I've been coming to this location for a few years now from time to time. The reason why I come here is because its closed to where I work so its very convenient for me. This place has been average enough for me to occasionally come back but i did have some bad experiences with other stylists. So this review is only for my stylist sarah. I came in after work around 7PM. One of the stylists, Sarah, came and greet me. Shes soft spoken and friendly. She was helping a customer so i waited for her. I waited for 10 mins, not too long. She was the one that helped and cut my hair and did a wash for me. Im 34 years old and i have plenty of haircut experiences since im someone that wants a fresh haircut every 2-3 weeks. I can tell you it was one of my best experiences because of how gently and softly she would cut your hair and wash your hair. She doesn't go over what she does and she gave me some good recommendations before she started. Go look for sarah! Highly recommended! I can guarantee you will enjoy her service! I decided to give this Supercut a shot since it's really close to my home. normally, I don't go there, but I figured I'd try it out. Booking an appointment was super easy; I just hopped onto their website, and it took no time at all. I arrived about 20 minutes early on a Tuesday morning and there was no line, no wait, and the whole process was so quick. Parking was a breeze. there's ample parking right in front, and the shopping center has tons of spots, so it's super convenient. Plus, if you get hungry, there are so many food options nearby. I could easily grab a bite after. As for the haircut itself, I'd give it a 3 out of 5. It wasn't the best haircut I've ever had, but the stylist was polite, professional, and overall, the experience was fair to good. I'd come back again if I needed something convenient. read more

I get there and there's 2 stylists--one on her phone sitting in a hair drying chair and one waiting for me and not a single customer in the building. Ok, they're trying to pre close. Stylist (Lynn) asks what I want I tell her and then she proceed to cut sideburns higher than what I told her when she asked, and they weren't even at that! Not sure who's running this location, or if anyone is, but this location sucks and it's a shame that it's the only one around. read more

This was the first time in my life that I had complained about someone else. I came in for a simple haircut, but the stylist was visibly impatient and unfriendly. Because English is not my first language, I felt disrespected instead of helped. I paid for the service but did not tip, because tipping is for good service--and this was not it. I had a friendly stylist name Andrea. I needed a trim, about 2 inches. My scalp has been dry and she recommended different products. Everything was fine until I needed my hair dried. The hairdryer was set super low. Usually clips are used to section the hair, to speed up drying the hair. A comb and clips are used with the hair dryer, but she didn't use either. She used her hand to "dry" my hair! I felt like a horse at the petting zoo!! I probably got petted 200 times! She was not gentle, kept hitting my head and grabbing my hair. It felt like when your parents washed your hair when you were a little kid. After 15 minutes, she handed a mirror and was done. My hair was still super wet. My hair would've been dry if she used clips. I paid $45 to be petted like a horse and I left with super wet hair! It took another hour to fully dry my hair. She was super nice but that place was expensive for less than the bare minimum. read more

This review is about my haircut only. My stylist of 25 years was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 3 weeks. I'm going on vacation soon and wanted a fresh cut. I searched online for a salon but did not feel confident in selecting any of them. Both my kids (11, 13) have had haircuts at this location a few times before and they turned out great. I thought that I should try it out myself. If I could turn back time, I would. I came in for my appointment today and got someone who has never cut my kids' hair. There have only been 2 other stylists who had cut my kids hair and I wish I had reserved my appointment with either one of them. But I thought that I would give this other stylist a chance. I showed her a reference photo of long layers with curtain bangs. I had mid back length hair. She looked at the photo and I told her that I didn't want the length of my hair to be cut too short. She showed me that she would cut about 1 1/2 inches off and I said that was fine. I wish I had not put my full confidence in this stylist because when she was done, the damage was already done! Even another stylist had to fix my layers, which made me feel even worse. My hair was shorter than armpit length! What's done was done and all I could do was hide my extreme disappointment with the first stylist. I just smiled and cried on the inside. When I got home, my husband was also disappointed because my long hair was gone. I didn't want to write a review at first, but I decided to so I could share my experience. I won't be coming back for my own haircuts, but my kids will be back for theirs. I'll make sure they will only see the stylists they've had before. read more

