This time I was blessed to have LILY as my stylist- I say "blessed" because she has sterling reviews on Yelp and her reputation as a skilled, hyper-efficient artist w/ the shears remains...untrammeled. I don't think I was in the chair for more than ten minutes, if that. Lily's shears and implements gliding through the air like a ballet of barbering! Four wks out from taking a European cruise to fete 29yrs of wedded tedium, er, bliss (joking, honey!) w/ my bride...at least now I know my hair will look at its best for the deluge of photos that will ensue! read more

Do not go here. All three times I have been here they have given me by far the most uneven haircut. You have a better chance of getting a good haircut from your blind 3 year old. I do not recommend going here. Inexperienced barbers. They dont pay attention to what they are doing and can not take basic directions. You will be wearing a hat for the next 4 weeks. read more

I have gone to several Great Clips locations for my boys haircuts and most of them are pretty good. This location is far by the worst. My oldest son's haircut was slanted. All the gel in the world couldn't make it look better. He wore a baseball cap for over a week until it grew out and we took him elsewhere to get it fixed. My husband felt like the clippers they used on him weren't great. He said they were kinda rough with his haircut and he didn't like the end results. read more

Maria welcomed me and asked for name and phone with approximately time wait walk in on the screen. There were two guys before me but they let me go first and showed the girl photo w/my phone the style since they don't have a book like my friend does. A simple boys hair cut gone really wrong (Felipa was our hairdresser). I asked for her to clean it up, not give my son the most uneven choppy hair EVER! I left happy with my sons hair when we left the salon since he was wearing hair product and couldn't tell what a mess she had created. Once I got my son out of the shower I saw my sons hair in horror. This is what was wrong: 1. The front is so uneven, super short on one side an long on the other side 2. She tried lining him up, but on the left side it is so crooked (see pictures) 3. The top of his head had so much choppy hair. 4. Behind the ears so much hair was missed. I provided pictures so you can see for yourself. I paid $16 dollars plus 25% tip. I came here a little while ago and got my hair destroyed by Felipa. I haven't had many issues before this but my most recent experience will be my last. To give more detail, I just wanted a trim, she had asked If I wanted to trim my bangs and I said yes. Instead trimming my bangs she chopped them, It looked like a toddler had scissors and decided to experiment on my hair. I was so embarrassed I wore hats, beanies, and did my best to clip my bangs back so no one could see it. All in all do not have Felipa cut yours or your loved ones hair. Went in for a trim yesterday. Everything was okay. Place was clean and the lady did a good job. The reason for 3 stars is because, although my hairstylist was very nice, she was also extremely sick. I don't know how I felt getting a haircut plus having her cough nonstop on my head. She was also extremely sweaty (I'm guessing due to a fever??) but she was wiping her sweat off with her hands, but then going in with the scissors or comb around my face. I took my son in here for a hair cut. He's 5 years old. I forgot the lady's name who cut his hair but I wasn't happy with the service. He's a very calm kid and I think she automatically assumed he was going to move around a lot so she was losing her patience with him. She did a terrible combover some parts are longer than others. Took my 88 year old father to get his haircut for the first time in 6 months. He was very happy to see tall covid-19 precautions were in place. We were actually the only clients in the salon. Very clean, everyone wore masks, partitions were up, hand sanitizer was available for customers. Very satisfied with the customer service and my dad is very happy with his haircut. Well, I've used Great Clips for many years in So Cal and was absolutely appalled at the charge. Are you ready?? $30 for a shampoo and blowdry- no, no-NOT a BLOW STYLE, no round brush, no hair cut- I requested JUST a shampoo and finger blow dry so my hair wouldn't be soaking wet when I walked out the door. She CHOSE to use a brush instead of her fingers to help get out the tangles as she was blow drying-that should've been on her! I could've gotten it cut and styled for that much- COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! read more

So I've been to this Great Clips several times and for the most part I give it high ratings. Very clean helpful staff. The big disappointment is the Great Clips app. My time is precious to me and it always ends up that the app underestimates what you're waiting time is going to be. Would not mind at all if it gave me the right time or close to it so I can show up at the right time. So today I checked in via the app and it told me 30 minutes and I left my office accordingly, showed up at the Great Clips location and I was third in line on the waiting board and the girl said it'd be about another 30 minute wait. This is the second time that this has happened at this store for me and it's disappointing to say the least. No idea but there's another Great Clips a couple of miles away from here and Chino and I've never had a problem with that franchise using the app, guess I might have to start going back to that location or pick a new venue to start cutting my hair. read more
