatterings going on. They offer complimentary beverages while you have your hair done, love that! The quality of the cut, style, and color so far has been phenomenal - even with non-master stylists. Both my daughter and I are able to book at the same time and come in and get our hair done together, which is a nice thing to be able to do as well. First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair. Next they cut your hair to your liking and walk you through the process - they will tell you what looks good and why.
