Her hairstylist applied a leave in conditioner, she braced herself with the de-tangler and she ended up loving her hair! My hair was done by Jermaine, he keep the length even as he could and had some helpful tips. It will take some getting used to since this is the shortest I've cut it. Checked in on App and it was a 29 min wait, received a text message at 15min mark to give you some time to get to store. Store looked clean, no other people in the store waiting. Came into store one person was doing cuts, answering phones, answering incoming client questions. Hairstylist was friendly and quick to cut my hair. She did a good job, applied my coupon to my hair cut charges. She was efficient even though she was doing two people's job. Think other person was on break in the back. read more

While shopping one day a saw a complete stranger with an excellent hair cut. I ask her who her stylist is and she told me she goes to Kim at this location and won't go to anyone else! I totally understood because her haircut was perfect! I now go to Kim and I won't go to anyone else either . She is excellent at her profession. She listens and works hard to give me what I want. I asked for a mid fade and the woman cut straight down at the midline and barely did any blending to the top. It very much looks like I got a bowl cut. I'm absolutely devastated by the chop job Ana did on my hair. I had long hair to about 2 inches above my waist. I came in and asked for a trim and to add a little layering. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She first went around and trimmed one inch like I had asked and that was fine. Then she proceeded the layer it to the point that the only length I had left looked a rat tail ( it was so awful but thankfully i could trim that off)and cut half of my hair chin length. She gave me the friends Rachel. In the end she cut more than 5 inches from my hair with her "layering". My fiancee first words were "eww who tf did that?!" Exactly. Eww. I now have no choice but to go elsewhere and have my hair cut back chin length. I am so upset and angry. She kept blaming it on niyot being able to see the layers because my hair is so dark so she just kept cutting. To make matters worse.the layers are lopsided. The right side has visible layers while the left is flat. Do not let her cut your hair UPDATE: Thankfully, Paige, a manager at this location did refund me and offered to fix my cut when I was ready. I went back a few weeks (I couldnt take it anymore) and I thought for sure she'd have to cut it all noff but somehow Paige managed to make my hair presentable again with a few changes and I did not lose much more length. Went in with a full head of hair and just wanted the sides cleaned up and NOTHING off the top. During the haircut my stylist said, "I'm going to have to pay for your haircut"! I still had to pay at the end. My hair is fucked. No amount of jell will fix this shit. I know have 5 inches of hair and it goes straight to a zero. No fading. No transition. Nothing. Done with this shithole. This is the third time I've been screwed over by this location. She even told me she's not used to how great clips operates and that was the reason for her lack of skill Update, after trying to get it fixed there was no saving it and I was forced to shave my head. I'm beyond upset. I've been growing my hair out for since January. This salon still hasn't tried to contact me or fix the issue. read more

We have been here prior and happy with the service however feedback to management is to help with staffing on weekends. Wait times are too long, associates greet guests with "did you book online?" Vs. Welcome to Great Clips. We watched 2 guests leave this am prior to us finally having to leave after 40 mins wait at 9 AM. So we left, didn't want to but had to keep moving. We would come back but not work the wait with so many options out there. I feel for the staff since this is out of their control, they can only cut so fast. Perhaps advertise appointment only? Normally I wouldn't write a bad review for a hair place, but in the year that I've been coming to this location, I've never had such a hit or miss experience at a Great Clips as I have at this one. The service here tends to be pretty consistent, but my latest visit has left a lot to be desired and I think it has pushed me enough to go find a new place to get my haircuts. I went yesterday afternoon and it was pretty quiet in the store. I was able to be greeted and sat quickly. The stylist was pleasant enough and the cut was made in good time, but when I got home, my girlfriend's first remark was how uneven my hair was and asked if I tried to cut it myself. I washed my hair and went to style it this morning and saw just how bad the cut was. Needless to say, it looks like I need to get another haircut today and I'm a bit wary to come back to this location ever again. Most of the time, this place is great, but if you value your dignity, it may be best to avoid this place as you never know what you're going to get and you could leave looking like the laughing stock of the office if you aren't careful to choose your hairdresser wisely. read more

