I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. I'll definitely be coming back to her again!

It sucks because I did pay $160 for this. I usually get a short bob, and I always get compliments on my hair. Karla is a great listener and will go out of her way to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with her service. I have referred other customers to her and they all have great things to say about her. The salon is also very nice and the rest of the hairstylist seem very professional. Ironically, the specific stylist who was recommended initially was all booked up on the day I got some unexpected free time and needed to get in the same day. That is when I discovered another stylist named BRENDA; she was available. I decided to take a chance on her and I am SO GLAD I did! She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave me some feedback and totally did everything she promised. She is always so good about ensuring that you are happy before you leave too. She then asked how are your kids "- like are they bad kids or are they ok for a haircut." Bad kids? Really weird thing to say when scheduling Anyway she offered another time and I suggested she check with the stylist first to ensure they ok with kids. We decided to go elsewhere. I've been to about 4 other hairstylists/salons prior to this one. Some I've spent years going to and for one reason or another (Examples: cut my hair shorter than I asked, felt like they hated their job, price was insanely high) I left them. Thank goodness for Kinzie! I came in with lighter colored hair and wanted to go back to darker/closer to roots. I informed Kinzie that I suffer from eczema and dry scalp (have some scabbing on my scalp) and Kinzie treated me with the most non judgmental approach I've ever experienced. My previous stylist and her assistant gave off a "ick" or "rather be working with someone else vibe". Not Kinzie! She was so welcoming, had me in n out of the salon in 2 hours, and did exactly what I wanted. The salon itself was cute, chic, and clean. Pricing was reasonable. Stylist was great!