Incredibly rude workers, and a waste of time. What's the point of making an appointment if they're gonna make you wait an extra 30 minutes to an hour anyways? Serena and Lara were incredibly rude and the only people present, they continued to converse and sit while we waited for them to call us forward and when asked why we were made to wait, Serena was disgustingly rude with an attitude and then accused me of having an attitude with a tone i can only compare to a power tripping politician. she continued to ask question about how to cut hair as if she didn't know and it was honestly insane to witness and i wouldn't recommend anyone looking for a decent haircut or good service here. read more

First time trying this place out and definitely my last! Very poorly managed. Made an appointment/reservation over a week ago. Was asked if I made reservations upon arrival which of course I did . Lady had the type of cut wrong and my phone number listed incorrectly. That should have been the first sign to leave right away. Was told two people ahead of our appointment. However, totally heard and saw them taking in walk-ins ahead of all the reserved appointments. To top it off, was shown how the haircut was to be done with a photo and didn't get the hair cut wanted. Don't ask for reservations if you DO NOT reserve their appointment time ... list as a walk in so the expectations are lower . This location is by far the best haircut I've ever experienced. Not only was the entire staff super welcoming but the store was clean, had great prices, and very time oriented! I would like to start by saying that I have been getting my hair cut at this location since it was converted to Supercuts from Cool Cuts 4 Kids almost 5 years ago. I would never leave disappointed when getting my haircut by Kim W, Gloria, Noelia, or Desiree. Unfortunately none of the stylists mentioned were working but I decided to take a chance anyways. I scheduled an appointment with Destiny. I asked for a triple zero high fade like I always do. What I ended up with was one of my worst haircuts in a very long time. My wife goes to this supercut all the time. She always told me how very poorly managed and unorganized the place. She goes to this place because she finds it close to home. Made an appointment/reservation over a week ago. Was asked if I made reservations upon arrival which was for 1.30pm it was for 9.30am on their system. The hairdressers change every week. They have a big turnover of employees. You never get the same person in the shop the next time you come for cut they leave or quit. I explained to them what kind of haircut I wanted for my kids but it seemed as if they were in school and I was the instructor. They kept asking "is that better" . They took way to long and I could have done a better job at home. My son had gel and when we got home and washed it his hair looked like a birds nest. My other son looks like he didn't even get a haircut. Maybe they are good for color or woman's cut but for boys haircut they are horrible! read more

This is my second visit to this particular Supercuts. First I do want to say that both my visits were pleasant enough. Someone greeted me and let me know the current wait time (accurately enough) and my first impression is that the ladies who work here seem very friendly and agreeable. I liked my first haircut enough, however I did only ask for a trim of my ends so it wasn't too complicated a cut. It was a bit shorter than I'd have liked but I wasn't too worried. My second visit was about two days ago now. I like to take a day or two before posting a review to really let my cut sit since my hair is heavy and changes how it lays significantly after a cut. I had a straight cut with most of my layers grown out when I walked in and asked for as little to none of my length taken off as possible. I also wanted to have my ends texturized so it wasn't quite so blunt a cut and to have my layers shortened so they were much more noticeable. I believe the stylist who cut my hair was Desiree, and after my quick consult we agreed on a length for my layers and she gave me a game plan on what she planned on doing and then went to work. She also did check in to make sure I liked where my layers were length wise. However I am pretty devastated with the outcome of the cut after being able to really examine it. There is a good 1-1.5 inches off my overall length and one side of my cut is longer than the other. The look does look texturized but it also now looks like a combination a-line on one side while the other half is more of a "V" shaped. And this cut was supposed to have left my original outline which was a simple straight outline with layers freshened up. Obviously I'm pretty bummed out and will probably not be back. This Supercuts is located in a large shopping center. There are many nearby places to get a drink or a snack in the meantime you wait, just in case there is a long waiting time. When you walk in the employees are friendly and greet you. There is a tablet located in the front desk where you do self check in. There are large comfy couches you can relax while you wait and a television for entertainment. They also provide books and magazines for readers. Overall the time I spent here was a good experience. Will definitely come back and recommend everyone to come here. This location is clean, friendly, professional, and their service is done in a timely matter. read more
