So I have had long hair all of my life. Today I entrusted cutting my hair short to the owner of this salon, Thi. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair. I cut a significant amount - 8 or more inches! The entire salon literally gasped when my hair fell to the ground. First, this place is clean and has a bathroom for clients. Someone is always sweeping up the hair. The clientele is mainly Vietnamese since it is located in the Vietnamese shopping district. If you go with someone and don't want to watch then get a haircut, you can walk around and grab boba or desserts! It's all in walking distance with plenty or parking space. I thought it was cool how Thi asked if I would donate my hair, unfortunately, after he measured it, it was short a few inches to donate. He was very purposeful when he cut my hair. I showed him a picture of the style I wanted and he probably looked at it for about 5 seconds before he started snipping away. I was TERRIFFIED because he was so quiet. But I think that's just his personality. I honestly didn't feel uncomfortable without any conversation. He basically did a dry cut with a few squirts of water from a bottle. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was even. I told him I loved it and I am so excited about it! I would definitely come back to maintain this cut!!!! I love Mary ! She does my eyebrows so perfectly. She is probably the most busiest one there so you might have to make an appointment with her before you go. Shes the only hispanic lady there and understands the most english. Love her. I use to go to another lady in the market place but luckliy i found Mary and shes so wonderful. read more

Service is good and consistent. You should make appointment if weekends as it gets quite busy,esp. early afternoon.

Never again am I going to this place. After work I thought I would just come and get a little trim. I told the lady two inches and it looked like she knew what we was doing, right? WRONG. As she was cutting my hair she stopped to put on the straightener and she began straightening my hair with half of it cut and half not.. She didn't even wash my hair before and it was choppy. At first she cut to the length where I told her to but then she KEPT ON CUTTING IT. I didn't know two inches meant four... My hair is so short now I'm so mad. Hair grows back but I didn't ask for four inches. This is the FIRST AND LAST time I'm going here. She charged me 25$! I've never been charged that much for a cut. It's usually 20$ with a hair wash. I would advise you not to go here. They didn't even look like they like their job .. Go to Loan Salon instead. She's on New York and pioneer. read more

Never ever go to this place. I went in on a Saturday for a curl and they ruined my hair. Before this my hair was straight and smooth, after their curl, my hair became dry and brittle. Now i have to put coconut oil in everyday to fix their damages. Horrible place read more
