Everyone at Great Day Dental is amazing. I can't even begin to describe how thankful I am that I chose Great Day Dental as my dentist. From the moment I stepped in the door I was treated like I was the most important person there. That is just how they make everyone feel. I was expecting the typical dental experience, but I was wrong. Instead of lectures about what I have done wrong, or could have done better, I was treated just the opposite. They found out my dental history and why I was there, then we decided what should be done and at what pace. They never placed blame or made me feel guilty about how my dental problems led me to this point in my life. A plan was put in place and was followed. At every step I was kept informed of the progress, what was next and what to expect. After everything was finished I did something that I haven't done in a long time, I SMILED and it felt incredible. I truly don't know how to thank everyone enough, but I do know I will continue seeing them and recommending them to everyone I know. I had originally made the mistake of using Aspen dental they completely messed up my mouth, surgery and teeth, the company refused to complete my appointments in lieu of this. One of the nicer employees there used to work for Great Day dental and suggested since my experience was horrible that I try Great Day dental and oh my gosh I'm so happy I did I'm so mad I didn't contact great Day dental first-the end result is amazing the teeth provided from Aspen dental were cheap they hurt and we're overall a crappy product. Great day dental Wow! The product is amazing, it's like your real teeth have just been placed back in your mouth, the fit is beyond perfect and the quality of service from the employees was awesome. I had my first experience with them, and I'm not impressed. No one took time to get to know me - no questions about me or my history. And as soon as I was in the chair the hygienist started recommending things to buy. Electric toothbrush! Prescription dental rinse! Oh, and you should probably have this procedure and we'll write you and estimate! SHEESH people. Then I had to fill out a financial form that asked for my SSN, DL and credit card info. And told me payment was due day of service. Um, no. I've had a long history (20+ years) with the dentist from whom Dr K is buying the practice and we have always paid. This MONEY MONEY MONEY approach is not going to work for me, thanks anyway. My husband and I will be going elsewhere. read more

I went to the same dentist for 30 years because I trusted him. Several years ago, when he announced his retirement, I experienced anxiety at the thought of starting over with a new dentist. Great dental office - highly recommended. I've had many dentists over the decades and Dr. Kiecker and her staff are in the top tier. They do good work, bring a positive attitude, and give good information and advice. I saw the complaint about someone on their first visit. Yes, they will try to sell you on getting an electric toothbrush, but they give you a coupon for it. While I have occasionally gotten recommendations, it's not something that keeps coming up. They mention it, we discuss it, and that's about it. My family and I have been going here for quite a few years now and we are all very happy with the services, across the board. read more

I've been going there for the past 6 or so months because I have a few dental issues. The staff is super friendly and Gayle is awesome. Since my second visit she's been greeting me by name which means a lot. The rest of the staff is super friendly and very accommodating and does everything possible to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Cho is great too as she takes the time to make sure I'm also comfortable and know exactly what's going. I've been going to Great Day Dental for a few years and its always been a great experience. Everyone from Gayle at the front desk to Doctor K are always smiling and great to work with. They are fantastic. I had moved to Madison in 2018 and didn't know where to start with finding a great dentist. Luckily a friend referred me to them. They are very friendly and I honestly enjoy visiting them as their staff and dentists are extremely friendly.
