So what happened was I asked for about neck length or just the slightest shorter. They 1, cut it an inch too much and 2, they cut the sides which I DID NOT ask for. Then they gave me bangs??? I am really not satisfied with this and now I don't look as I wished. Being partially blind, I couldn't see what they were doing because I had to remove my glasses. 1) They barely speak english so don't understand what you are asking of them. They are not mean initially. BUT literally did everything i asked them not to. So i said please don't finish, i don't like it. She said u don't like it? Well let me fix it. I said no. So she says ok i am going to clean up. And continues so i said mam, I said stop. Two times I've come here and had a difficult time getting the stylist to do what I want to my hair. The first time I went it was amazing. Minh argued with me about how my hair had to be done when I told him how I liked to wear my hair. First he would t cut the sides short enough and insisted it was bad for my scalp. (My scalp gets dry when I let my hair get too long). I told him I don't want my hair blended an faded, I wanted to have my hair parted and taken up to the part with clippers so the length on top hung over. He chopped the length I didn't want chopped. Told me if he did what I said it would look like an uneven hair cut. Ultimately that's the look I wanted and still couldn't get from him. My sideburns don't match.. That's what makes it look like an uneven haircut. Do NOT let him cut your hair unless you want cookie cutter basic, out-of-the-magazine style. read more

I used their online check in. I arrived at their location, read and followed the instructions they have posted on their door. It's now 40 minutes past my appointment time and still no call or text to tell me to come in. I have, of course, left their location as their check in process is obviously broken. read more

I have only been to this place twice. The first time was fine, but the second time was horrifying! This lady jacked up my hair. I didn't realize that my hair was crooked until I got home. I went back to get it fixed, but she still didn't do it correctly! My hair is choppy and disgusting! I almost cried .. My husband took our son to get his hair cut there last night. When he got home, his hair cut was terrible. Looked like a girl who was in a high school cosmetology class cut his hair. I think what upsets me most is my son said he never wants to go there again, that the lady cutting his hair used her nails to make him turn in the direction she need him to be. My two boys got hair cuts two weeks ago and neither stylist gave them the cut they wanted. They don't listen to the customer needs. I could have done the same job at home and saved the money. This was the second or third time I took them and the last time. My son cried when he saw the end result. read more

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times and the customer service has always been below par. No smiles no warm welcomes. I check in on line using yelp and they state no one has checked in under that name. Heather is pleasant and efficient. However this doesn't make up for the stuffy environment. I have been coming here for over 7 years. Most of same stylists are still here from the first day I came. That says something. Always greeted with Great Clips hello when I enter. Never had a issue with a cut. Sarah has been my preferred stylist for the last 5 years and has always done a great job. read more

Took my daughter in for a trim. The stylist was friendly and sweet as can be but really did a horrible job and messed up my daughter's hair. Before we even got completely outside I had my daughter stand so I could take a look and we went right back in for her to even it up (somewhat). Her hair was sopping wet and it wasn't until we got home and dried her hair that we realized how uneven and chopped up it looked. I called the next day to speak to the manager for a refund. The manager handled situation well but when I went to pick up my refund, I was a disappointed again because I was only returned $14.00 and not the entire $25.00 that I initially dropped there. We should have known it was not going to be a good turnout because as we were sitting there waiting for a stylist, a patron became angry with his unsatisfactory haircut. Not only was that a clue, but the reviews right here on Yelp should have been sufficient warning for us but we decided to chance it! WRONG choice!
