So I'll start with my hair grows fast so life goes on. That being said, I visited this location the other day and I got the worst cut of my life. I wanted a rounded fade (short). I didn't get a fade. I have two cliffs on my head that are jagged like El Capitan. In short, I'm never returning to this location. My hair is easy, so I'm confused with the explosion of my dome. Downfall is that they do not blow dry your hair even after a shampoo and conditioner which is a little strange but maybe a part of their liability. Would probably go again. read more

I first went to Great Clips decades ago when they first opened. Years later I moved on to expensive men's grooming places. The pampering is nice, but I realized the extras are kind of wasted on me. I don't need a "free" beer at 10:30am. Straight razor neck shave is a novelty, but no better than clippers, really. Went for shampoo, haircut and blow dry. Greeted right away, and was promptly taken to the shampoo area. I had gone online to register for appointment and it tells you the current wait time and you can see when to leave home so you aren't spending a lot of time waiting when you get there. On this occasion (the week before xmas) they had six stylists working :) I like this place for a quick tune up trim but I think the price of a basic no frills haircut is expensive at $16. Never had any complaints coming here, it's good in a pinch to get your ends trimmed or for an easy guys haircut! My Husband has been coming here for a few years, he has had better luck recently then he has in years past. They have your history on file so they know how you like to cut your hair, but usually it comes out different almost every time. But nothing bad. I have gone here a few times to get my ends trimmed and have never had any problems. They only cut about an inch off of the ends and that's about it, so I'm not sure if worth the $$ for women? It took about 15 minutes max for $14 plus tip. Anyways, there are always plenty of girls working here and the wait is always minimal. You can check in early using their online check in feature, but it doesn't work on my iPhone. Definitely come here and try it out, no complaints! read more

Not a good experience at all. My son came home in tears because his hair was so messed up. We have been to this location several times The first couple times it was mediocre. This time we saw Ashley and showed her 2 pictures of it being shaved underneath and longer on top. Well she did nothing like it at all. She cut all his hair off it looks horrible. If they support the troops they are A OK in my book. This is my go to place for a haircut. Great customer service, friendly stylists and I always come away pleased with my haircut. When I can't get an appointment with my normal barber this location has never let me down. All of the stylists are easy to connect with and they have access in their system to see what you did with your last haircut. Also, check in online so you can "skip the line" after you check in. One more tip, they frequently send coupons in the mail for like $6.99 cuts and get you in and out of there with the quickness! read more

The girls at this one don't know how to acknowledge anyone or even crack a smile, especially the tall blonde- she is the worst. Absoutely terrible experience! Possibly one of the worse service I've ever had. I walked in and all the stylists were busy, which is fine however I expected at least a "Hello" or "Welcome to Great Clips" all I received was a look at and they continued doing what they were doing. I had to ask if I needed to sign in somewhere. One girl surprisingly came over took my name and number and went back. No "we'll be right with you" I should have walked out right there! The girl who cut my hair did a good job, though not much of a personality, was difficult to carry a conversation. She sounded like she hated her job. If they were instructed at training not to smile they did a damn good job of it. Sad to say this, but the shop killed going to other cheapy shops in the future. Never again will I go into this shop. Ive had my share of years in customer service, there is no need to take your miserable day out on the consumer. They didn't do anything to you. When people asked where I got my cut I made sure to tell of them my experience. I just read reviews on Yelp and never write them, but I felt the need to do so. I only bring my boys here for haircuts because the price is fair ($13 as of 06/14) & my kids don't require anything complicated. As another reviewer mentioned, your history is kept on file but the outcome is often slightly different depending on the stylist you get. So far nothing that has required a hat for the next 2 wks. Thier hours of operation fit well into my schedule since I'm very busy and find it hard to take time away from work. Lastly the price is more then reasonable ($15 on most days and sometimes they run a special for $10 on Tuesdays). They say there are 3 things that dictate success in the work place 1.
