She put in my toner and told me she would return in 15 minutes. I did not see her until 30 minutes later, and I felt unvalued and unwelcome at her salon. She was unwilling to help us, and when we mentioned that the second suggested product was priced incorrectly in store, she became very rude and told us that whatever the app says, is correct. Even though the second product was priced $30 higher in store than it was online. Throughout the entire shopping experience we were treated very rudely and were talked to as if we were too poor to be in the store while we were discussing prices, with the saleslady mentioning that "$30 might be a lot for you though" (direct quote).