After a terrible experience at Jack and Jilly Beans I needed to find a new hair cutting place for my son age 3. I was welcomed with big smiles (even though i was in a very grouchy mood) I was nervous with how a 3 year old would do in the chair since it was not a child specialty place.... Becca kept him happy and still. She gave him an excellent cut!!! He loved the penguin drape and she was gentle letting him feel the clippers and hear the sound so he wouldn't be scared. A great experience. Highly recommend them. I will be taking all 3 of my littles to this location for their hair cuts in the future. i took my 10year daughter in for a bobcut and the girl who cut her hair clearly did NOT know how to do that. She literally, cut one straight line and said she was done, my 8 year old son who getting his hair trimmed took longer than that. I asked her if it was cut right and she said yes, because her head was tilt down, the hair should naturally curl in like a bob!!! It did not do that and when it dried, i realized how uneven cut was!!! they charge $21 for a kids haircut with nothing else. It would be worth it if they had trained stylist but they dont. i gave them 1 star for my sons cut, but my daughter's I had to take to a different salon (not great clips) where they fixed it for $20. Look, this is Great Clips. You're not paying $60 for a haircut. I have been searching for a place to have my kids get their haircut, ages 4 and 6. I used to see my cousin but we moved. So, I've been to a few Great Clips in the area and have not been happy. The haircuts themselves have been decent, but the hair stylist doesn't talk to my kids while cutting their hair. I went by here today and decided to try again. Stephanie cut my 6 year old's hair and held a conversation with him. I always get my hair cut at great clips. It's easy, quick and cheap. I work near this location so I thought I would run over on my lunch. I used the online check in and noticed that there was no one ahead of me. When I arrived There were three stylists there and all were busy and there were several people waiting but because I used online check in I was next ! I was lucky and got Elise (sp). She was great! New exactly what I wanted and was able to cut my hair dry so I could go right back to work. Great place and so quick and easy! I'll be back. read more

I've used this location 8x and the hair cuts have been ok. Couple times it's been cut too short. Before donating my hair I had my hair cut occasionally with layering here which wasn't done well at all. I know, you get what you pay for but I've gone to places that charge a little less than Great Clips and they did a great job. Just not as convenient of a location. Depending on which stylist you get you the person can be extremely friendly or ones that just want to get your cut done and move on to their break. Recently, I went twice to this Great Clips and they overcharged me. I also went once with a coupon that expired 2 days before and they didn't accept it. (I don't necessarily fault them for this but I have gone to other Great Clips locations and they honor their expired coupons.) read more

Checked in online, with a "0 minute" wait time. Entered the store, the computer at check in still said "0 minute" wait time. There were two stylists on the floor, a young adult in one of the chairs, and another young adult standing there with her friend. The stylist who checked me in said "you just checked in online? Great. Be with you in just ONE MINUTE." Then she walked away from the reception desk and proceeded to ask the young adult who was standing with her friend if she was ready to get started. Thinking there must be another stylist in the back, since you would not avoid telling me there was now a wait time as you take a new client, I proceeded to sit down and wait to be called. Within the next 5 minutes, two additional customers entered the salon and they were both quoted a 20 minute wait time. Still perplexed how the two young women receiving hair cuts, and my own hair cut would be finished within a 20 minute time frame, I continued to wait. 20 minutes after checking in, I decided to leave. The stylists were not even midway through their cuts, the young woman in the first chair had just made a decision to "cut the front layer that length for now, we will start there, and change it if I want more" while the second client was still debating if she wanted bangs. Once it was announced that I would be leaving since their wait time estimate was horribly inaccurate, that it had already been 20 minutes, the first stylist responded "sorry, we just started." No, you started 20 minutes ago and have hardly made any progress! Had the stylists been upfront about the wait time, I could have ran errands and returned to the salon after. Do not tell your customers "we will be with you in ONE MINUTE" and let them sit there for 20 without so much as an update. Unacceptable. read more

My 10 year old daughter got her hair cut yesterday before they closed at 6pm.. We were the only customer at first.. The girls were pretty nice when we got there so I felt good about it since my daughter does not like getting her hair cut and she has very long hair.. She needed her split ends cut.. And wanted a V Cut which she had already, but grew out.. I was not watching the person cutting my daughter's hair when all of a sudden I get a text from my daughter that her hair is short..!! BEFORE we started, we told the hair stylist that we did not want it cut no more than 1 inch and I saw a few strands on the floor that were about 4-5 inches long..!! My daughter was sad and very angry at that point.. The V Cut was very high.. And we had to tell her to stop cutting.. My daughter walked out.. She cried and did not stop crying all night.. Megan did charge us the full price of the cut and shampoo.. and I did Tip her still.. Cause I felt bad for both parties.. I am not a bitter person.. It was a horrible cut.. I usually get a V Cut and it does not look like that at all.. So sad for a 10 year old to go through this with other things in her life falling apart..
