They were able to take me in the same day which was amazing. I informed them that it was causing me to have a headache and make my eye twitch. During my appointment, we were able to narrow down which tooth it was that was bothering me. My dentist was able to figure out my problem in two minutes by looking at my x-ray and saying my filling is off which is causing my pain. Amazing work. As many may know, tooth pain is no joke!

However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

Dr Andersen and crew have always been friendly and professional. They provide wonderful care. At 68 years old, I've been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Andersen and staff are the best! I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. They also asked if I could verify it for them, which I didn't quite understand since they had the information. When I told them I had verified it prior to calling them and how rude it was that they were calling me 30 minutes before my appointment instead of sometime in the past TWO WEEKS the lady said, "We tried calling you, but that's neither here nor there". They never tried calling me. I went through missed calls and voicemails- NOTHING. I had woken up early, secured childcare for my 2 year old and planned for this appointment and in the end I got, "I'm sorry, but that is neither here nor there." I'd suggest finding a dentist office that has a competent support staff that actually verifies insurance in a timely manner. Attached is from the provider list my insurance sent me. Even better, there were some cancellations and I got in for a first time appointment within two days. Despite the current environment, I felt good about the precautions that are in place. You've got to call from the car to check in before entering, stand on opposite sides of the lobby from other patients, traffic flows in one direction, and everybody has on masks (some people even two or three). Overall the office is clean and modern with the latest equipment. Will was my hygienist and was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough, explained every detail/reasoning behind each step, and kept up good conversation and laughs throughout. Although a short time with the dentist, she was thorough and informative. I don't know if anybody will ever look forward to the dentist, but this spot made a solid first impression!

Both Dr. Brown and his staff are top professionals, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their ability to solve my dental problems. My former dentist declared an upper molar beyond repair after two unsuccessful attempts to crown it, and said it must be pulled. After several years I decided I had to do something about it, and went to Westside Dental. To my great surprise, Dr. Brown said that he could save the tooth, and crowned it successfully without a root canal. It's still going strong after three years. Thanks doc, you're the greatest!
